Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.炭化水素供給物を水素の存在下で触媒と接触させることからなる潤滑基油の 製造方法であって、該触媒が5容積%ないし50容積%の範囲の巨孔度を有する 無定形シリカ−アルミナ担体に担持された水素添加成分からなる上記方法。 2.担体が少なくとも10容積%好ましくは少なくとも15容積%一層好ましく は少なくとも20容積%更に一層好ましくは少なくとも25容積%の巨孔度を有 する、ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項の方法。 3.担体が40容積%以下好ましくは38容積%以下の巨孔度を有する、こと を特徴とする請求の範囲第1項シリカ−項のどちらかの方法。 4.水素添加成分がモリブデン、クロム、タングステン、白金、ニッケル、鉄 及びコバルトの金属の1種又はそれ以上あるいはそれらの酸化物及び/又は硫化 物、好ましくはクロム、モリブデン及びタングステンの金属の1種又はそれ以上 もしくはそれらの酸化物及び/又は硫化物と組み合わされたコバルト、鉄及びニ ッケルの金属の1種又はそれ以上もしくはそれらの酸化物及び/又は硫化物から 選択される、ことを特徴とする前記請求の範囲のいずれかの項の方法。 5.無定形シリカ−アルミナが10〜75重量%好ましくは10〜60重量% の範囲の量のアルミナを含む、ことを特徴とする前記請求の範囲のいずれかの項 の方法。 6.操作温度が290℃ないし430℃好ましくは310℃ないし415℃一 層好ましくは325℃ないし415℃の範囲にある、ことを特徴とする前記請求 の範囲のいずれかの項の方法。 7.水素分圧が20〜200バール好ましくは80〜160バール一層好まし くは90〜160バール更に一層好ましくは100〜150バールの範囲にある 、ことを特徴とする前記請求の範囲のいずれかの項の方法。 8.炭化水素供給物を0.5〜1.5kg/l/h好ましくは0.5〜1.2kg/l/h の範囲の重量時間空間速度にて処理する、ことを特徴とする前記請求の範囲のい ずれかの項の方法。 9.300〜5000l/kg好ましくは500〜2500l/kgの範囲の水素 対油の比率をもたらすべき量にて水素を与え、しかして水素の容量はlバール及 び0℃における標準リットルとして表される、ことを特徴とする前記請求の範囲 のいずれかの項の方法。 10.炭化水素供給物がスピンドル油、軽質機械油又は中重質機械油のロウ質 留出物、脱アスファルト油、スラックロウ又は合成ロウ、好ましくはスラックロ ウ又は合成ロウである、ことを特徴とする前記請求の範囲のいずれかの項の方法 ° 11.5容積%ないし50容積%の範囲の巨孔度を有する無定形シリカ−アル ミナ担体に担持された水素添加成分からなる触媒。 12.5容積%ないし50容積%の範囲の巨孔度を有する無定形シリカ−アル ミナ担体に担持されたコバルト、鉄及びニッケルの金属のl種又はそれ以上とク ロム、モリブデン及びタングステンの金属の1種又はそれ以上との組合せからな る、請求の範囲第11項の触媒。
