Abstract
【解決手段】内筒12と、その外側に間隔をおいて配置された外筒14と、両者の間に介設されたゴム状弾性体16とを備える防振ブッシュ10において、外筒14の内周面15に軸方向に延びる複数の凹溝24を周方向に等間隔に分散して設け、外筒14の内周面15と内筒12の外周面13とをゴム状弾性体16の加硫成形により一体に加硫接着し、該加硫接着後に外筒14が絞り加工されたものである。

Description
外形が断面円形状をなし、内周面に軸方向に延びる複数の凹溝が周方向に分散して設けられ、該複数の凹溝が前記外筒の内周面において周方向に等間隔にかつ溝幅よりも広い間隔をおいて配置された外筒を作製する工程と、
前記外筒の内周面と前記軸部材の外周面とにゴム状弾性体を一体に加硫接着させるように、前記凹溝が設けられた前記外筒と前記軸部材との間にゴム状弾性体を加硫成形する工程と、
前記ゴム状弾性体の加硫成形後に前記外筒を絞り加工する工程と、を含み、
前記絞り加工において、前記凹溝と同数にて放射状に分割された複数のダイス片を持つダイスに前記加硫成形後の外筒をセットして、前記ダイス片を径内方に移動させることにより、前記外筒を縮径方向に絞り加工する、ものである。
Claims (5)
- 軸部材と、該軸部材の外側に間隔をおいて配置された外筒と、前記軸部材と外筒との間に介設されたゴム状弾性体と、を備える防振ブッシュの製造方法であって、
外形が断面円形状をなし、内周面に軸方向に延びる複数の凹溝が周方向に分散して設けられ、該複数の凹溝が前記外筒の内周面において周方向に等間隔にかつ溝幅よりも広い間隔をおいて配置された外筒を作製する工程と、
前記外筒の内周面と前記軸部材の外周面とにゴム状弾性体を一体に加硫接着させるように、前記凹溝が設けられた前記外筒と前記軸部材との間にゴム状弾性体を加硫成形する工程と、
前記ゴム状弾性体の加硫成形後に前記外筒を絞り加工する工程と、を含み、
前記絞り加工において、前記凹溝と同数にて放射状に分割された複数のダイス片を持つダイスに前記加硫成形後の外筒をセットして、前記ダイス片を径内方に移動させることにより、前記外筒を縮径方向に絞り加工する、防振ブッシュの製造方法。 - 前記ゴム状弾性体が、前記凹溝内に入り込んで、前記凹溝内における外筒の内周面に加硫接着されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の防振ブッシュの製造方法。
- 前記凹溝を絞り加工前の形状として断面円弧状に陥没して形成する請求項1記載の防振ブッシュの製造方法。
- 前記軸部材は軸方向の中央部に軸直角方向に膨出する膨出部を有する請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の防振ブッシュの製造方法。
- 前記軸部材の膨出部を取り囲む前記外筒の軸方向中央部における内周面が軸直角方向の外方側に凹んで形成され、これにより、前記外筒の軸方向中央部が両端部に対して薄肉状に形成され、前記複数の凹溝が、前記外筒の前記軸方向中央部に対して肉厚が厚く形成された軸方向両端部に設けられたことを特徴とする請求項4記載の防振ブッシュの製造方法。
