Description
本発明者は、以下に示す本発明の実施例1及び比較例1を用いて評価試験を行った。
図3、図4に示す受電ユニット32において、縦250mm、横265mm、厚さ14mmのフェライト製のコア33aに、幅8mm、厚さ1mmのリッツ線からなるコイル線33bを間隔3mmで20回巻き付けて受電側コイル33とした。受電側コイル33には、受電側コイル33を覆うようにシート状のシリコーンゴムからなる熱伝導部材36を複数回巻き付けた。ガラスエポキシ材からなる回路基板34aに複数のセラミックコンデンサ34bを実装して、これら複数のセラミックコンデンサを直列及び並列に接続することにより全体として静電容量47nFとなる受電側コンデンサ体34とした。受電側コイル33及び受電側コンデンサ体34を直列に接続するとともに本体部35a及び蓋部35bともに樹脂製の受電側ケース35に収容して、実施例1を作製した。この実施例1において、受電側コイル33と受電側ケース35との間の隙間は熱伝導部材36で埋められている。蓋部35bの上方には受電側コイル33から5mm離れた位置に平面視が蓋部35bより若干大きい銅製のシールド板を配置している。
実施例1において、受電側コイル33に熱伝導部材36を巻き付けていないこと以外は実施例1と同様の構成として、比較例1を作製した。この比較例1において、受電側コイル33と受電側ケース35との間には7mmの隙間(空間)が設けられている。
上述した実施例1及び比較例1に周波数100kHz、電圧150Vrms、電流16Armsとなる交流電流を通電し、
(1)コア33aの中央位置、
(2)コイル線33bの中央位置、
(3)受電側ケース35における受電側コイル33の巻線軸方向に相対する壁部の中央位置
における所定時間(150分)経過後の温度上昇を測定して、以下の判定基準により評価した。
○・・・測定箇所において温度上昇が65℃以下である。
×・・・測定箇所において温度上昇が65℃超である。
○・・・全ての測定箇所において温度上昇が65℃以下である。
×・・・いずれかの測定箇所において温度上昇が65℃超である。
車両Vの発熱体により加熱された受電ユニット32周囲の雰囲気温度の上限は80℃であり、上記実施例1及び比較例1のコイル線33aを構成するエナメル被覆細線の耐熱温度は150℃である。そのため、各測定部位の上昇温度について5℃のマージンを見込み、上昇温度65℃を基準値として判定した。評価結果より、実施例1においては、最も温度上昇の高い上記(1)及び(2)において65℃を下回り、一方、比較例1においては、上記(1)及び(2)において65℃を超過してしまうことが確認できた。この評価結果からも、本発明の効果の一例を確認することができた。

Claims (3)
- 車両の下面に設けられ、地面に設けられた給電部から伝送された電力を非接触で受電する受電ユニットであって、
前記電力の受電に用いられるコイル及びコンデンサと、前記コイル及び前記コンデンサを収容する1つの空間が内側に設けられたケースとを有し、
前記コイルは、平板状のコアと、当該コアに巻き付けられたコイル線と、を備え、
前記コンデンサは、前記コアの面内方向に沿って当該コアと並べられて配置された回路基板の表面に実装されたものあり、
前記ケースは、本体部及び蓋部を有し、前記本体部と前記蓋部とを組み合わせることで前記空間を形成するものであって、
前記ケース内側において、前記コイル及び前記コンデンサを覆いつつ前記蓋部に接するように、前記空間全体に熱伝導部材が充填されていることを特徴とする受電ユニット。 - 前記回路基板が、熱伝導材料を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の受電ユニット。
- 地面に設けられた給電部と車両に設けられた受電部とを有し、前記受電部が前記給電部から伝送された電力を非接触で受電する給電システムであって、
前記受電部が、請求項1又は2に記載の受電ユニットを有していることを特徴とする給電システム。
