Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.下記を含むヒト成長ホルモンの徐放性組成物: a)生体適合性ポリマー;および b)金属カチオン安定化ヒト成長ホルモン粒子、ここで、金属カチオンは、Zn (II)である。 2.下記を含むヒト成長ホルモンの徐放性組成物: a)生体適合性ポリマー;および b)金属カチオン安定化ヒト成長ホルモン粒子、ここで、金属カチオンの蛋白質 に対するモル比は、約4:1〜10:1であり、より好ましくは少なくとも約6 :1である。 3.金属カチオンがZn(II)である請求項2記載の組成物。 4.金属カチオンが水溶性塩としてヒト成長ホルモンに添加されている前記請求 項いずれか記載の組成物。 5.金属カチオンが酢酸亜鉛の形態でヒト成長ホルモンに添加されている請求項 4記載の組成物。 6.該金属カチオン安定化ヒト成長ホルモン粒子が、該生体適合性ポリマー内に 分散している前記請求項いずれか記載の組成物。 7.該ポリマーがポリ(ラクチド)、ポリ(グリコリド)、ポリ(ラクチド−コ −グリコリド)、ポリ(乳酸)、ポリ(グリコール酸)、ポリカプロラクトン、 ポリカーボネート、ポリエステルアミド、ポリ無水物、ポリ(アミノ酸)、ポリ オルトエステル、ポリシアノアクリレート、ポリ(ジオキサノン)、ポリ(アル キレンオキサレート)、ポリウレタン、それらの混和物およびそれらのコポリマ ーからなる群より選ばれたものである請求項6記載の組成物。 8.該ポリマーがポリ(ラクチド)、ポリ(グリコリド)およびポリ(ラクチド −コ−グリコリド)からなる群より選ばれたものである請求項7記載の組成物。 9.金属カチオン安定化ヒト成長ホルモン粒子が、約0.1〜約30重量%、好 ましくは約0.1〜約20重量%の濃度で該ポリマーに存在している前記請求項 いずれか記載の組成物。 10.金属カチオン安定化ヒト成長ホルモン粒子が、約15重量%の濃度で該ポ リマーに存在している請求項9記載の組成物。 11.生体適合性ポリマーがさらに金属カチオン成分を含んでなる、前記請求項 いずれか記載の組成物。 12.金属カチオン成分の金属カチオンがZn(II)である請求項11記載の組 成物。 13.金属カチオン成分が、ZnCO3、Zn3(C6H5O7)2、Zn(OAc)2 、ZnSO4およびZnCl2からなる群より選ばれたものである請求項12記 載の組成物。 14.金属カチオン成分の金属カチオンがMg(II)である請求項11記載の組 成物。 15.金属カチオン成分が、Mg(OH)2、MgCO3、Mg3(C6H5O7)2 、Mg(OAc)2、MgSO4およびMgCl2からなる群より選ばれたもので ある請求項12記載の組成物。 16.金属カチオン成分のポリマーに対する重量比が、約1:99〜約1:2で あり、好ましくは約1重量%である請求項12〜15いずれか記載の組成物。 17.下記を含むヒト成長ホルモンの徐放性放出のための請求項1記載の組成物 : a)分散したZn(II)を有する生体適合性ポリ(ラクチド−コ−グリコリド) 、ここで、Zn(II)は、ZnCO3として添加される;および b)Zn(II)安定化ヒト成長ホルモン(hGH)粒子、ここで、Zn(II)は 、Zn:hGHが約6:1のモル比で、酢酸亜鉛の形態でヒト成長ホルモンに添 加され、Zn(II)安定化ヒト成長ホルモン粒子は、約15重量%の濃度で該ポ リマーに存在している。 18.治療用医薬の調製における使用のための前記請求項いずれか記載の組成物 。
