Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は、請求の範囲第1項の前文による負荷の低
摩擦輸送のための磁力装置に関する。
浮上滑走装置とも呼ばれる周知の磁力装置は、支持レ
ールの上方をこれと或る間隔を置いて実際上摩擦無く移
動する。この装置は全体として非常に高価かつ複雑であ
るので、その経済性が問題となる。
例えば「ファウデーイー・ナーハリヒテン(VDI-Nach
richten)」、第1巻、1986年1月3日、にはエムデン
市の磁力鉄道「トランスラピッド(Transrapid)06」が
記載されている。車両を1cmの高さに持ち上げるため
に、多大な技術的経費が必要であるということが明らか
にされている。しかし120tの重さの車両を浮上状態に保
つために必要なエネルギー消費は記載されていない。19
6人の積載荷重の際にこれは約120000kg、すなわち一人
当たり612kg(一人当たりの体重を約80kgと見積って)
の重量に相当する。更に高価な実用技術と雪や氷に対す
る未解決な問題とがこれに加わる。
更に大きい困難が周知の日本の浮上鉄道の場合にも存
在する。浮上が始まる200km/hの速度に達するまで、若
干の車両は車輪で転がらなければならない。
ドイツ連邦共和国特許出願公開第2426053号公報に記
載のいわゆる「ベルリン磁力鉄道」も同様に作用し、し
かしその差異は、磁界の上方で案内ローラが導かれると
いうことにある。
更にフランス共和国特許出願第2228650号明細書から
磁力輸送装置が知られており、この装置では磁石特に永
久磁石が強磁性の形材に対置している。その際磁石は第
1の実施例ではほぼ水平な二つの形材壁の間に配置さ
れ、磁石は輸送方向に見てそれぞれ交互の極性方向を有
し、磁石の間にはそれぞれエアギャップが設けられてい
る。それにより連続する各二つの磁石の間にはほぼ水平
な磁力線束が生じる。第2の実施例では単一の支持体形
材壁の中に交互の極性方向を有し両側に向かい合う磁石
対が配置され、それにより形材壁を垂直に貫通する単純
かつ水平な磁力線の案内が行われる。全体として比較的
小さい支持能力しか得られない。支持荷重はここでも正
味荷重の数倍である。
ドイツ連邦共和国特許出願公開第3347635号公報から
磁力装置が知られており、この装置では垂直な支持形材
壁の両側ばかりでなくT字形材壁を囲み上に向かって開
かれた強磁性U字形材の脚の内側にも、輸送方向に延び
る磁石の帯が垂直に重なり合って配置され、磁石の帯は
垂直方向に見て交互の極性方向を有するようになってい
る。同時にそれぞれ支持形材及びU字形材に向かい合う
磁極面の極性が異なっている(吸引の原理)。ここでは
確かに垂直な磁力線案内により輸送運動中の渦電流発生
が防止されるけれど、しかしながらここでも比較的小さ
い支持力しか得られない。また所定の負荷を持ち上げる
ことができるように、多数の磁石を配置しなければなら
ないので、使用された構造は非常に高価である。
またドイツ連邦共和国特許出願公開第2146143号公報
は、負荷が取り付けられたほぼU字形の磁心形材を備え
た少なくとも一つの電磁石と、固定の梁に取り付けられ
脚つまり形材壁が垂直に向いた軟磁性のU字形支持形材
とを備える電磁式支持兼案内装置を示す。磁力線の閉鎖
は、ほぼ垂直に向かい合う両U字形材を経てほぼ垂直に
行われる。装置は電磁石を使用することにより比較的高
価である。また制御された電磁石を備えた案内装置が横
方向案内として用いられ、このことは装置の構成を比較
的複雑にしている。
またアメリカ合衆国特許第4324185号明細書から、交
互に変わる極を備え走行方向に相前後して配置された永
久磁石が用いられ、これらの永久磁石に負荷がつり下げ
られている輸送装置が知られている。永久磁石の両極面
に向けて強磁性の積層ブロックから形成された二つのレ
ールが設けられ、これらのレールは相互にかつ磁石極に
平行なほぼ垂直の壁を形成する。磁石は走行方向に相互
間のエアギャップと交互に変わる極性方向とを備えて配
置されているので、ほぼ水平な磁力線束がそれぞれ連続
する二つの磁石の間に生じる。支持形材と磁石との間の
エアギャップの相対的維持は相応の案内ローラにより実
現される。渦電流を避けるために積層された支持形材の
内部には、走行路全体に沿って電磁コイルが埋め込ま
れ、これらのコイルは外部からの相応の制御により、負
荷に固定され走行方向に交互の極性に配置された永久磁
石と共に、同時に推進と部分的に浮上をも受け持つ。支
持形材の板積層形の構成と支持形材内部に埋め込まれた
コイルとにより装置の効率は比較的大きく低下する。特
に支持形材の構造は、走行路の全長をコイルを挟み込ん
だ積層ブロックから製作しなければならないので、非常
に複雑かつ高価である。
この発明の目的は、構造が簡単かつ軽量で、エネルギ
ー消費が少なくて確実な機能と高い効率と支持装置内部
の渦電流の最小量への低減とを保証するような、前記の
種類の磁力装置を提供することである。
この目的はこの発明に基づき、請求の範囲第1項に記
載の特徴を有する磁力装置により達成される。
この発明によれば支持形材は強磁性材料から成り下に
向かって開いたU字形材であり、形材の脚は相互に平行
な垂直の形材壁を形成し、その際少なくとも一つの磁石
が形材壁の間従って形材内部に配置されている。
その際少なくとも一つの内部磁石を配置すれば十分で
ある。磁力線は上方を閉じられたU字形材を経て導か
れ、それにより垂直な磁力線案内が達成される。このこ
とは支持装置の中の渦電流が著しく低減され実際上無視
できる量しか現れないという長所をもたらす。またこれ
は構造上非常に簡単で同時に非常に経済的な解決策であ
る。同一の極性方向を有する複数の磁石が輸送方向又は
走行方向に相前後して配置されているときに、当然のこ
とながら効率が高まる。
この発明の一実施態様によれば、両形材壁のそれぞれ
の外側に少なくとも一つの外側の磁石又は磁石対が配置
され、その際それぞれ垂直壁を介して向かい合う内側及
び外側の磁石の磁石性の磁石面が相互に向かい合ってい
るときに、装置の支持力を著しく高めることができる。
また外側の両磁石の外側の磁極が上に向かって開いたU
字形材を経て短絡されるときは有利である。外側の磁石
はそれゆえに短絡U字形材の脚内面に固定されている。
同時に少なくとも一つの内側磁石が短絡U字形材に対し
て絶縁板を介して遮蔽され、かつ同時にこの絶縁板に固
定されている。それにより磁力線は垂直な平面上を延び
る。このことは支持装置の中の渦電流が非常に低減され
た量しか発生するおそれがないという前記の長所をもた
らす。
複数の形材を並列に配置することにより、又はそれぞ
れ磁石を備え相互に平行な複数の形材壁を有する形材を
並列に配置することにより、支持荷重の著しい増加が得
られる。
この発明に基づく磁力装置は種々の構造的な解決法に
採用できる。この装置により運搬すべき負荷を形材/磁
石装置の上方に設けることができる。それによりいわゆ
る直立配置が得られる。
その際車両の駆動は種々の方式で、例えば支持レール
に接触する駆動輪により又はリニアモータにより行うこ
とができる。
しかしながらこの装置により運搬すべき負荷を形材/
磁石装置の下方に設けることもできる。これによりいわ
ゆるつり下げ配置が得られる。このつり下げ配置は有利
な変形案と見なすことができる。なぜならばここでは強
磁性の支持形材も駆動要素も、梁装置例えばコンクリー
ト梁の下方に設けられるからである。それにより特に冬
期に気象の影響が避けられる。
次にこの発明を図面を参照して複数の実施例により詳
細に説明する。
第1図は、U字形支持形材とこの形材の垂直壁の間に配
置された磁石とを備えた無負荷時の一基本構造例を、 第2図は、負荷により形材から垂直に引き出された磁石
を備えた第1図と同じ装置を、 第3図は、U字形支持形材と、内部にすなわち形材脚又
は支持壁の間に配置された磁石と、外部に従って形材脚
の外側に配置された磁石と、外側磁石のための上に向か
って開いた短絡U字形材とを備えた第2の実施例を、 第4図は、形材脚に対する磁石及び案内ローラの配置を
図示した、第1図に示す装置の切断線IV-IVによる水平
断面図を、 第5図ないし第8図は、コンクリート梁と負荷とに関す
る装置の配置例を示し、 第5図は、形材/磁石装置の下方に運搬すべき負荷を備
えた第1の配置方式(つり下げ配置)を、 第6図は、形材/磁石装置の上方に運搬すべき負荷を備
えた配置方式(直立配置)を、 第7図は、負荷が人員運搬車両である場合に、つり下げ
負荷を備えた装置の側面図を、 第8図は、第7図に示す装置の正面図を示す。
第1図及び第2図に示す実施例では、支持形材2とし
て強磁性の材料から成るU字形レールが用いられてい
る。下に向かって開いた形材2の垂直な両脚の間には磁
石1が配置され、両磁極面がそれぞれ側壁に対して僅か
な距離を置きこれにほぼ平行に配置されている。それに
より磁力線は一つの極を出発してその近くの垂直な支持
形材壁、支持形材底辺及び第2の垂直な形材壁を経て磁
石1の第2の極の中に延びることができる。磁力線はそ
れにより最善の垂直な経路を得る。
第2図は第1図に示す装置において、非常に大きい負
荷のもとでの状態を示す。磁石1がそれに取り付けられ
た重量により下に向かって引き出されるほど、ますます
重量に逆らって働く力(浮上力)が大きくなる。負荷時
には吸引力が負荷につり合うまで磁石が形材から引き出
される。従って磁石の垂直位置に対して外部からの調整
は必要でない。
第3図に示す実施例は第1図、第2図の装置を補強し
た実施例を示し、この実施例では支持形材2は同様に下
に向かって開いたU字形材である。その両方の垂直な形
材壁つまり脚に関して、脚の間にもその外側にも、形材
面にほぼ向かい合って置かれた内側又は外側の磁石1が
配置されている。それぞれ形材壁を介して向かい合う磁
極面は同一方向に向けられている(N−N;S−S)。そ
の際外側の磁石1は上に向かって開いたU字形材2を介
して短絡される。内側の磁石1は短絡形材4に対して例
えば絶縁板8を介して間隔を保たれている。向かい合う
磁石の同方向配置により、磁力線は反発し合い磁性の支
持形材2又は短絡形材4を通る相応の経路を取る。加え
るに実際上二つの磁力線回路が存在する。第1の回路は
第1図に示す実施例のように内側磁石1から内側の支持
U字形材2を経て延びる。第2の回路は短絡形材4と外
側磁石と内側支持形材2とを経て延びる。
第4図には支持形材2の側壁に対する磁石1の配置が
示されている。その際磁石が曲線部でも壁の間の中央に
性格に保持されるように、案内ローラ3が配置されてい
る。
第5図はつり下げ配置における磁力装置の実施例を示
す。コンクリート梁6にはその下面に支持形材2が固定
され、一方支持形材の下に配置され例えば輸送車両7と
することができる負荷の上面には、磁石1が形材2に協
働するように配置されている。負荷つまり車両7にはそ
の上面には案内ローラが設けられ、案内ローラは中央の
支持レールと協働する。移動は中央に配置されたリニア
モータ5により行われる。
第6図は磁力装置に関して負荷7のいわゆる直立配置
を示す。支持形材2はここでもコンクリート梁又はコン
クリート梁6の側腕の下面に設けられている。負荷つま
り車両7は梁6の上方に配置され、磁石1が支持形材2
と協働するように磁石1を支持しながら、コンクリート
梁6の側腕を下から抱える。コンクリート梁6はその上
面の中央に、ここには図示されていない案内ローラと推
進用リニアモータ5とのために案内レールを支持してい
る。
第7図及び第8図においては実際の実施例が示されて
いる。負荷つまり車両7はここでは人間を運ぶ車両であ
る。その上面には磁石1が取り付けられ、この磁石は下
に向かって開いたU字形材2の内部にまで達している。
車両7がつり下げ配置で運行されるということが分か
る。

Claims (10)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項1】固定の梁に取り付けられ垂直にかつ同時に
    輸送方向に平行に向いた形材壁を備えた軟磁性の少なく
    とも一つの支持形材と、形材壁に沿ってこの形材壁に対
    しほぼ平行にまた輸送方向に対し直角に向いた極を備え
    て配置されている少なくとも一つの永久磁石と、負荷が
    取り付けられている前記永久磁石と支持形材との間のほ
    ぼ一定のエアギャップと、エアギャップを一定に維持す
    る機械的な手段とを備えた負荷の低摩擦輸送のための磁
    力装置において、支持形材(2)が下に向かって開いた
    U字形材であり、このU字形材の二つの脚が相互に平行
    な垂直の形材壁を形成し、少なくとも一つの永久磁石
    (1)がこの二つの形材壁の間に配置されていることを
    特徴とする負荷の低摩擦輸送のための磁力装置。
  2. 【請求項2】両形材壁の間に長手方向又は輸送方向に相
    前後して配置された少なくとも二つの永久磁石が設けら
    れていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載の磁力
    装置。
  3. 【請求項3】永久磁石が輸送方向に見てそれぞれ同一極
    性の方向を有し、連続して並ぶ永久磁石(1)の間にエ
    アギャップが設けられていないことを特徴とする請求の
    範囲第2項記載の磁力装置。
  4. 【請求項4】U字形材(2)の内部に垂直な両形材壁の
    間に少なくとも一つの永久磁石(1)が配置され、かつ
    壁の各外側にそれぞれ少なくとも一つの永久磁石(1)
    が設けられ、その際それぞれ同一極性の磁石面が垂直壁
    を介して相互に向かい合っていることを特徴とする請求
    の範囲第1項記載の磁力装置。
  5. 【請求項5】外側の永久磁石(1)が上に向かって開い
    たU字形材(4)を介して短絡され、内側の永久磁石
    (1)がこのU字形材(4)に対して絶縁板(8)を介
    して遮蔽されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第4項
    記載の磁力装置。
  6. 【請求項6】支持荷重を増加するために、それぞれ永久
    磁石(1)を備えた複数のU字形材(2)が横に並べて
    配置されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項ない
    し第5項のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
  7. 【請求項7】磁力装置により運搬すべき負荷(7)が形
    材/永久磁石装置(1、2)の上方に設けられているこ
    とを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載の磁力装置。
  8. 【請求項8】磁力装置により運搬すべき負荷(7)が形
    材/永久磁石装置(1、2)の下方に設けられているこ
    とを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載の磁力装置。
  9. 【請求項9】輸送のためにリニアモータ(5)が設けら
    れていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載の磁力
    装置。
  10. 【請求項10】輸送のために形材(2)と協働し少なく
    とも一つの電動機により駆動される駆動輪が設けられて
    いることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載の磁力装
    置。
