図は第1図に示す形式のコンデンサの製造中の段階を示
す概略平面図、第5a。 5bおよび50図は回路板との係合に適当した端子導体
の他の例をそれぞれ示す概略図である。 図の主要な部分を表わす符号の説明は次の通りである。 10:焼結コンデンサ陽極、20:金属の導出ロッド、
30:陽極端子導体、35:溶接、40:陰極端子導体
、45:半田、5o:樹脂外被、60:陰極端子導体の
比較的中挟な部分、62:回   、踏板の孔、64:

Claims (5)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. (1)皮膜形成金属および該金属上の誘電体酸化物皮膜
    よりなる陽極と、 該皮膜上の半導電性電解質の層と、 該電解質層上の導電性陰極層と、 前記陽極に接続された導出ロッドと、 。 前記陽極および前記層をおおう樹脂外被と、同じ方向に
    延在する1対の離間された端子導体とを含み1 、  該各端子導体は半田付は可能な弾性金属の薄いシ
    ートから形成されており、前記1対の端子導体の一方は
    陰極端子導体であり、かつストリップ状部分と前記陰極
    層に半田付けされた縦方向部分とを有し、そして該縦方
    向部分の大部分が前記外被の樹脂中に埋設されており、
    前記1対の端子導体の他方は陽極端子導体であり、該陽
    極端子導体はストリップ状部分、前記外被の樹脂中に実
    質的に埋設された縦方向部分および前記陽極導出ロッド
    に溶接された横方向部分を有し、該横方向部分および前
    記導出ロッドは前記外被の樹脂中に埋設されており、前
    記ストリップ状部分の一方はその他方よりかなり巾広で
    あり、かつこのストリップ状部分の残部とは実質的に無
    関□係に弾性的に変形し得る一体の端部を提供するよう
    にあらかじめ成形されており、該端部があらかじめ定め
    られた寸法の回路板の孔の巾より巾広であり、そして該
    回路板の孔に係合するように弾性的に変形可能である゛ ことを特徴とする楠脂被覆された固体電解コンデンサ。
  2. (2)1対の端子導体のそれぞれがそれらのストリップ
    状部分と縦方向部分との間に共通レベルの中間の横方向
    部分を有する実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載のコン
    デンサ。
  3. (3)  前記かなり巾広のストリップ状部分がその中
    間の横方向部分からあらがしめ定められた距離において
    該かなり巾広のストリップ状部分の残部とは実質的に無
    関係に弾性的に変形し得る端部を提供するようにあらか
    じめ成形されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第2項記載
    のコンデンサ。
  4. (4)前記かなり巾広のストリップ状部分のあらがしめ
    成形された端部が回路板の第1の孔に強制的に係合し、
    該回路板の第2の孔が他方のストリップ部分より僅かに
    大きく、該他方のストリップ状部分を取囲む関係にある
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載のコンデンサ。
  5. (5)端子導体のそれぞれの中間の横方向部分が回路外
    と接触し、かつ前記がなり巾広のストリップ状部分のあ
    らがしめ成形された端部が前記回路板の第1の孔によっ
    て弾性的に変形されて該第1の孔と係合し、前記回路板
    の第2の孔が他方のストリップ状部分より僅かに大きく
    、該他方のストリップ状部分を取囲む関係にある実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第3項記載のコンデンサ。
