Abstract
이를 위해, 본 발명은 축 상에 구형부를 형성하는 볼 스터드, 상기 볼 스터드의 축방향 회전을 유도할 수 있도록 배치되는 베어링, 상기 베어링의 외주면을 지지하는 시트 부재, 상기 시트 부재의 외주면에 배치되는 완충 부재 및 상기 시트 부재의 외주면을 밀착하여 외부로부터 보호하고, 로어 암의 일단에 결합되는 아우터 파이프를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 샤시 부품 연결용 단일축 댐핑 조인트를 제공한다.

도 2는 종래 기술에 의한 댐핑 조인트의 사시도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의한 차량용 샤시 부품 연결용 단일축 댐핑 조인트의 부분 단면도이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의한 차량용 샤시 부품 연결용 단일축 댐핑 조인트의 분해 사시도이다.

Claims (9)
- 축 상에 구형부를 형성하는 볼 스터드;
상기 볼 스터드의 축방향 회전을 유도할 수 있도록 배치되고, 그 외주면에 원주 방향을 따라 다수의 돌기를 가지는 베어링;
상기 베어링의 원주 방향의 외측에 배치되고, 관 형상의 몸체와 상기 몸체의 내주면에 완충 부재가 일체로 성형되는 아우터 파이프; 및
상기 베어링과 상기 아우터 파이프 사이에 인서트 사출 성형되어, 상기 베어링과 상기 아우터 파이프가 일체로 형성되도록 하는 시트 부재;
를 포함하되,
상기 완충 부재의 내주면에 널링부가 형성되며.
상기 시트 부재의 내주면에는 상기 베어링의 다수의 돌기에 대응하는 다수의 홈이 형성되고, 그 외주면에는 상기 완충 부재의 널링부에 대응하는 널링 형상이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 샤시 부품 연결용 단일축 댐핑 조인트. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 베어링은 상기 볼 스터드의 구형부의 외주면이 구름접촉되도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 샤시 부품 연결용 단일축 댐핑 조인트. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 베어링은 합성수지 재질로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 샤시 부품 연결용 단일축 댐핑 조인트. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 베어링은 적어도 한 쌍으로 분리결합되며, 상기 구형부를 사이에 두고 상기 축의 양측에 끼워지며, 서로 마주하는 각각의 가장자리단에 상호 대응하는 환형 홈과 환형 돌기를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 샤시 부품 연결용 단일축 댐핑 조인트. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 베어링의 축방향의 양단에는 외부로부터의 이물질 및 물의 침투를 방지하기 위한 링 형상의 실링 부재가 상기 볼 스터드의 외주면을 압착하도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 샤시 부품 연결용 단일축 댐핑 조인트. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 실링 부재는 열가소성 폴리우레탄으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 샤시 부품 연결용 단일축 댐핑 조인트. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 시트 부재는 플라스틱으로 채워지도록 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 샤시 부품 연결용 단일축 댐핑 조인트. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 아우터 파이프의 몸체는 금속 소재로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 샤시 부품 연결용 단일축 댐핑 조인트. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 완충부재는 고무재질인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 샤시 부품 연결용 단일축 댐핑 조인트.
