Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ナノ粒子を形成した生分解性ポリシアノアクリル酸アルキルポリマー内に 捕獲されたインスリンを含み、その際インスリンがポリシアノアクリル酸アルキ ルに複合体形成している、制御放出型薬剤配合物。 2.生分解性ポリシアノアクリル酸アルキルポリマーがシアノアクリル酸n− ブチル、シアノアクリル酸イソブチルもしくはシアノアクリル酸イソヘキシルモ ノマーまたはそれらの混合物から形成される、請求項1記載の制御放出型薬剤配 合物。 3.インスリン装填量がモノマー含量の約5〜30%w/vである、請求項1 または2記載の制御放出型薬剤配合物。 4.さらに、遊離インスリンを装填したポリシアノアクリル酸アルキルナノ粒 子を含み、ポリシアノアクリル酸アルキル複合体インスリンを装填したナノ粒子 と遊離インスリンを装填したポリシアノアクリル酸アルキルナノ粒子との混合物 を形成した、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の制御放出型薬剤配合物。 5.さらに、ポリシアノアクリル酸アルキル複合体インスリンを装填したナノ 粒子上に、経口投与した際にインスリン放出を小腸にターゲティングするための 腸溶コーティングを含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の制御放出型薬剤配 合物。 6.さらに、遊離インスリンを装填したポリシアノアクリル酸アルキルナノ粒 子上に、経口投与した際にインスリン放出を小腸にターゲティングするための腸 溶コーティングを含む、請求項4または5記載の制御放出型薬剤配合物。 7.配合物がカプセル剤、錠剤、散剤、水の添加に際して発泡しうる散剤、ま たは懸濁剤として配合された、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項記載の制御放出型薬 剤配合物。 8.配合物が錠剤として配合され、さらに経口投与した際にインスリン放出を 小腸にターゲティングするための腸溶コーティングを錠剤上に含む、請求項7記 載の制御放出型薬剤配合物。 9.経口投与に適した、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項記載の制御放出型薬剤配 合物。 10.非経口投与に適した、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項記載の制御放出型薬 剤配合物。 11.実質的に前記に記載し、および例示した、請求項1記載の制御放出型薬 剤配合物。
