Abstract
Se provee una técnica para la fabricación, usando una placa de metal que tiene una resistencia a la tracción de 500 a 1800 MPa como materia prima, un componente de prensa que tiene una sección transversal en forma de sombrero y que se curva en una forma de L en la dirección longitudinal, sin causar pliegues o formación de grietas que se produzca y con un alto rendimiento. La placa superior del material metálico se presiona contra un punzón (72) y se sujeta por una almohadilla (74); la parte correspondiente a la parte exterior de la curva en forma de L se presiona contra una matriz (71) y se sujeta por un portapiezas (73); se mueve una herramienta de flexión (75); una porción de pared vertical en el interior de la curva en forma de L de la placa metálica como materia prima, y está conformada una parte de pestaña de conexión a la pared vertical en el interior de la curva en forma de L; la placa de material de metal como materia prima se mueve en la dirección en la que el portapiezas (73) se coloca mientras que se mantiene el estado en el que se presiona la placa de material de metal como materia prima contra el troquel (71) y se sujeta por el portapiezas (73) ; y se forman una porción de pared vertical en el exterior de la curva en forma de L de la sección transversal en forma de sombrero en forma de L, y una porción de pestaña de conexión a la pared vertical en la parte exterior de la curva en forma de L.
