Claims (8)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）電気装置本体１２と端子装置とを有し、該端子装
    置が、前記本体と電気的に接触する端子部材２６と、該
    端子部材に電気的に接続された金属を含む端部キャップ
    ２０とを有する電気装置において、 金属を含む長形の部材２８が前記端子部材に結合されて
    おり、また前記端部キャップは前記長形の部材を覆うよ
    うに設けられ、また導電性の接着材料２４によって前記
    長形の部材が前記端部キャップに電気的に接続されてい
    ることを特徴とする電気装置。
  2. （２）前記電気装置本体は、膜を形成する金属を含む陽
    極１２と、前記陽極上の誘電酸化膜と、前記誘電酸化膜
    上にある固体電解質及び該電解質上の少くとも１つの導
    電層１４を含む陰極とを含み、前記端子装置の端子部材
    は陽極から延在することを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項記載の電気装置。
  3. （３）導電層の少くをも一部の上に電気絶縁性を有する
    材料３０を含むことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第２項記載の電気装置。
  4. （４）陽極の膜形成金属がタンタルであり、かつ電解質
    は二酸化マンガンを含むことを特徴とする実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第２項記載の電気装置。
  5. （５）金属を含む長形の部材がリボン形状の部材である
    ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項記載の
    電気装置。
  6. （６）金属を含む長形の部材が線状の部材であることを
    特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項記載の電気装
    置。
  7. （７）金属を含む長形の部材が溶接により陽極からの端
    子部材に結合されることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第２項記載の電気装置。
  8. （８）導電性の接着材料１８により陰極に電気的に結合
    された金属を含む端部キャップ１６を有する陰極端子装
    置を含むことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第２
    項記載の電気装置。
