Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 乗物のフレームと、 このフレームに回転取付けした駆動輪と、 出力軸部分でエンジン動力供給用として該乗物のフレームに取り付けた一次エ ンジンと、 該一次エンジンの供給する動力を蓄えかつ放出する目的で該乗物のフレーム上 に取り付けた動力貯蔵装置と、 該エンジン動力を該駆動輪に伝える目的で入出力速度を調節出来る伝動装置を 内蔵した第一駆動伝達装置と、 第一モードにおいて該エンジン動力を該動力貯蔵装置に選択的に伝達するか、 または第二モードにおいてモーターとして機能させて該動力貯蔵装置から該第一 駆動伝達装置に貯蔵動力を伝達する可逆装置と、 該可逆装置を該第一駆動伝達装置に連結し、該第一モードにおいて該貯蔵動力 を該第一駆動伝達装置に伝達し、第二モードにおいて該エンジン動力を該可逆装 置に伝達する目的の第二駆動伝達装置と、 乗物の速度を検出するための乗物速度検出装置と、 該動力貯蔵装置内に蓄えた動力量を検出するための貯蔵動力検出装置と、 ドライバーの要求する乗物の動力を検出する動力要請量検出装置と、 該貯蔵動力検出量と予設定最低貯蔵動力量とを比較し、該検出量が該予設定量 を下回ると測定した時点で要請信号を発するための比較装置と、 該要請信号に応じて動力の追加増分量を求め、エンジン出力動力を検出動力要 請量と補充動力増分との計として求めるための動力出力の測定装置と、 伝達信号に応えて該伝動装置の入力速度を変えることにより、該出力軸の回転 速度を制御するエンジン速度調整装置と、 該測定エンジン出力動力と該検出乗物速度とに応じて最適効率を示すエンジン 速度を求め、かつ測定エンジン速度を示す伝達信号を該エンジン速度制御装置に 送りだすためのエンジン速度測定装置と、 該伝達信号に応えて該一次エンジンへの燃料供給量を制御することにより、該 エンジン動力をコントロールするためのエンジン負荷量調節装置と、 要請信号に応じて第一モードと第二モード間の該可逆装置の操作を切り替える 目的のモードコントロール装置と、 から構成することを特徴とするハイブリッド伝動機構乗物。 2. 二次エンジンと、該二次エンジンの出力を検出動力要請量に応じて該第一駆動 装置に連結する第二エンジンクラッチとを有することを特徴とする請求項1記載 のハイブリッド伝動機構乗物。 3. 該検出動力要請量と該一次エンジン用に予設定した最大動力値とを比較し、該 検出動力要請量が上記予設定最大動力量を超過した場合に、該二次エンジンを起 動させかつ該二次エンジンクラッチを作動させるための指令信号を発生させるこ とを特徴とする請求項2記載のハイブリッド伝動機構乗物。 4. 該指令信号を該検出貯蔵動力量が該予設定量を下回ると認めた時点のみ発生さ せることを特徴とする請求項3記載のハイブリッド伝動機構乗物。 5. 該伝動装置と該駆動輪間に挿着するものであって、該駆動輪をゼロと検出した 動力要請量を示す信号に応じて該第一駆動系から連結を外すためのフリーホイー ルクラッチを有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のハイブリッド伝動機構乗物 。 6. 該最適エンジン速度用とエンジン出力動力用の記憶マップ相関値を内蔵した記 憶装置を有し、最適効率のエンジン速度を求めるために、該エンジン速度測定装 置が該測定エンジン出力動力量および該検出乗物速度を該マップに入力すること を特徴とする請求項1記載のハイブリッド伝動機構乗物。 7. 駆動輪と、駆動輪駆動用の一次エンジンと、可逆駆動装置と、該一次エンジン で得られるエンジン動力を蓄える動力貯蔵装置と、入出力速度を調節出来る伝動 装置と、該伝動装置の入力速度を変動させる目的のエンジン速度コントロール装 置とを有する乗物において、 乗物速度を検出し、 動力貯蔵装置に蓄えた動力量を検出し、 ドライバーの要請する乗物用動力量を検出し、 動力貯蔵装置から可逆駆動手段を介し、一次エンジンによる出力以上の要請動 力を示す信号に応じて、該駆動輪を作動させるモーター用可逆駆動装置を利用し た動力貯蔵装置からの動力を供給し、 予設定値より低い貯蔵検出動力量に応じて該可逆駆動装置を使用した一次エン ジンの出力動力部分の該動力貯蔵装置へ伝達し、 貯蔵動力の検出量と予設定最低値との比較および検出貯蔵動力量が、予設定値 以下であることを判定する時点で要請信号を発生し、 要請信号に見合った追加出力動力の測定およびエンジンの出力動力を、検出動 力要請量と追加の出力動力の合計としてのエンジン出力動力を測定し、 伝達信号に応じ伝動装置の入力速度を変えることによって、一次エンジン回転 速度をコントロールし、 測定エンジン出力動力および検出乗物速度に見合った最適効率を示すエンジン 速度を測定すると共に測定エンジン速度にマッチした伝達信号を出力することを 特徴とするハイブリッド伝動推力装置を備えた乗物のコントロール方法。 8. 最適エンジン速度用と測定エンジン出力動力用の記憶第一マップ相関値と、乗 物速度用と該伝達信号用の第二マップ相関値とを該推力装置に内蔵する記憶装置 を備え、該伝達速度のそれぞれが最適エンジン速度を達成するための伝達速度比 (歯数比)を表し、この場合上記最適エンジン速度の測定は決定エンジン出力動 力と検出乗物速度とを該マップに加えることにより、該測定エンジン出力動力と 該検出乗物速度用として、また該伝達信号の測定用として最適効率を示すエンジ ン速度を選定することを特徴とする請求項7記載の乗物のコントロール方法。 9. 乗物のフレームと、 該乗物のフレームに回転取付けした駆動輪と、 出力軸部分でエンジン動力供給用として該乗物のフレームに取り付けた一次エ ンジンと、 流体圧を蓄えかつ放出させるための該乗物のフレームに取り付けた流体圧アキ ュムレータと、 該エンジン動力を該駆動輪に伝えるため、少なくとも可変有効径のプーリーを 備えた連続可変伝動装置を含む第一駆動機構ラインと、 第一モードでは該アキュムレータが放出する流体圧で流動駆動されるモーター として機能し、モーター動力を該第一駆動機構ラインに供給し、第二モードでは 該第一機構ラインで駆動するポンプとして機能し、該流体圧を蓄えるための可逆 流体置換装置と、 該流体置換装置を該第一駆動機構ラインに連結し、第一モードでは該モーター 動力を該第一駆動機構ラインに伝達し、第二モードではエンジン動力を該流体置 換装置に伝える第二駆動機構ライン装置と、 乗物速度検出用の乗物速度検出装置と、 該アキュムレータ内の流体圧検出用の圧力検出装置と、 ドライバーの要請する乗物の要請動力量を検出するための動力要請量検出装置 と、 該検出流体圧と予設定最低流体圧とを比較し、該検出流体圧が該予設定最低流 体圧を下回ると認めた時点で要請信号を発する目的の比較装置と、 該要請信号に見合った動力の追加増分を測定し、さらにエンジン出力動力を検 出動力要求量と追加動力増分との計として求める動力出力測定装置と、 伝達信号に応じた該プーリーの有効径を変えることにより該出力軸の回転速度 を調節するエンジン速度コントロール装置と、 該測定エンジン出力動力と該検出乗物速度とに見合った最適効率を示すエンジ ン速度を求め、かつ、測定エンジン速度を示す伝達信号を該エンジン速度コント ロール装置に取り出すためのエンジン速度測定装置と、 該伝達信号に応じて該一次エンジンへの燃料量を制御することにより、該エン ジン動力をコントロールするためのエンジン負荷コントロール装置と、 要請信号に応じ第一モードと、第二モード間での該流体置換装置の操作を切り 替え、かつ検出流体圧に応じた該流体置換装置の押出し量を変動させる目的のモ ード切り替えコントロール装置と、 から成ることを特徴とするハイブリッド伝動機構乗物。 10. 二次エンジンと、該二次エンジンの出力を検出動力要請量に応じて該第一駆動 装置に連結するための二次エンジンクラッチとを設けることを特徴とする請求項 9記載のハイブリッド伝動機構乗物。 11. 該比較装置を用いて検出動力要請量と該一次エンジン用に予設定した最大動力 とを比較し、該検出動力要請量が該予設定の最大動力を超過した場合に、該二次 エンジンを起動させ、さらに該二次エンジンクラッチを噛み合わせるための指令 信号を発生させることを特徴とする請求項10記載のハイブリッド伝動機構乗物 。 12. 該検出流体圧が該予設定の流体圧を下回ると測定した場合に限り、該指令信号 を発生させることを特徴とする請求項11記載のハイブリッド伝動機構乗物。 13. ゼロ検出の動力要請量を示す一信号に応えて、該第一駆動機構ラインから駆動 輪の噛み合い開放の目的で該伝動装置と駆動輪間にフリーホイールクラッチを装 入することを特徴とする請求項9記載のハイブリッド伝動機構乗物。 14. 該最適エンジン速度とエンジン出力動力用の記憶マップ相関値とを内蔵する記 憶装置を設け、この場合該エンジン速度測定装置を使って該測定エンジン出力動 力および該検出乗物速度を該マップにインプットし、最適効率を示すエンジン速 度を求めるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項9記載のハイブリッド伝動機構乗 物。 15. 駆動輪と、この駆動輪に動力を伝える一次エンジンと、可逆流体置換装置と、 流体圧蓄積用アキュムレータと、可変有効径の可動プーリーを備えた連続可変伝 動装置と、前記プーリーを機械的に作動させて有効径を変動させるコントローラ とを備えたハイブリッド伝動機構推力装置を有する乗物をコントロールする方法 であって、 乗物速度を検出し、 アキュムレータ内の流体圧を検出し、 ドライバーによる車の所要動力を検出し、 一次エンジンによる出力以上の要請動力用信号に応じて該駆動輪を駆動させる モーターとして可変流体置換装置を利用するために、可変流体置換装置を用いて アキュムレータから流体圧を引出し、 一次エンジンの出力動力の一部を使って、予設定より低い検出流体圧に応じて 可変流体置換装置をポンプとして駆動させてアキュムレータ内への流体圧を吹き 込み、 検出流体圧を予設定最低流体圧と比較し、さらに検出流体圧が予設定の低流体 圧を下回ると測定した時点の要請信号を発生し、 要請信号に応じて追加の出力動力を測定し、エンジン出力動力を検出動力要求 量と追加の出力動力との合計として測定し、 伝達信号に応じて可動プーリーの有効径を変えることによって一次エンジンの 回転速度を制御し、 測定エンジン出力動力と検出乗物速度に見合った最適効率のエンジン速度を決 定し、測定エンジン速度に応じた伝達信号を出力する、 ことを特徴とする乗物のコントロール方法。 16. 該推力装置が最適エンジン速度および測定エンジン出力動力用として記憶され た第一マップの相関値と、乗物速度および該伝達信号用として第二のマップ相関 値とを納めたメモリー装置を保有し、それぞれの該伝達速度が伝達速度比(歯数 比)のもとに最適エンジン速度を得させ、該最適エンジン速度の測定目的は、測 定エンジン出力動力と検出乗物速度とを該マップに提供することにより、該測定 エンジン出力動力用と該検出乗物速度用と該伝達信号設定用として最適効率のエ ンジン速度を選定するようにしたことを特徴とする請求項15記載の乗物のコン トロール方法。
