Claims (9)
- 多気筒内燃エンジンのシリンダヘッドの各吸気ポートにそれぞれ嵌合する複数のスリーブ本体と、複数のスリーブ本体の一端に設けられた共通のベースとを備えたスリーブ構造体がシリンダヘッドに固定される、多気筒内燃エンジンの吸気通路構造。
- スリーブ本体とベースはシリンダヘッドより熱伝導率の低い樹脂で構成される、請求項1の多気筒内燃エンジンの吸気通路構造。
- スリーブ本体とベースとはあらかじめ一体成型されている、請求項1または2の多気筒内燃エンジンの吸気通路構造。
- スリーブ本体はあらかじめベースに補助ボルトで固定されている、請求項1または2の多気筒内燃エンジンの吸気通路構造。
- ベースとシリンダヘッドとの間に位置決め機構を設けた、請求項1から4のいずれかの多気筒内燃エンジンの吸気通路構造。
- 位置決め機構はベースに形成された突起と、シリンダヘッドに形成された、突起に係合する係合孔で構成される、請求項5の多気筒内燃エンジンの吸気通路構造。
- スリーブ構造体はベースを貫通するボルトによりシリンダヘッドに固定され、ベースはボルト孔を有し、ボルト孔に嵌合するカラーを介してボルトを貫通させるよう構成された、請求項1から6のいずれかの多気筒内燃エンジンの吸気通路構造。
- スリーブ構造体を介して吸気マニホールドがシリンダヘッドに固定され、ベースは樹脂で構成され、カラーは吸気マニホールドに相対してベースの外側に露出するフランジ部を備えるとともに、ベースのフランジ部に相対する位置に環状突起を形成した、請求項7の多気筒内燃エンジンの吸気通路構造。
- 吸気マニホールドはベースに接合するフランジ状の接合部を備え、接合部にはボルトの貫通孔が形成され、貫通孔には一端をフランジ部に接し、もう一端をボルトの頭部に接する別のカラーが挿入される、請求項8の多気筒内燃エンジンの吸気通路構造。
