Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.オレフィンを架橋剤および触媒の存在下で重合する工程を含んでなるポリシ クロオレフィンの製造方法であって、前記架橋剤が過酸化物を含み、かつ前記触 媒が式: (式中、 MはOsまたはRuであり、 RおよびR1は水素またはC1-C20アルキル、C2-C20アルケニル、C2-C20アルキ ニル、C2-C20アルコキシカルボニル、アリール、C1-C20カルボキシレート、C1-C20 アルコキシ、C2-C20アルケニルオキシ、C2-C20アルキニルオキシおよびアリー ルオキシからなる群から選ばれた炭化水素から独立に選ばれ、 XおよびX1はあらゆる陰イオン性リガンドから独立に選ばれ、かつ LおよびL1はあらゆる中性電子ドナーから独立に選ばれる) のルテニウムまたはオスミウムカルベン錯体であるポリシクロオレフィンの製造 方法。 2.前記架橋剤がt-ブチルペルオキシド、2,5−ジメチル−2,5−ジ−(ter t-ブチルペルオキシ)ヘキシン−3、ジ−tert−ブチルペルオキシド、および2 ,5−ジメチル−2,5−ジ−(tert-ブチルペルオキシ)ヘキサンまたはこれら の混合物からなる群から選ばれた過酸化物を含む請求項1に記載の方法。 3.架橋剤の量が触媒、架橋剤およびモノマーの混合物の約0.01 v%〜約10 v% である請求項1に記載の方法。 4.オレフィンが環状または非環式である請求項1に記載の方法。 5.LおよびL1がトリアルキルホスフィンリガンドである請求項1に記載の方 法。 6.LおよびL1がP(イソプロピル)3、P(シクロペンチル)3およびP(シクロヘ キシル)3からなる群から独立に選ばれる請求項5に記載の方法。 7.重合が溶媒の不在下で起こる請求項1に記載の方法。 8.環状オレフィンがノルボルネンまたはノルボルネン誘導体である請求項4に 記載の方法。 9.環状オレフィンがジシクロペンタジエンである請求項8に記載の方法。 10.a)オレフィンを過酸化物の存在下で触媒で重合してポリシクロオレフィンポ リマーを生成する工程〔前記触媒は式: (式中、 MはOsまたはRuであり、 RおよびR1は水素またはC1-C20アルキル、C2-C20アルケニル、C2-C20アルキ ニル、C2-C20アルコキシカルボニル、アリール、C1-C20カルボキシレート、C1-C20 アルコキシ、C2-C20アルケニルオキシ、C2-C20アルキニルオキシおよびアリー ルオキシからなる群から選ばれた炭化水素から独立に選ばれ、 XおよびX1はあらゆる陰イオン性リガンドから独立に選ばれ、かつ LおよびL1はあらゆる中性電子ドナーから独立に選ばれる) のルテニウムまたはオスミウムカルベン錯体である〕、 b)過酸化物をポリマー中で分解して前記過酸化物の反応性種を生成する工程、 および c)前記反応性種を使用してポリマー中に架橋を形成する工程 を含んでなるポリシクロオレフィンの製造方法。 11.LおよびL1がトリアルキルホスフィンリガンドである請求項10に記載の方 法。 12.前記触媒中、LおよびL1がP(イソプロピル)3、P(シクロペンチル)3お よびP(シクロヘキシル)3からなる群から独立に選ばれる請求項11に記載の方法 。 13.前記過酸化物がt-ブチルペルオキシド、2,5−ジメチル−2,5−ジ−(t ert-ブチルペルオキシ)ヘキシン−3、ジ−tert−ブチルペルオキシド、および 2,5−ジメチル−2,5−ジ−(tert-ブチルペルオキシ)ヘキサンまたはこれ らの混合物からなる群から選ばれる請求項10に記載の方法。 14.過酸化物の量が触媒、過酸化物およびモノマーの混合物の約0.01 v%〜約10 v%である請求項10に記載の方法。 15.オレフィンが環状または非環式である請求項10に記載の方法。 16.環状オレフィンがノルボルネンまたはノルボルネン誘導体である請求項15に 記載の方法。 17.環状オレフィンがジシクロペンタジエンである請求項16に記載の方法。 18.重合が溶媒の不在下で起こる請求項10に記載の方法。 19.a)ポリシクロオレフィンポリマーを過酸化物および触媒の存在下で生成する 工程(前記触媒は(P(シクロペンチル)3)2Cl2RuCHPhまたは(P(シクロヘキシル )3)2Cl2RuCHPhである)、 b)過酸化物を分解してポリマー中に遊離基種を生成する工程、および c)そのポリマーを遊離基で架橋する工程 を含んでなるオレフィンの複分解重合方法。 20.オレフィンが環状または非環式である請求項19に記載の方法。 21.環状オレフィンがノルボルネンまたはノルボルネン誘導体である請求項20に 記載の方法。 22.環状オレフィンがジシクロペンタジエンである請求項21に記載の方法。 23.前記過酸化物がt-ブチルペルオキシド、2,5−ジメチル−2,5−ジ−(t ert-ブチルペルオキシ)ヘキシン−3、ジ−tert−ブチルペルオキシド、および 2,5−ジメチル−2,5−ジ−(tert-ブチルペルオキシ)ヘキサンまたはこれ らの混合物からなる群から選ばれる請求項19に記載の方法。 24.過酸化物の量が触媒、過酸化物およびモノマーの混合物の約0.01 v%〜約10 v%である請求項19に記載の方法。 25.重合が溶媒の不在下で起こる請求項19に記載の方法。
