Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 ［産業上の利用分野］ この発明は、ファン、蒸発器、熱交換器及び所望の流出
流路すなわち中央面、頭部空間面、足元空間面及び除霜
器への導風のための空気混合弁と空気分配弁とを備えた
自動車用プラスチックケース付き暖房兼空気調和装置に
関する。
［従来の技術］ 自動車においては空気流出口における一様な空気州分布
と一様な出［１空気温度とを得るために、補助的な絞り
（欧州特許第０１０２６１１号明細書及びドイツ連邦共
和国特許出願公開第３３４７３０４号公報参照）、空気
案内要素（ドイツ連邦共和回持、４出願公開第３３００
７３７号公報参照）または流れ安定板（ドイツ連邦共和
国特許出願公開第３３０２３７７号公報参照）が内部に
配置されている暖房兼空気調和装置が知られている。か
かる装置においてはケースの製作は非常に費用がかかり
、必要な補助要素の組み込みはしばしば困難である。更
にかかる装置はそれぞれ定められた自動車の形式だけに
しか適用できない。補助要素は望ましくない騒音レベル
を生じる。
［発明が解決しようとする問題点］ この発明は、寸法に無関係にかつ空気案内要素、絞り及
び流れ安定板を用いることなく、個々の空気流出管の全
ての流入口の中に同じ温度と同じ狼の空気を送ることが
できる暖房兼空気調和装置を提供することを目的とする
。
［問題点を解決するための手段］ この目的はこの発明に基づき、ファンから個々の空気流
出管のための流入口に至る温風の経路と冷風の経路とが
等しいように、従って両経路の流れ抵抗も等しいように
、蒸発器と熱交換器とが相互に配置され、かつ蒸発器か
ら個々の空気流出管のための流入口に至る温風の経路が
、熱交換器から流入口に至る冷風の経路の１．３倍ない
し１．８倍、特に１．５倍であることにより達成される
。
［発明の効果］ 個々の空気流出管のすべての空気流入口にわたり比較的
温度層形成の少ない一様なかつ適温の空気流が放出され
る。蒸発器の着霜が起こらず水滴捕集格子も必要でない
、この発明に基づく装置の特別の長所は、それが左ハン
ドルの自動車ばかりでなく右ハンドルの自動車にも使用
できるということにある。この発明に基づく装置の別の
長所は、純粋な空気側の操作を用いて作動できるばかり
でなく温水側の操作もまた可能であるということにある
。
この発明の実施態様は特許請求の範囲第２項以下に記・
区されている。
［実施例］ 第１図及び第２図に空気側の温度操作を有するこの発明
に基づく暖房兼空気調和装置の有利な一実施例が示され
ている。プラスチック製ケース２１の中では蒸発器ｌが
中央に配置されたファン５を介して冷風４を受は入れ、
従って外気又は循環気を供給される。熱交換器２の前に
は空気混合弁１８が配こされ、熱交換器２の後ろには空
気混合ブ「１９が配置されている。これらの弁はケース
に取り付けられかつ相互に連結されている。これらの弁
の調節により蒸発器ｌから熱交換器２へ入る空気の割合
が決定される０図面では全冷却載置が熱源に接続された
熱交換器２を通り抜けるように、弁１８と１９が：Ａ節
されている。熱交換器２から浣出する温風３は直接共通
の室２０の中に流入し、この室は流入口６，７，８，９
．１０を備えている。弁１８と１９を中間位置に置くこ
ともまた可能である。これにより流入口６，７，８゜９
．１０の中において所望の一様な温度が得られる。流入
口６，７，８，９．１０は足元空間ノズルｌｌと１７、
外側ノズル１２と１６、除霜器ノズル１３と１５及び中
央ノズル１４のための空気流出管に結合されている。足
元空間ノズル、中央ノズル、除霜器ノズルへの空気流出
管の流入口はケースの中に；没けられている。
第３図は第４図と共にこの発明の特に有利な実施態様を
示す。弁１９は弁部分１９ａ、１９ｂと１９ｃに分割さ
れている。これにより個々の空気流出管に対する流入口
の中の異る温度が得られる。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １）ファン、蒸発器、熱交換器及び導風のための空気混
    合弁と空気分配弁とを備えた自動車用プラスチックケー
    ス付き暖房兼空気調和装置において、ファン（５）から
    個々の空気流出管（１１，１２，１３，１４，１５，１
    ６，１７）のための流入口（６，７，８，９，１０）に
    至る温風（３）の経路と冷風（４）の経路とが等しいよ
    うに、従って両経路の流れ抵抗も等しいように、蒸発器
    （１）と熱交換器（２）とが相互に配置され、かつ蒸発
    器（１）から個々の空気流出管のための流入口（６，７
    ，８，９，１０）に至る温風（３）の経路が、熱交換器
    （２）から流入口（６，７，８，９，１０）に至る冷風
    （４）の経路の１．３倍ないし１．８倍であることを特
    徴とする自動車用暖房兼空気調和装置。 ２）蒸発器（１）から個々の空気流出管のための流入口
    （６，７，８，９，１０）に至る温風（３）の経路が冷
    風（４）の経路の１．５倍であることを特徴とする特許
    請求の範囲第１項記載の装置。 ３）導風のための二つの弁（１８，１９）が連結されて
    いることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第１項又は第２項
    記載の装置。 ４）空気流出のための流入口（６，７，８，９，１０）
    が共通の室（２０）から出ていることを特徴とする特許
    請求の範囲第１項ないし第３項のいずれか１項に記載の
    装置。 ５）共通の室（２０）が客室の中の空気流出面に相応し
    て頭部空間面、足元空間面、中央面及び除霜器面に分割
    されていることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第１項ない
    し第４項のいずれか１項に記載の装置。 ６）温水側の操作の際の温度操作が空気混合弁（１９）
    により行われることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第１項
    ないし第５項のいずれか１項に記載の装置。 ７）温水側の操作の際の温度制御が空気混合弁（１９）
    により行われることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第１項
    ないし第５項のいずれか１項に記載の装置。 ８）弁（１９）が複数の部分（１９ａ，１９ｂ，１９ｃ
    ）に分割されていることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第
    ６項又は第７項記載の装置。
