Abstract
Description
RfO(CF2O)p(C2F4O)q(C3F6O)rRf′
Rf,Rf′:同一または互いに異なる、炭素数1〜5のパーフルオロ低
級アルキル基
p,q,r:0または正の整数
で表わされ、具体的には次のようなものが単独であるいは混合して用いられる。
(a) RfO(CF2CF2O)m(CF2O)nRf′
m+n:3〜200
m/n:10/90〜90/10
これは、テトラフルオロエチレンの光酸化重合で生成した先駆体を完全にフッ素化することにより得られる。
(b) RfO[CF(CF3)CF2O]mRf′
m:2〜200
これは、ヘキサフルオロプロペンの光酸化重合で生成した先駆体を完全にフッ素化することにより、またはフッ化セシウム触媒の存在下に、ヘキサフルオロプロペンをアニオン重合させ、得られた末端CF(CF3)COF基をフッ素ガスで処理することにより得られる。
(c) RfO[CF(CF3)CF2O]m(CF2O)nRf′
m+n:3〜200
m/n:10/90〜90/10
これは、ヘキサフルオロプロペンの光酸化重合で生成した先駆体を完全にフッ素化することにより得られる。
これら以外にも、次のようなパーフルオロポリエーテル基油も用いられる。
F(CF2CF2CF2O)mCF2CF3
m:2〜100
これは、フッ化セシウム触媒の存在下に、2,2,3,3-テトラフルオロオキセタンをアニオン重合させ、得られた含フッ素ポリエーテル(CH2CF2CF2O)mを160〜300℃で紫外線照射下にフッ素ガスで処理することにより得られる。
前記調製方法を用い、(a)、(b)、(c)各成分を3本ロールミルを用いて混練し、グリース組成物を調製した。なお、基油(a)成分についてのカッコ内の値は、40℃での粘度を示している。
蒸発損失率試験:36mm径のアルミ皿に、グリースを0.4g塗布したものについて、200℃、24時間後の蒸発損失率を測定
耐摩耗試験:シェル四球試験機を用い、3/4インチ、20等級の試験片について、温度:室温、油圧:2.0kgf/cm2、回転数:200rpmの条件下で30分間試験を行った後の摩耗痕径を測定
DIN 51802によるエムコー試験(腐食度):1306K軸受にグリースを10ml封入し、エムコー試験機に取り付け、試験機に蒸留水を30ml入れた後、回転数:80rpm、回転サイクル:8時間回転→16時間停止→8時間回転→16時間停止→8時間回転→108時間停止=合計164時間の条件で試験を行い、軸受外輪軌道面の腐食状態を、以下記載の基準に従って評価
Claims (4)
- (A)パーフルオロポリエーテル基油、(B)増稠剤および(C)硫酸バリウムおよび/または酸化アンチモンを含有してなるグリース組成物。
- グリース組成物中、(B)成分が0.1〜50重量%、(C)成分が1〜25重量%配合された請求項1記載のグリース組成物。
- (B)成分増稠剤が、粉末状のポリテトラフルオロエチレンまたはテトラフルオロエチレン-ヘキサフルオロプロペン共重合体である請求項1記載のグリース組成物。
- (C)成分である硫酸バリウム、酸化アンチモンまたはこれらの混合物の平均一次粒子径が、0.1〜20μmである請求項1記載のグリース組成物。
