Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.周方向に作用する弾性手段(150)に抗し、更に軸方向に作用する摩擦 手段(170)に抗して互いに移動できるように取り付けられた2つの同軸状質 量部材(1、6)を含み、第1質量部材(1)と称される質量部材の一方がドラ イブシャフト(30)に回転自在に取り付けられ、一方、第2質量部材と称され る他方の質量部材(6)が、被動シャフトに回転自在に取り付けられるようにな っている摩擦ディスク(127)に対して摩擦面(125)を提供する反作用プ レート(161)を含むタイプの、特に自動車用のダンプフライホイールにおい て、 弾性手段(150)が、第2質量部材(6)の摩擦面(125)の内周部の完 全に径方向内側に配置されていることを特徴とするダンプフライホイール。 2.弾性手段(150)の径方向外側に、摩擦手段(170)が配置されてい ることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のフライホイール。 3.弾性手段(150)の径方向内側に、摩擦手段(170)が配置されてい ることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のフライホイール。 4.第2質量部材(6)が、第1質量部材(1)に設置された弾性手段(15 0)に重なるような形状(160)になっていることを特徴とする、請求項1記 載のフライホイール。 5.上記形状部分が、アーチ状部分(160)から成ることを特徴とする、請 求項4記載のフライホイール。 6.第2質量部材(6)が、弾性手段(150)に作用するようになっている ダンパープレート(140)に締結するための手段(135)を含み、前記ダン パープレートは、軸方向フランジ(100)を有し、軸方向フランジが前記第1 質量部材(1)内の孔に進入し、減摩ベアリング(146)により、この第1質 量部材に回転自在に結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項5記載のフライホ イール。 7.ダンパープレートが、ラジアルアーム(151)により境界の定められた U字形リセス(144)を有し、ラジアルアームの間に弾性手段(150)が嵌 合され、環状ダブルシール(115)によってシールされるキャビティを構成す るよう、弾性手段(150)と前記第2質量部材(6)との間に密閉機素(10 3)が介在され、前記環状ダブルシール(115)は、一方で第1質量部材とダ ンパープレート(140)との間、かつダンパープレート(140)と前記第2 質量部材(6)との間に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項6記載のフラ イホイール。 8.ダブルシール(115)は第1部分を含み、この第1部分の外径部が、前 記第1質量部材(1)の2面突起に係合し、その内径部が、前記ダンパープレー ト(140)の傾斜した部分(142)に接触係合し、更にダブルシール(11 5)は第2部分を有し、この第2部分の内径部が、前記ダンパープレート(14 0)の前記傾斜した部分(142)に係合し、その外径部が、密閉機素(103 )のアーチ状部分(113)を越えて、密閉機素(103)の端部(114)の 内側面に接触係合し、前記アーチ状部分が、前記第2質量部材(6)のアーチ状 部分(160)内に嵌合するようになっていることを特徴とする、請求項7記載 のフライホイール。 9.摩擦装置(170)が、前記第2質量部材(6)の方を向く第1質量部材 (1)の表面において、前記第1質量部材(1)内のキャビティ(110)内に 配置された摩擦表面(203)を有し、第2質量部材(6)の摩擦表面には、摩 擦リング(105)が配置され、この摩擦リングの運動は、前記第2質量部材( 6)によって制御され、かつこの摩擦リング(105)には、スラストリング( 106)が当接し、このスラストリング(106)は、軸方向に作用する弾性手 段(107)によって、第2質量部材(6)側に弾性的に押圧されていることを 特徴とする、請求項2記載のフライホイール。 10.摩擦表面(203)は、密閉機素(103)の平らな端部ゾーンを含み 、この密閉機素(103)は、作動時に環状リング(108)を介して軸方向に 作用する弾性手段を維持するためのフランジ(109)を更に含んでいることを 特徴とする、請求項9記載のフライホイール。 11.鋳造によって形成された少なくとも1つの突出する機素(171)の前 記第2質量部材(6)の対向する表面への係合によって、摩擦係合が得られるよ うになっていることを特徴とする、請求項9記載のフライホイール。 12.間隙をもった噛合が得られるよう、摩擦リングの内径部と対応する内側 フランジ(172)により係合がなされていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載 のフライホイール。
