Claims (13)
- セメントキルン燃焼排ガス中のダストを集塵する集塵装置と、
該集塵装置を通過したセメントキルン燃焼排ガスから触媒被毒物質を除去する触媒被毒物質除去装置と、
該触媒被毒物質除去装置を通過したセメントキルン燃焼排ガスを予熱する予熱装置と、
該予熱装置によって予熱したセメントキルン燃焼排ガス中の窒素酸化物、揮発性有機化合物、一酸化炭素、残留性有機汚染物質、炭化水素及び臭気物質から選択される一以上を除去する触媒装置とを備えることを特徴とするセメントキルン燃焼排ガス処理装置。 - 前記触媒被毒物質除去装置は、前記セメントキルン燃焼排ガスから触媒被毒物質を除去する湿式集塵機であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセメントキルン燃焼排ガス処理装置。
- 前記触媒被毒物質除去装置は、前記セメントキルン燃焼排ガスに次亜塩素酸ソーダを添加するスクラバー、前記セメントキルン燃焼排ガスに活性炭を吹き込みながら集塵するバグフィルタ、又は活性炭を充填した活性炭吸着塔であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセメントキルン燃焼排ガス処理装置。
- 前記次亜塩素酸ソーダの濃度が1mg/L以上1,000mg/L以下の範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のセメントキルン燃焼排ガス処理装置。
- 前記触媒装置は、上流側に酸化物系触媒を、下流側に貴金属系触媒を備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のセメントキルン燃焼排ガス処理装置。
- 前記触媒装置の入口側上部より還元剤を噴霧することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のセメントキルン燃焼排ガス処理装置。
- 前記酸化物系触媒は、チタン・バナジウム触媒であることを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載のセメントキルン燃焼排ガス処理装置。
- 前記貴金属系触媒は、白金、パラジウム、ロジウム及びルテニウムから選択された一の貴金属を有する触媒であることを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載のセメントキルン燃焼排ガス処理装置。
- 前記触媒の目サイズ(穴径)が1.75mm以上3.75mm以下の範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載のセメントキルン燃焼排ガス処理装置。
- 前記予熱装置は、ユングストローム型熱交換器、ヒートポンプ又はヒートパイプであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載のセメントキルン燃焼排ガス処理装置。
- セメントキルン燃焼排ガス中のダストを集塵し、
集塵後の燃焼排ガスから触媒被毒物質を除去し、
触媒被毒物質除去後の燃焼排ガスを140℃以上に昇温し、
昇温後の燃焼排ガス中の窒素酸化物、揮発性有機化合物、一酸化炭素、残留性有機汚染物質、炭化水素及び臭気物質から選択される一以上を触媒を用いて除去することを特徴とするセメントキルン燃焼排ガス処理方法。 - セメントキルン燃焼排ガスの窒素酸化物濃度に応じ、前記触媒被毒物質除去後の燃焼排ガスにアンモニアガスを添加するか、又は140℃以上の燃焼排ガスにアンモニア水もしくは尿素水を添加した後、触媒を通過させることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のセメントキルン燃焼排ガス処理方法。
- 前記触媒被毒物質除去後の燃焼排ガスを、前記触媒を通過した燃焼排ガスから回収した熱又は/及び該セメントキルンを設置した工場内の余熱蒸気を用いて140℃以上とすることを特徴とする請求項11又は12に記載のセメントキルン燃焼排ガス処理方法。
