Description
(a)下記一般式(1)で表されるリン化合物を、組成物全量基準で、リン元素換算量として0.1〜10質量%、
(b)含金属化合物を、組成物全量基準で、金属元素換算量として0.1〜10質量%、または、アミン化合物を、組成物全量基準で、窒素元素換算量として0.1〜5.0質量%、
(c)2以上の炭素−炭素二重結合および炭素数4以上の炭化水素鎖を有する(メタ)アクリレートを、組成物全量基準で、1.0〜70質量%、
(d)光重合開始剤を、組成物全量基準で、0.1〜10質量%、
配合してなることを要旨とするものである。
(実施例1)
オレイルアシッドホスフェイトのメタノール溶液に水酸化カルシウムを加え、室温で攪拌後、メタノールを留去し、次いで、ノナンジオールジアクリレートおよび光重合開始剤を配合し、表面保護剤組成物を調製した。配合組成(質量%)は表1の通りである。
表1に記載の配合組成(質量%)で、実施例1と同様にして、表面保護剤組成物を調製した。実施例3〜11、13は、さらに潤滑油基油を配合している。実施例7は、含金属化合物に代えてアミン化合物を用いている。
(a)および(b)を配合しなかった以外は、潤滑油基油を配合している実施例3と同様にして、表面保護剤組成物を調製した。
(c)または(d)を配合しなかった以外は、潤滑油基油を配合している実施例3と同様にして、表面保護剤組成物を調製した。
(c)の代わりに(x−4)または(x−5)を配合した以外は、潤滑油基油を配合している実施例3と同様にして、表面保護剤組成物を調製した。
(UV照射後の性状)
調製した各表面保護剤組成物を0.05gずつ2cm×2cmの銅板上に常温でスポット塗布した後、塗膜の表面にUVランプ(SEN特殊光源社製100mW/cm2)で20秒間照射を行い、UV照射後の膜の性状を目視と指蝕で評価した。均一なゲルとなり、室温で流動性を示さなければ良好「○」、不均一なゲルとなるか、ゲル化せず流動性を示せば、不良「×」とした。
調製した各表面保護剤組成物を0.05gずつ1cm×5cmの短冊状銅板の面の一方端側に常温でスポット塗布した後、塗膜の表面にUVランプ(SEN特殊光源社製100mW/cm2)で20秒間照射を行い、短冊状銅板の塗布した一方端側を上にして155℃のオーブン中に垂直に立てかけ、2時間放置後、目視で観察した。塗膜が塗布した一方端側から垂れ落ちなかったものは良好「○」、垂れ落ちたものは不良「×」とした。温度等の測定条件は、JIS C60068−2−2に基づいた。
調製した各表面保護剤組成物に常温で1cm×5cmの短冊状銅板を一方端から2cm浸漬し、取り出した短冊状銅板の塗膜全面にUVランプ(SEN特殊光源社製100mW/cm2)で30秒間照射を行った。得られた試験片を初期の試験片とした。また、上記初期の試験片と同様に塗膜を形成した別の試験片を、短冊状銅板の塗布した一方端側を上にして155℃のオーブン中に垂直にぶら下げ、2時間放置した。これを高温放置後の試験片とした。初期の試験片の塗膜で覆われた部分または高温放置後の試験片の塗膜で覆われた部分をカソード電極とし、別途準備したAl板をアノード電極とし、5%NaCl水溶液中に電極を浸し、電位差(腐食電流)を測定した。電位差が小さいほど、短冊状銅板に残る塗膜が多く、短冊状銅板の表面に対する塗膜の吸着力が強いといえる。一方、電位差が大きいほど、短冊状銅板に残る塗膜が少なく、短冊状銅板の表面に対する塗膜の吸着力が弱いといえる。なお、表面保護剤組成物に浸漬していない未処理の短冊状銅板をカソード電極とした場合、初期、高温放置後のいずれも、腐食電流値は80μAであり、これとの比較で、電流値がこの値の1/5未満であると、表面保護性の効果が高いと判断できる。

Claims (6)
- (a)下記一般式(1)で表されるリン化合物を、組成物全量基準で、リン元素換算量として0.1〜10質量%、
(b)含金属化合物を、組成物全量基準で、金属元素換算量として0.1〜10質量%、または、アミン化合物を、組成物全量基準で、窒素元素換算量として0.1〜5.0質量%、
(c)2以上の炭素−炭素二重結合および炭素数4以上の炭化水素鎖を有する(メタ)アクリレートを、組成物全量基準で、1.0〜70質量%、
(d)光重合開始剤を、組成物全量基準で、0.1〜10質量%、
配合してなることを特徴とする表面保護剤組成物。 - 前記(b)の含金属化合物の金属が、アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、アルミニウム、チタン、亜鉛から選択される少なくとも1種であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表面保護剤組成物。
- 前記(a)の炭素数4〜30の炭化水素基の少なくとも1つが、1以上の分岐鎖または1以上の炭素−炭素二重結合を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の表面保護剤組成物。
- 前記(a)と前記(b)の合計と前記(c)の質量比が、((a)+(b)):(c)=98:2〜30:70の範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の表面保護剤組成物。
- さらに、(e)潤滑油基油を、組成物全量基準で、10〜90質量%配合してなることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の表面保護剤組成物。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の表面保護剤組成物の硬化物により端子金具と電線導体との電気接続部が覆われていることを特徴とする端子付き被覆電線。
