Abstract
Description
(1)酸化物基準の質量%で、SiO2:35〜45%、B2O3:12〜20%、Li2O:2〜7%、ZnO:0.1〜10%、Al2O3:2〜15%、BaO:10〜40%、K2O:0〜5%、Na2O:0〜10%、及び、Gd2O3:0〜20%、を含有し、かつ、SiO2+B2O3:47〜58%、Li2O+Na2O+K2O:5〜14%である光学ガラス。
(2)屈折率ndが1.55〜1.65、アッベ数νdが55〜65である(1)に記載の光学ガラス。
(3)屈伏点Tsが590℃以下である(1)または(2)に記載の光学ガラス。
(4)温度60℃、相対湿度90%の環境下に100時間保持した後の透過率の減少率が20%未満である(1)〜(3)のいずれかに記載の光学ガラス。
各成分の原料として各々相当する酸化物、炭酸塩、硝酸塩、水酸化物等を使用した。具体的には、B2O3用の原料としてはホウ酸を、Al2O3用の原料としては、市販のアルミナや水酸化アルミニウムを、Li2Oに代表されるアルカリ酸化物や、CaOに代表されるアルカリ土類酸化物の原料としては、各々相当する炭酸塩や硝酸塩を用いた。また、SiO2やGd2O3など、その他の成分の原料としては、各々相当する酸化物を使用した。これら成分原料を表1および表2の化学成分となるように秤量し、粉末で充分に混合して調合原料とし、これを白金製るつぼに入れ、1100〜1200℃の溶解温度で1時間溶解した。このガラス融液を、流し出して板状に成形した後、残留応力を除去するため490℃〜540℃で4時間保持した後、1℃/minの冷却速度で室温まで徐冷して光学ガラスを得た。
屈折率nd、アッベ数νdは、両面が鏡面研磨された、大きさ20mm×20mm、厚さ10mmのガラスブロックを屈折率測定装置(カルニュー光学工業社製、商品名:KPR−2)によって測定した。尚、測定値は小数点以下5桁目まで求め、屈折率ndについては小数点以下3桁目を四捨五入して記載し、アッベ数νdについては小数点以下2桁目を四捨五入して記載した。
本出願は、2006年5月22日出願の日本特許出願(特願2006−141852)に基づくものであり、その内容はここに参照として取り込まれる。

- 酸化物基準の質量%で、
SiO2:35〜45%、
B2O3:12〜20%、
Li2O:2〜7%、
ZnO:0.1〜10%、
Al2O3:2〜15%、
BaO:10〜40%、
K2O:0〜5%、
Na2O:0〜10%、及び、
Gd2O3:0〜20%、
を含有し、かつ、
SiO2+B2O3:47〜58%、
Li2O+Na2O+K2O:5〜14%
である光学ガラス。 - 屈折率ndが1.55〜1.65、アッベ数νdが55〜65である請求項1に記載の光学ガラス。
- 屈伏点Tsが590℃以下である請求項1または2に記載の光学ガラス。
- 温度60℃、相対湿度90%の環境下に100時間保持した後の透過率の減少率が20%未満である請求項1、2または3記載の光学ガラス。
