Abstract

本発明は、固定子(2)と、ほぼ円筒形の回転子(1)と、前記固定子(2)と前記回転子(1)との間に位置する円筒形の空隙(9)と、トルクを伝達するために切換え可能である内蔵クラッチ(3,4)とを有する、選択的に電動機又は発電機として作動可能でありとりわけハイブリッド駆動装置付き自動車のパワートレーンの中に組込み可能である電気機械に関する。本発明の電気機械は、前記回転子(1)が、外部に配置され(外部回転子形機械)、前記クラッチ(3及び/又は4)が、回転子の内部に位置する前記固定子(2)の中に配置されていることを特徴とする。
Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
少なくとも1つのクラッチを有する電気機械
本発明は、請求の範囲第1項の上位概念に記載の少なくとも1つの内蔵形クラ
ッチを有する電気機械に関する。
自動車の比燃料消費量を低減する努力に関連して、ハイブリッド駆動装置を有
する自動車が公知となっている。この自動車は、内燃機関と、第1図に概念的に
示されている変速機を有する従来のパワートレーン(動力伝達装置)とを有する
。内燃機関6と変速機7との間には、電気機械が配置され、この電気機械は、非
同期機械として形成され、選択的に(自動車作動及び内燃機関6の始動の際には
)電動機として、又は発電機として作動可能である。軸方向に見て、この電気機
械の内部回転子1の互いに対向して位置する側面の外部に、2つのトルク伝達ク
ラッチ3,4が、配置されている。この電気機械の固定子2は、半径方向に見て
外部領域内に位置し、駆動エネルギーを供給する蓄電池5に電気的に接続可能で
ある。
回転子1は二重の機能を有する。何故ならば回転子1は内燃機関6のためのデ
ィスクフライホイールとしても動作するからである。このために、対応する作動
モードでは電気機械に設けられており内燃機関6に面するクラッチ3がスイッチ
オンされ、これにより内燃機関6のクランク軸8aと回転子1との間に相互回転
不能な接続が形成される。機械的な駆動エネルギーを軸8bを介して変速機7に
伝達するために、クラッチ4もスイッチオンされる。純粋な電気的駆動が蓄電池
5から電流を取出すことにより行われる作動モードの場合、内燃機関6に面する
クラッチ3はスイッチオフされ、他方のクラッチ4のみがスイッチオンされる。
クラッチ3,4のこの切換え状態は、電気機械が発電機として作動されその際に
蓄電池5が充電されて自動車が制動される作動モードにおいても現れる。しかし
その際制動効果を強化するために、第1のクラッチ3がスイッチオンされ、これ
により内燃機関6も制動作用を発揮する。
クラッチ3,4を回転子1の端面に直接にフランジ接続することにより、比較
的コンパクトな構造が得られる。この公知の解決法の1つの重大な欠点は、電気
機械の出力及び最大トルクが、内燃機関6の対応する値に比して大幅に小さいこ
とにある。従って、このハイブリッド駆動装置は、純粋に電気的な作動モードで
は非常に小さい走行出力しか供給できない。熱に変換された損失出力を排出する
ために、冷却ブロワが設けられている。
本発明の課題は、冒頭に記載の電気機械を改善して、軸方向にできるだけコン
パクトな構造を実現し、大幅に大きいトルクと出力密度とを可能にし、高い機能
確実性を保証することにある。
上記課題は、本発明により、請求の範囲第1項の特徴部分に記載の特徴により
解決される。本発明の有利な実施例は、請求の範囲第2項〜第12項に記載され
ている。
次に本発明を図に基づいて詳細に説明する。
第1図は公知のハイブリッド駆動装置の概念図、第2図は本発明の電気機械を
有するハイブリッド駆動装置の概念図、第3図は第2図の電気機械の1つの変形
実施例の概念図、第4図は本発明の電気機械の回転子の一部を詳細に示す断面図
である。
第1図の公知のハイブリッド駆動装置の機能は冒頭で詳細に説明した。第2図
に示されているパワートレーンは基本的に第1図のものと同様に動作し、従って
以下において両者の相違点のみを説明する。第2図〜第4図において、第1図の
場合と同一機能の部分は、同一の参照番号が付けられている。
第1図と異なり、第2図の選択的に電動機又は発電機として作動可能な電気機
械は外部回転子形機械であり、ほぼ円筒形で外部に位置する回転子1を有する。
これは、電子転流回路を有する同期機械である。回転子1の中には固定子2が配
置されており、回転子2は図示されていない電気巻線を備える。回転子1には対
応して永久磁石が設けられている。固定子2への給電のための電子転流回路は図
示されていない。電動機の2つの機能部分(回転子1及び固定子2)の間には円
筒形の空隙9が存在する。この構成は非常に大きいトルクの発生を可能にする。
何故ならば空隙9は大幅に外方へ配置することができるからである。回転子1は
車輪と同様に横断面が部分的に鍵の歯のように凹凸状に形成されているハブ部分
1aを有し、このハブ部分1aは固定子2の中に支承され、切換え可能なクラッ
チ4の機能部分自身を形成するか、又はこの機能部分に固定接続されている。ク
ラッチ4の他方の機能部分は、変速機7につながる軸8bに接続されている。ク
ラッチ4は外方から同軸に回転子1のハブ部分1aの中に入れられ、従って同時
に固定子2の中にも位置する。有利にはクラッチ4は固定子2の輪郭の軸方向の
限界表面である端面を越えることがないか又は僅かしか越えず、回転子1の軸方
向の限界表面である端面をも越えることがないか又は僅かしか越えない。これに
より、軸方向に非常にコンパクトな構成が保証される。多数の用途において、ク
ラッチの中に、(図示されていない)回転振動減衰装置を設けると有利である。
この電気機械にただ1つのクラッチを設けるだけでも多数の用途において使用
可能な本発明の実施例となる。第2図のハイブリッド駆動装置の例のように第2
のクラッチ(クラッチ3)を必要とする場合、第2のクラッチも固定子2の中に
同様に設けられる。このために回転子1のハブ部分1aに第2のハブ部分1bが
接続され、第2のハブ部分1bは切換え可能なクラッチ3の機能部分も形成する
か又はクラッチ3の機能部分に接続されている。クラッチ3の第2の機能部分は
回転不能にクランク軸8aに接続されている。2つのクラッチ3,4は有利には
完全に固定子2又は回転子1の容積の中に入れられ、従って軸方向の構造長を非
常に短く保持できる。
クラッチ3,4として、例えば多板クラッチ又は液圧又空圧作動形乾式クラッ
チ等の異なるタイプが適する。有利には電気作動される磁性粒子クラッチを使用
する。クラッチの形式と無関係にスイッチオン及びスイッチオフを自動化するこ
とが推奨される。
永久磁石励磁形の外部回転子形機械としての構成は、比較的コンパクトな寸法
で、大きいトルクと高い出力とを保証する。更に回転子1は公知のように、内燃
機関6のためのディスクフライホイールとして使用でき、この場合のディスクフ
ライホイールは従来技術の場合に比して大幅に効果的である。何故ならばこの場
合のディスクフライホイールは大きい半径を有する円筒上に配置されているから
である。固定子2の巻線の中の出力損失により発生する熱の放出のためには有利
には液体冷却装置(図示せず)が設けられ、液体冷却装置は空気冷却装置に比し
て効率的に動作し構成がコンパクトである。
第2図に対して変形されているが、しかし同様に2つのクラッチ3,4を有す
る本発明の実施例が第3図に示されている。この場合クラッチ3,4は軸方向に
直接に順次に配置され、ともに同一の側から固定子2の中に入れられ、固定子2
はこの場合壺形ケーシング形状を有する。この構造の基本的機能は第2図の場合
と対応し、この構造の重要な利点はクラッチの作動機構を変速機側から接続でき
、電動機クランク軸への直接的なフランジ接続を軸方向の中間空間を残さずに実
現できることにある。空隙9は、変速機7に面する側でケーシング状ハブ部分1
aにより密封されて覆われる。これにより、クラッチ3,4の摩擦により発生し
場合によっては強磁性成分を含む粉塵が回転子1の永久磁石に簡単に到達し空隙
9の領域内に蓄積し場合によっては障害を発生することが、防止される。このよ
うな粉塵は、回転子ケーシングの外部の回りを巡って移動しないと、内燃機関6
に面する側から空隙9の中に侵入できない。必要な場合には更に確実な障害発生
防
止策を施すことができる。すなわち、そのためには第4図に示されているように
永久磁石12とハブ部分1aとの間に空隙9に対して密封されているリング状収
集室10を形成する。この収集室10は、ハブ部分1aの中の複数の開口11を
介して変速機7に面する側から接近可能である。そしてこの収集室10は、複数
の別個の収集室に分割できる。クラッチ3,4で摩擦により発生した強磁性の塵
埃が変速機側から外方に出る場合、この塵埃はハブ部分1aに沿って外方へ移動
しなければならない。塵埃は外周に到達する前に開口11を通過しなければなら
ず、その際、塵埃は永久磁石12により吸引され収集室10の中に磁気的に固定
保持される。その際何等の損傷も発生しない。
永久磁石励磁形同期機械による本発明の実施例は、非同期機械による公知の実
施例に比して別の1つの重要な利点を有する。公知の実施例は、空隙の変化に対
して非常に敏感であり、この空隙は、効果的な作用を保証するには0.1〜0.2
mmの領域内になければならない。この領域からずれると作用が大幅に劣化する
ことを覚悟しなければならない。非同期機械は、(クランク軸への直接的なフラ
ンジ接続が行われている場合)、内燃機関のクランク軸の遊びに対して非常に敏
感である。従って、高い効率を保証したい場合、相応して狭い公差を有する支承
のための付加的手段を大きいコストをかけて実現しなければならない。これに対
して同期機械を使用する場合、このような付加的コストは不要である。
本発明の利点は、次の例により更に明瞭となる。比較例:
第1図のハイブリッド駆動装置を有する自動車は、駆動装置組立として最大ト
ルク110Nmの出力55kWのディーゼルモータを有する。電気非同期機械(
内燃機関・発電機)の直径は約250mmであり、軸方向構造長は約85mmで
ある。これらの寸法で、電力は(2000rpmで)7.5kWであり、最大持
続トルクは、約80Nmである。従って、純粋に電気的な走行作動の場合、対
応する内燃機関作動に比して小さい走行出力となる(出力は最大14%、トルク
は最大73%)。本発明:
同一の内燃機関を基礎にして、第3図の本発明の1つの有利な実施例は、永久
磁石励磁型で320mmの直径と147mmの軸方向構造長とを有する電気同期
機械を有する。最大電力は(18000rpmで)25kWであり、最大トルク
は400Nmである。例えば第1図の場合に比して、電力は約230%大きく、
最大トルクは約400%大きく、これらの値は機械寸法が比較的僅かしか増加し
ていない(直径は28%増加し、構造長は73%増加している)にもかかわらず
得られる。更に本発明の別の1つの利点は内燃機関のフライホイール作用が改善
されることにあり、これは外部回転子形構造に起因する。とりわけ、トルクが大
幅に増加することにより重要な利点が得られるのは、電動機が内燃機関のスター
タとして動作する場合である。

- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 固定子(2)と、ほぼ円筒形の回転子(1)と、前記固定子(2)と前 記回転子(1)との間に位置する円筒形の空隙(9)と、トルクを伝達するため に切換え可能である内蔵クラッチ(3,4)とを有し、選択的に電動機又は発電 機として作動可能であり、とりわけハイブリッド駆動装置付き自動車のパワート レーンの中に組込み可能である電気機械において、 前記回転子(1)が外側に配置され(外部回転子形機械)、前記クラッ チ(3及び/又は4)が、内部に位置する前記固定子(2)の中に配置されてい ることを特徴とする電気機械。 2. 電気機械が、電気転流回路を有する同期機械として形成され、回転子( 1)が多数の永久磁石(12)を有することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記 載の電気機械。 3. 軸方向に関して互いに反対向きの固定子(2)の端面の領域内に2つの クラッチ(3,4)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項又は第 2項に記載の電気機械。 4. 2つのクラッチ(3,4)が設けられ、固定子(2)がほぼ壺状のケー シング形状を有し、前記両クラッチ(3,4)が前記壺状ケーシングの中に直接 に順次に配置されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項又は第2項に記載の 電気機械。 5. クラッチ(3,4)が電気的に作動されることを特徴とする請求の範囲 第1項から第4項のうちのいずれか1つの項に記載の電気機械。 6. クラッチ(3,4)の作動が自動化されていることを特徴とする請求の 範囲第1項から第5項のうちのいずれか1つの項に記載の電気機械。 7. クラッチ(3,4)が磁性粒子クラッチとして形成されていることを特 徴とする請求の範囲第5項又は第6項に記載の電気機械。 8. クラッチ(3,4)が多板クラッチ又は液圧又は空圧作動形乾式クラッ チとして形成されている請求の範囲第1項から第6項のうちのいずれか1つの項 に記載の電気機械。 9. クラッチ(3,4)のうちの少なくとも1つにねじりダンパが設けられ ていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第8項に記載の電気機械。 10. 前記クラッチ(3,4)が軸方向に固定子(2)又は回転子(1)の 端面側輪郭を軸方向に全く越えないか又は僅かしか越えないように、クラッチ( 3,4)が固定子(2)の中に内蔵されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1 項から第9項のうちのいずれか1つの項に記載の電気機械。 11. 電気機械の中で発生する損失熱を排出する液体冷却装置が設けられて いることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第10項のうちのいずれか1つの項 に記載の電気機械。 12. 回転子(1)がケーシング状のハブ部分(1a)を有し、このハブ部 分が壺状の固定子ケーシングの開放側に面する側で前記空隙(9)を外部に対し て密封するように拡がり、永久磁石(12)の端面とケーシング状のハブ部分( 1a)との間に少なくとも1つの収集室(10)が形成され、前記収集室(10 )は前記空隙(9)に対して密封閉鎖され、少なくとも1つの前記収集室(10 )への開口(11)がケーシング状のハブ部分(1a)の中に設けられているこ とを特徴とする請求の範囲第2項又は第4項に記載の電気機械。
