Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明に係る非接触給電装置100を備えた非接触給電システムSの設置例を示す模式図である。図1において、非接触給電システムSは、地上の所定の場所に配置される非接触給電装置(以下、単に「給電装置」という)100と、移動体側に設置される受電装置200とで構成されている。この非接触給電システムSは、典型的には、例えば電気推進車両400の充電用途に用いられる。この場合、受電装置200は、移動体としての電気推進車両400に設置され、給電装置100は、典型的には地面に設置される。しかし、これに限らず、給電装置100は、例えば駐車スペースに浅く埋設されたり、移動可能に構成されたりしてもかまわない。

Claims (15)
- 移動体に搭載された受電装置に対し非接触で電力を供給する非接触給電装置であって、
設置面を有する底板と、
前記底板上に配置され、前記受電装置に備わる受電コイルに電力を供給する送電コイルと、
前記送電コイルを覆うように前記底板に取り付けられるカバーと、
を備え、
前記送電コイルと前記カバーとの間に空気層が形成されていることを特徴とする非接触給電装置。 - 空気よりも熱伝導率が高い熱伝導部材を前記底板と前記送電コイルとの間に設置したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の非接触給電装置。
- 前記熱伝導部材は、セラミック又は樹脂により構成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の非接触給電装置。
- 前記送電コイルと前記カバーとの間の空気層に、空気よりも熱伝導率の低い断熱部材を介在させたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の非接触給電装置。
- 前記移動体が電気推進車両であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の非接触給電装置。
- 前記非接触給電装置は、前記底板上に配置され、前記送電コイルに接続される電子部品をさらに備え、
前記カバーは前記電子部品をさらに覆い、
前記非接触給電装置は、前記底板と前記カバーとで囲まれた空間を、前記送電コイルを収容する第1の収容空間と、前記電子部品を収容する第2の収容空間とに仕切る隔壁をさらに備えた、請求項1に記載の非接触給電装置。 - 前記第2の収容空間は、前記第1の収容空間に対し、前記移動体の前後方向のいずれか一方に設けられることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の非接触給電装置。
- 前記第1の収容空間の前記底板に対する高さと、前記第2の収容空間の前記底板に対する高さとが異なることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の非接触給電装置。
- 前記隔壁は、前記カバーから前記底板に向かって延びるように前記カバーに一体的に形成され、断熱性を有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の非接触給電装置。
- 前記隔壁が切欠を有し、前記切欠に嵌入し複数の貫通孔を有する断熱部材を設け、前記貫通孔に、前記送電コイルの一端に接続されたリード線と、前記送電コイルの他端に接続されたリード線を挿通させたことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の非接触給電装置。
- 移動体に搭載された受電装置に対し非接触で電力を供給する非接触給電装置であって、
設置面を有する底板と、
前記底板上に配置され、前記受電装置に非接触で電力を供給する送電コイルと、
前記底板上に配置され、前記送電コイルに接続される電子部品と、
前記底板に取り付けられ、前記送電コイルと前記電子部品とを覆うカバーと、
を備え、
前記底板と前記カバーとで囲まれた空間を、前記送電コイルを収容する第1の収容空間と、前記電子部品を収容する第2の収容空間とに仕切る隔壁をさらに備えたことを特徴とする非接触給電装置。 - 前記第2の収容空間は、前記第1の収容空間に対し、前記移動体の前後方向のいずれか一方に設けられることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の非接触給電装置。
- 前記第1の収容空間の前記底板に対する高さと、前記第2の収容空間の前記底板に対する高さとが異なることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の非接触給電装置。
- 前記隔壁は、前記カバーから前記底板に向かって延びるように前記カバーに一体的に形成され、断熱性を有することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の非接触給電装置。
- 前記隔壁が切欠を有し、前記切欠に嵌入し複数の貫通孔を有する断熱部材を設け、前記貫通孔に、前記送電コイルの一端に接続されたリード線と、前記送電コイルの他端に接続されたリード線を挿通させたことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の非接触給電装置。
