Abstract
Description
実施の形態1.
図1には、実施の形態1に係る機器固定用ブッシュを表してあり、同図(a)は縦断面を示し、同図(b)は横断面を示し、そのA−A矢視断面が同図(a)に相当する。同図(c)は平面を示す。なお、この実施の形態1は、本発明を、車載機器としてのオーディオ装置を車体側のインストルメントパネルに取り付ける場合に適用したものである。
次に、この発明の実施の形態2を、図面を参照しながら詳細に説明する。図5には、実施の形態2に係る機器固定用ブッシュを表してあり、同図(a)は縦断面を示し、同図(b)は横断面を示し、そのB−B矢視断面が同図(a)に相当する。同図(c)は平面を示す。なお、この実施の形態2も、実施の形態1と同様、本発明を、車載機器としてのオーディオ装置を車体側のインストルメントパネルに取り付ける場合に適用したものである。
図5及び図6に示すように外周側弾性部品102の隙間106に内周側弾性部品103を組み付けて一体とする。前述したように、外周側弾性部品102と内周側弾性部品103とを初めから一体に成形したものを使用するのであれば、その一体物を用意する。次いで、外周側弾性部品102に形成してある位置決め用突起107を、筐体12の側面に設けられている位置決め用穴16に嵌め込み、次に外周側弾性部品102の中央部分102aに設けられている貫通孔104にタップスクリュー105を挿入し、更に筐体11の取り付け穴15にねじ込み締め付ける。タップスクリュー105を取り付け穴15にねじ込み締め付けることにより、機器固定用ブッシュ101は筐体12に固定される。機器固定用ブッシュ101は、位置決め用突起107と位置決め用穴16とにより円周方向の位置決めがなされるので、所定の姿勢で筐体12の側面に取り付けられる。
Claims (4)
- 中央部分と外周部分とからなり、かつ外周部分には撓み代を有するプラスチック材製の外周側弾性部品と、前記中央部分と前記外周部分との間に組み合わせられ、前記外周側弾性部品より硬度が低いゴム弾性材製の内周側弾性部品とからなることを特徴とする機器固定用ブッシュ。
- 前記外周側弾性部品に円周方向の位置を規制する位置決め手段を設けてあることを特徴とする請求項1記載の機器固定用ブッシュ。
- 前記外周側弾性部品に、組み付けの際の案内となるガイド部を形成してあることを特徴とする請求項1記載の機器固定用ブッシュ。
- 請求項1記載の機器固定用ブッシュと、
振動源を有する部材側の機器取り付け部に設けられ、前記機器固定用ブッシュの外周側弾性部品が圧入される支持部とからなることを特徴とする機器固定装置。
