Claims (5)
- エンジンと、このエンジンによって駆動される油圧ポンプと、この油圧ポンプから吐出される圧油によって駆動される油圧アクチュエータと、前記油圧ポンプから前記油圧アクチュエータに供給される圧油の流れを制御する弁と、操作量に応じた操作信号を出力して前記弁を制御する操作装置と、前記エンジンの環境に係る状態量を検出する検出手段と、前記エンジンの回転数を入力する回転数入力手段とを備える建設機械の制御装置において、
所定の時間経過後も前記操作装置から前記操作信号が出力されないときに、前記回転数入力手段で入力される前記入力回転数より低いアイドル回転数に前記エンジンの目標回転数を設定する目標回転数設定部と、
この目標回転数設定部で設定された前記目標回転数に基づいて前記エンジンの回転数を制御する回転数制御部とを備え、
前記目標回転数設定部は、前記状態量の変化による前記エンジンの出力低下が抑制されるように、前記検出手段の検出値に応じて前記アイドル回転数を補正するアイドル回転数設定部を有することを特徴とする建設機械の制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の建設機械の制御装置において、
前記検出手段は、大気圧を検出する圧力検出手段であり、
前記アイドル回転数設定部は、前記圧力検出手段で検出された大気圧の低下に合わせて高くなるように前記アイドル回転数を補正することを特徴とする建設機械の制御装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の建設機械の制御装置において、
前記検出手段は、前記エンジンの冷却水温度を検出する冷却水温度検出手段であり、
前記アイドル回転数設定部は、前記冷却水温度検出手段で検出された冷却水温度の低下に合わせて高くなるように前記アイドル回転数を補正することを特徴とする建設機械の制御装置。 - 請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の建設機械の制御装置において、
前記検出手段は、前記エンジンの燃料温度を検出する燃料温度検出手段であり、
前記エンジン制御部は、前記燃料温度検出手段で検出される燃料温度が、第1設定値以下の場合には当該燃料温度の低下に合わせて高くなるように前記アイドル回転数を補正し、前記第1設定値より大きく設定された第2設定値以上の場合には当該燃料温度の増加に合わせて大きくなるように前記アイドル回転数を補正することを特徴とする建設機械の制御装置。 - 請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の建設機械の制御装置において、
所定の時間に亘って前記操作装置から前記操作信号が出力されないときに、前記目標回転数設定部が前記エンジンの目標回転数を前記アイドル回転数に設定することを許可するか否かを切り換える手段をさらに備えることを特徴とする建設機械の制御装置。
