Claims (9)
- スタビライザロッドを車体に支持するためのブッシュであって、
前記車体に設けられ、前記スタビライザロッドを挿通可能にする開口部を有する基材と、
前記基材に一体に設けられることにより、前記開口部に沿って配置されたインターリングと、
前記インターリングの内側に自己粘着性を有する弾性材で前記基材の肉厚より薄肉状に一体形成され、前記スタビライザロッドが挿通可能な挿通孔を有する表面層と、
を備えていることを特徴とするブッシュ。 - 前記表面層は、該表面層の肉厚寸法が、前記基材のうち前記インターリングと前記開口部との間の基材層の肉厚寸法よりも小さくなるよう形成されており、
前記スタビライザロッドが前記挿通孔に挿通している状態において、前記基材層の肉厚寸法が前記表面層の肉厚寸法よりも大きくなるよう形成されている、請求項1記載のブッシュ。 - 前記基材は、前記表面層の軸方向両端を規制している、請求項1に記載のブッシュ。
- 前記表面層は、周方向において異なっている肉厚寸法を有している、請求項1に記載のブッシュ。
- 前記表面層の前記肉厚寸法は、軸方向で異なっている、請求項4に記載のブッシュ。
- 前記表面層は、その一部に肉厚寸法が大きく形成された肉厚部を有し、前記肉厚部から前記自己粘着性を有する弾性材を溶融状態で注入可能とした、請求項1に記載のブッシュ。
- 前記基材の一部から前記表面層に向けて突出し、突出した突出部の先端部を前記表面層から露出させて前記スタビライザロッドに当接させ、前記表面層は、前記突出部を境に分割された状態に成形されている、請求項1に記載のブッシュ。
- 前記開口部を開放するスリットが形成され、前記スリットに前記自己粘着性を有する弾性材が前記表面層から延出されている、請求項1に記載のブッシュ。
- 前記開口部の内周面に前記インターリングの外周面が接するように設けられ、前記インターリングの内周面に前記表面層が一体に設けられている、請求項1に記載のブッシュ。
