Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.バイオセンサーのためのポリウレタン/ポリ尿素膜として役立つ均一なポ リマー組成物であって、少くとも1のジイソシアネート、少くとも1の親水性ジ オール又はジアミン、及び反応性末端基を有する少くとも1のシリコーンの反応 生成物を含むことを特徴とするポリマー組成物。 2.前記反応生成物中に少くとも1の疎水性脂肪族ジオール又はジアミンを更 に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の均一なポリマー組成物。 3.前記ポリマーが、37℃において約10%〜約80%の間の水を吸収することを 特徴とする請求項1に記載の組成物。 4.前記ジイソシアネートが、イソホロン、1,6−ヘキサメチレン又は4, 4’−メチレンビス(シクロヘキシルイソシアネート)からなる群から選択され ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組成物。 5.前記親水性ジオール又はジアミンが、ポリエチレングリコール、ポリプロ ピレングリコール、アミノ末端ポリエチレングリコール、アミノ酸エステル末端 ポリエチレングリコール、並びにポリエチレングリコール及びポリプロピレング リコールのブロックコポリマーからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求 項1に記載の組成物。 6.前記脂肪族ジオール又はジアミンが、エチレングリコール、プロピレング リコール、1〜3プロパンジオール、及び1〜3ジアミノプロパンからなる群か ら選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組成物。 7.前記シリコーン材料が、アミノプロピルジメチル末端シロキ サン、カルボキシプロピル−ジメトキシ末端シロキサン、及びカルビノール末端 シロキサンからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組成物 。 8.前記ポリマーが、約50モル%のジイソシアネート、約5〜約45モル%の親 水性ジオール又はジアミン、約5〜約45モル%の脂肪族ジオール又はジアミン、 及び約5〜40モル%のシリコーン材料の反応生成物から得られることを特徴とす る請求項2に記載の組成物。 9.前記ポリエチレングリコールが、酸に基づく滴定により測定して 600の平 均分子量を有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の組成物。 10.前記ポリマーが、37℃において約20%〜約70%の間の水を吸収することを 特徴とする請求項3に記載の組成物。 11.前記親水性ジアミンがシリコーンを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載 の組成物。 12.前記ジイソシアネートが脂肪族ジイソシアネートを含むことを特徴とする 請求項1に記載の組成物。 13.被検体及び酸素の反応を測定するための移植可能なバイオセンサーであっ て、前記バイオセンサーが、バイオセンサー要素への被検体及び酸素の透過性を 制御するための生物適合性膜を有し、該膜が、少くとも1のジイソシアネート、 少くとも1の親水性ジオール又はジアミン、及び少くとも1のシリコーン材料の 反応生成物を含む均一なポリマー組成物を含むことを特徴とするバイオセンサー 。 14.前記被検体がグルコースを含むことを特徴とする請求項13に記載のバイオ センサー。 15.前記反応に添加された少くとも1の脂肪族ジオール又はジア ミンを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の均一なポリマー組成物。 16.前記ポリマーが、約50モル%のジイソシアネート、約5〜約45モル%の親 水性ジオール又はジアミン、約5〜約45モル%の脂肪族ジオール又はジアミン、 及び約5〜40モル%のシリコーン材料を含むことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の バイオセンサー。
