Abstract
Se proporciona un aparato de prensa que asegura alta eficiencia de producción y tiene menos probabilidad de avería. Específicamente, el aparato de prensa tiene una base 2 colocada sobre un piso F, y una plataforma 3 dispuesta sobre la base 2 para enfrentar la base 2 y moverse hacia arriba y hacia abajo. Una matriz 4 inferior, sobre la cual se va a colocar una placa de acero, se fija a la base 2. Una matriz 5 superior se fija a la plataforma 3 para prensar la placa contra la matriz 4 inferior y volverse en un producto formado inicialmente a través de un movimiento hacia abajo de la plataforma 3, y para mantener a presión el producto formado inicialmente con la matriz 4 inferior. Una matriz 7 de maquinado se soporta sobre la plataforma 3 para moverse hacia arriba y hacia abajo para maquinar el producto formado inicialmente y formar un producto 10b final al moverse hacia abajo mientras se mantiene a presión el producto formado inicialmente.
