Claims (3)
- 床面に設置された基台と、
該基台の上方に対向して昇降可能に配置された昇降台と、
上記基台に固定され、鋼板を載置する下型と、
上記昇降台に固定され、当該昇降台の下降動作により上記下型とで鋼板をプレス成形して一次成形品とするとともに、該一次成形品を上記下型とで加圧保持する上型と、
上記昇降台に上下動可能に支持され、上記上型及び下型による上記一次成形品の加圧保持時において、下動動作により上記一次成形品に機械加工を施して最終成形品とする機械加工型とを備えていることを特徴とするプレス装置。 - 請求項1に記載のプレス装置において、
上記機械加工型周りには、該機械加工型の下動動作に同期して下動する複数のロッドが上下方向に延びる姿勢で設けられ、
上記基台の上記各ロッドに対応する位置には、上記鋼板をプレス成形する際に発生する衝撃、及び上記一次成形品を機械加工する際に発生する衝撃を吸収する衝撃吸収手段が複数設けられていることを特徴とするプレス装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のプレス装置において、
上記上型には、水平方向に延びる貫通孔と、該貫通孔から成形面まで上下方向に延びるピアス孔とが貫通形成され、
上記機械加工型は、上記上型の周りに複数配置され、上記一次成形品の外周部分を切断するトリム型と、
上記ピアス孔に進退可能に配置され、上記一次成形品に孔加工を施すピアス型と、
上記貫通孔に上下動可能に挿通され、上記ピアス型の上端に接続されるとともに上記トリム型のうちの少なくとも対向する2つを連結する連結部材とを備えていることを特徴とするプレス装置。
