Outillage (2) de pliage de bord (16) de tôle métallique (4) sur une presse d'emboutissage, ledit outillage comprenant un bâti inférieur (6) comprenant un support muni d'un poinçon (10) avec une surface de réception (12) de la tôle (4) ; un bâti supérieur (8) avec un presseur (14) de la tôle contre la surface de réception (12), configuré pour laisser libre au moins un bord (16) de la tôle (4); une lame de pliage (18) apte à plier le ou les bords libres (16) de la tôle (4) contre un bord (20) du poinçon (10) lors de la descente de ladite lame (18). La lame de pliage (18) comprend au moins un épaulement (26) configuré pour presser une portion arrondie (40) de la tôle (4), adjacente au bord plié, ledit pressage étant limité par une butée (32) de ladite lame.
