Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は、請求の範囲第1項の前文による負荷の低
摩擦輸送のための磁力装置に関する。
浮上滑走装置とも呼ばれる周知の磁力装置は、支持レ
ールの上方をこれと或る間隔を置いて実際上摩擦無く移
動する。この装置は全体として非常に高価かつ複雑であ
るので、その経済性が問題となる。
例えば「ファウデーイー・ナーハリヒテン(VDI-Nach
richten)」、第1巻、1986年1月3日、にはエムデン
市の磁力鉄道「トランスラピッド(Transrapid)06」が
記載されている。車両を1cmの高さに持ち上げるため
に、多大な技術的経費が必要であるということが明らか
にされている。しかし120tの重さの車両を浮上状態に保
つために必要なエネルギー消費は記載されていない。19
6人の積載荷重の際にこれは約120000kg、すなわち一人
当たり612kg(一人当たりの体重を約80kgと見積って)
の重量に相当する。更に高価な実用技術と雪や氷に対す
る未解決な問題とがこれに加わる。
更に大きい困難が周知の日本の浮上鉄道の場合にも存
在する。浮上が始まる200km/hの速度に達するまで、若
干の車両は車輪で転がらなければならない。
ドイツ連邦共和国特許出願公開第2426053号公報に記
載のいわゆる「ベルリン磁力鉄道」も同様に作用し、し
かしその差異は、磁界の上方で案内ローラが導かれると
いうことにある。
更にフランス共和国特許出願第2228650号明細書から
磁力輸送装置が知られており、この装置では輸送方向に
交互の極性を有する永久磁石対が強磁性の支持形材に対
置している。しかし磁石は吸引の原理で、すなわち支持
形材に関して反対極を向かい合わせに配置されている。
それにより全体として比較的小さい支持能力しか得られ
ない。支持荷重はここでも正味荷重の数倍である。
ドイツ連邦共和国特許出願公開第3347635号公報から
磁力装置が知られており、この磁力装置は磁石の配置に
おいて同様に吸引の原理で、すなわち反対極を向かい合
わせに構成されている。ここでも比較的小さい支持力し
か得られない。また所定の負荷を持ち上げることができ
るように、多数の磁石を横及び上下に並べて配置しなけ
ればならないので、使用された構造は非常に高価てあ
る。
またドイツ連邦共和国特許出願公開第2146143号公報
は、負荷が取り付けられたほぼU字形の磁心形材を備え
た少なくとも一つの電磁石と、固定の梁に取り付けられ
脚つまり形材壁が垂直に向いた軟磁性のU字形支持形材
とを備える電磁式支持兼案内装置を示す。磁力線の閉鎖
は、ほぼ垂直に向かい合う両U字形材を経てほぼ垂直に
行われる。装置は電磁石を使用することにより比較的高
価である。また制御された電磁石を備えた案内装置が横
方向案内として用いられ、このことは装置の構成を比較
的複雑にしている。
またアメリカ合衆国特許第4324185号明細書から、交
互に変わる極を備え走行方向に相前後して配置された永
久磁石が用いられ、これらの永久磁石に負荷がつり下げ
られている輸送装置が知られている。永久磁石の両極面
に向けて強磁性の積層ブロックから形成された二つのレ
ールが設けられ、これらのレールは相互にかつ磁石極に
平行なほぼ垂直の壁を形成する。磁石は走行方向に相互
間のエアギャップと交互に変わる極性方向とを備えて配
置されているので、ほぼ水平な磁力線束がそれぞれ連続
する二つの磁石の間に生じる。支持形材と磁石との間の
エアギャップの相対的維持は相応の案内ローラにより実
現される。渦電流を避けるために積層された支持形材の
内部には、走行路全体に沿って電磁コイルが埋め込ま
れ、これらのコイルは外部からの相応の制御により、負
荷に固定され走行方向に交互の極性に配置された永久磁
石と共に、同時に推進と部分的に浮上をも受け持つ。支
持形材の板積層形の構成と支持形材内部に埋め込まれた
コイルとにより装置の効率は比較的大きく低下する。特
に支持形材の構造は、走行路の全長をコイルを挟み込ん
だ積層ブロックから製作しなければならないので、非常
に複雑かつ高価である。
この発明の目的は、構造が簡単かつ軽量で、エネルギ
ー消費が少なくて確実な機能と高い効率とを保証するよ
うな、前記の種類の磁力装置を提供することである。
この目的はこの発明に基づき、請求の範囲第1項に記
載の特徴を有する磁力装置により達成される。
この発明によれば壁を介して向かい合う極がそれぞれ
同一極すなわちN−N又はS−Sである。それにより反
発の原理が働く。実験によれば反発の原理の利用によ
り、公知の装置の場合に使用された吸引の原理に比べて
数倍高い効率が達成されることが判明した。
アメリカ合衆国特許第2812203号明細書から、同様に
反発式に強磁性の形材壁を介して向かい合う二つの永久
磁石が用いられる永久磁石付き保持装置が知られてい
る。しかしながらここではただ二つの磁石又は壁の長手
方向に同一極性方向を持たせて横に並べて配置された複
数の磁石が用いられ、これらの磁石の外側の極が極板を
介してつなぎ合わされており、一方強磁性の形材はT字
形材であり、T字形材の垂直な中央脚が磁石の間にまで
達し、一方T字形材の上側フランジが挿入状態で極板に
接触する。これにより垂直な磁力線束が生じるが、しか
しながらT字形材がその機能に応じて磁石装置から引き
出されたとき、磁力線束は完全に断ち切られる。ここで
も形材に沿って磁石に結合された負荷を水平に輸送する
ことについては述べられていない。水平輸送中には壁及
び磁石の距離及び位置を相互にほぼ一定に保たれなけれ
ばならない。つまりこの公知の保持装置は特に冷蔵庫の
扉のために考案され、唯一行われる相対運動は相応に冷
蔵庫容器または扉に取り付けられた磁石の間に冷蔵庫の
扉又は容器に取り付けられた形材壁を差し込みかつ引き
出すことにあり、それにより磁石に対する壁の位置が、
相応に最大の磁力線束を生じる最大の重なりから、実際
上無視できる磁力線束しか生じない完全な隔離まで変更
される。従ってこれらの二つの装置は作動方式及び主要
部構成において基本的に異なっている。
この発明の一実施態様によれば、支持力の増加のため
に支持形材が強磁性材料から成り下に向かって開いたU
字形材であり、U字形材の脚が相互に平行な垂直の形材
壁を形成し、その際磁石対が形材壁の間又は外側に配置
されている。
複数の形材を並列に配置することにより、又はそれぞ
れ磁石を備え相互に平行な複数の形材壁を有する形材を
並列に配置することにより、支持荷重の著しい増加が得
られる。
この発明に基づく磁力装置は種々の構造的な解決法に
採用できる。この装置により運搬すべき負荷を形材/磁
石装置の上方に設けることができる。それによりいわゆ
る直立配置が得られる。
その際車輌の駆動は、種々の方法例えば支持レールに
接触する駆動ローラ又はリニアモータを用いて行うこと
ができる。
しかしながらこの装置により運搬すべき負荷を形材/
磁石装置の下方に設けることもできる。これによりいわ
ゆるつり下げ配置が得られる。このつり下げ配置は有利
な変形案と見なすことができる。なぜならばここでは強
磁性の支持形材も駆動要素も、梁装置例えばコンクリー
ト梁の下方に設けられるからである。それにより特に冬
期に気象の影響が避けられる。
次にこの発明を図面を参照して複数の実施例により詳
細に説明する。
第1図は平滑な板としてのレール形の支持形材2の構
成によるこの発明に基づく磁力装置を示し、その両面に
はそれぞれ向かい合った磁石対が配置されている。形材
レール2を介して向かい合った磁石対は、同一極を従っ
てS−S又はN−Nを向け合っている。(反発の原
理)。それぞれ長手方向に磁石対を構成する磁石1の外
側の極は、強磁性の板4を介して相互に短絡されてい
る。それにより磁束は最適化され、磁束は長手方向に配
置された磁石対と形材2と板4との間を通る。
第2図に示す実施例は第1図に示した装置を補強した
実施例を示し、この実施例では支持形材2は下に向かっ
て開いたU字形材である。その両側壁つまり脚に関し
て、脚の間にもその外側にも磁石1が第1図に示すのと
同一又は類似の方法で配置されている。ここでもそれぞ
れ向かい合った磁極面が同一極性を成しているので、磁
力線は反発し強磁性の壁又は短絡板を通る相応の経路を
取る。全体として相応の力に増加が得られる。
第3図は第2図に示す実施例の多重配置を示す。この
実施例により更に力の増加が得られる。
第4図はつり下げ配置における磁力装置の実施例を示
す。コンクリート梁6にはその下面に支持形材2が固定
され、一方支持形材の下に配置され例えば輸送車両7と
することができる負荷の上面には、磁石1が形材2に協
働するように配置されている。負荷つまり車両7にはそ
の上面に更に案内ローラが設けられ、案内ローラは中央
の支持レールと協働する。移動は中央に配置されたリニ
アモータ5により行われる。
第5図は磁力装置に関して負荷7のいわゆる直立配置
を示す。支持形材2は、ここでもコンクリート梁又はコ
ンクリート梁6の側腕の下面に設けられている。負荷つ
まり車両7は梁6の上方に配置され、磁石1が支持形材
2と協働するように磁石1を支持しながら、コンクリー
ト梁6の側腕を下から抱える。コンクリート梁6はその
上面の中央に、ここには図示されていない案内ローラと
推進用リニアモータ5とのために案内レールを支持して
いる。
第6図及び第7図においては実際の実施例が示されて
いる。負荷つまり車両7はここでは人間を運ぶ車両であ
る。その上面には磁石1が取り付けられ、この磁石は下
に向かって開いたU字形材2の内部にまで達している。
車両7がつり下げ配置で運行されるということが分か
る。
【図面の簡単な説明】
第1図は、板上の支持形材と形材の両側にそれぞれ配置
され短絡された磁石対とを備えた磁力装置を、 第2図は、U字形材と脚の間及び脚の外側に配置された
磁石対とを備えた別の実施例を、 第3図は、第2図に示す実施例の多重配置を、 第4図ないし第7図は、コンクリート梁と負荷とに関す
る装置の配置例を示し、 第4図は、形材/磁石装置の下方に運搬すべき負荷を備
えた第1図の配置方式(つり下げ配置)を、 第5図は形材/磁石装置の上方に運搬すべき負荷を備え
た配置方式(直立配置)を、 第6図は、負荷が人員運搬車両である場合に、つり下げ
負荷を備えた装置の側面図を、 第7図は、第6図に示す装置の正面図を示す。

Claims (7)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項1】固定の梁に取り付けられた垂直にかつ同時
    に輸送方向に平行に向いた形材壁を備えた軟磁性の少な
    くとも一つの支持形材と、形材壁を介して向かい合う少
    なくとも二つの永久磁石対と、負荷が取り付けられてい
    る前記永久磁石と支持形材壁との間及び輸送方向に連続
    する永久磁石相互間のエアギャップと、エアギャップを
    一定に維持する機械的な手段とを備え、前記永久磁石対
    が、輸送方向に形材壁に沿って前後にかつ形材壁にほぼ
    平行に並びかつ輸送方向に直角に輸送方向に交互に変わ
    る極性を有する二つの極から成り、永久磁石対のそれぞ
    れ外側の極が強磁性板を介して短絡されている、負荷の
    低摩擦輸送のための磁力装置において、形材壁(2)を
    介して向かい合う永久磁石(1)の極がそれぞれ同じ極
    性方向(N−N、S−S)を有することを特徴とする負
    荷の低摩擦輸送のための磁力装置。
  2. 【請求項2】強磁性の支持形材(2)として下に向かっ
    て開いたU字形材が設けられ、形材の内面に垂直な両方
    の側壁の間に短絡されていない少なくとも一つの永久磁
    石対が配置され、かつ壁の各外側にそれぞれ少なくとも
    一つの永久磁石対が設けられ、その際それぞれ同一極性
    の磁石面が垂直壁を介して相互に向かい合っていること
    を特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載の磁力装置。
  3. 【請求項3】支持荷重を増加するために、それぞれ永久
    磁石(1)を備えた複数の形材(2)が横に並べて配置
    されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項又は第2
    項記載の磁力装置。
  4. 【請求項4】磁力装置により運搬すべき負荷(7)が形
    材/永久磁石装置(1、2)の上方に設けられているこ
    とを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載の磁力装置。
  5. 【請求項5】磁力装置により運搬すべき負荷(7)が形
    材/永久磁石装置(1、2)の下方に設けられているこ
    とを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載の磁力装置。
  6. 【請求項6】輸送のためにリニアモータ(5)が設けら
    れていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載の磁力
    装置。
  7. 【請求項7】輸送のために形材(2)と協働し少なくと
    も一つの電動機により駆動される駆動輪が設けられてい
    ることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載の磁力装置。
