- 1.一般式: ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼(II)[式中Arはアリール基を示し、R は水素原子又は場合によりフェニル基で置換されていることができる炭素数が1 〜4のアルキル基、又はフェニル基を示し、Phは場合によりハロゲン及び炭素 数が1〜4のアルコキシ基、炭素数が1〜4のアルキルチオ基、アミノ基、炭素 数が1〜4のアルキルアミノ基、各アルキル部分の炭素数が1〜4のジアルキル アミノ基、又はニトロ基から選ばれる1つ又はそれ以上の原子あるいは基により 置換されたフェニル基を示す] の生成物を水添分解することを特徴とする一般式:▲数式、化学式、表等があり ます▼(I)[式中Ar及びRは上記と同義である]のβ−フェニルイソセリン 及びその類似体の製造法。

- 7.用いられる一般式(II)の生成物を一般式:▲数式、化学式、表等があり ます▼(III)[式中Ar及びPhは請求の範囲1と同義である]の生成物の 、酸性媒体中のアルコールを用いた加水分解又はアルコーリシスにより得、一般 式(III)の生成物を一般式:▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼(IV)[ 式中Ar及びPhは請求の範囲1と同義であり、R1はエステル又はエーテルの 形態でアルコール官能基を保護する基を示す]の生成物の、無機塩基による、又 は1〜10重量%のパラジウムを含むパラジウムブラックから選ばれる触媒の存 在下における、場合によりその場生成される水素によるけん化又は水添分解、及 びそれに続く、得られたジアステレオマーの分離により得、一般式(IV)の生 成物を一般式: ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼(V)[式中、Ar及びPhは上記と同義で ある]のイミンの一般式: ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼(VI)[式中R1は上記と同義であり、X は臭素又は塩素から選ばれるハロゲン原子を示す] の酸ハライド上への、脂肪族第3アミン及びピリジンから選ばれる有機塩基の存 在下における環状付加により得ることを特徴とする請求の範囲1に記載の方法。
- 8.一般式: ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼ [式中、Arはアリール基を示し、Phは場合により置換されたフェニル基を示 し、R1はエステル又はエーテルの形態でアルコール官能基を保護する基を示す ] の生成物。
- 9.Arが場合によりハロゲン原子(フッ素、塩素、臭素、ヨウ素)及びアルキ ル、アリール、アラルキル、アルコキシ、アルキルチオ、アリールオキシ、アリ ールチオ、ヒドロキシ、ヒドロキシアルキル、メルカプト、ホルミル、アシルア ミノ、アロイルアミノ、アルコキシカルボニルアミノ、アミノ、アルキルアミノ 、ジアルキルアミノ、カルボキシ、アルコキシカルボニル、カルバモイル、ジア ルキルカルバモイル、シァノ、ニトロ及びトリフルオロメチル基から選ばれる1 つ又はそれ以上の原子又は基により置換されていることができるフェニルあるい はα−又はβ−ナフチル基を示し、アルキル基及び他の基のアルキル部分は炭素 数が1〜4であり、アリール基はフェニルあるいはα−又はβ−ナフチル基であ ると理解され、Phが場合によりハロゲン及び炭素数が1〜4のアルコキシ基、 炭素数が1〜4のアルキルチオ基、アミノ基、炭素数が1〜4のアルキルアミノ 基、各アルキル部分の炭素数が1〜4のジアルキルアミノ基、又はニトロ基から 選ばれる1つ又はそれ以上の原子又は基により置換されていることができるフェ ニル基を示し、R1がアルキル、フェニルアルキル又はフェニル基、あるいはR ′1−O基を示し、ここでR′1がアルキル、フェニルアルキル又はフェニル基 を示す請求の範囲8に記載の生成物。
- 10.一般式: ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼ [式中Arは場合によりハロゲン原子(フッ素、塩素、臭素、ヨウ素)及びアル キル、アリール、アラルキル、アルコキシ、アルキルチオ、アリールオキシ、ア リールチオ、ヒドロキシ、ヒドロキシアルキル、メルカプト、ホルミル、アシル アミノ、アロイルアミノ、アルコキシカルボニルアミノ、アミノ、アルキルアミ ノ、ジアルキルアミノ、カルボキシ、アルコキシカルボニル、カルバモイル、ジ アルキルカルバモイル、シアノ、ニトロ及びトリフルオロメチル基から選ばれる 1つ又はそれ以上の原子又は基により置換されていることができるフェニルある いはα−又はβ−ナフチル基を永し、アルキル基及び他の基のアルキル部分は炭 素数が1〜4であり、アリール基はフェニルあるいはα−又はβ−ナフチル基で あると理解され、R2は水素原子又はアセチル基を示し、R3は場合により水素 原子及びアルキル、ヒドロキシル、アルコキシ、アルカノイル、アルカノイルオ キシ、ニトロ、アミノ、アルキルアミノ、ジアルキルアミノ、カルバモイル又は トリフルオロメチル基から選ばれる同一又は異なる1つ又はそれ以上の原子又は 基により置換されていることができるフェニル基を示し、アルキル基及び他の基 のアルキル部分は炭素数が1〜4であるか、あるいは別の場合R3は基R4−O −を示し、ここでR4は: −炭素数が1〜8の直鎖状もしくは分枝鎖状アルキル基、炭素数が3〜6のアル ケニル基、炭素数が3〜6のシクロアルキル基、炭素数が4〜6のシクロアルケ ニル基を示し、これらの基は場合によりハロゲン原子及びヒドロキシル基、炭素 数が1〜4のアルキルオキシ基、各アルキル部分の炭素数が1〜4のジアルキル アミノ基、ピペリジノ基、モルホリノ基、1−ピペラジニル基(場合により炭素 数が1〜4のアルキル基又はアルキル部分の炭素数が1〜4のフェニルアルキル 基により4位が置換されていることができる)、炭素数が3〜6のシクロアルキ ル基、炭素数が4〜6のアルケニル基、フェニル基、シアノ基、カルボキシ基又 はアルキル部分の炭素数が1〜4のアルキルオキシカルボニル基から選ばれる1 つ又はそれ以上の置換基により置換されていることができるか、−あるいは場合 によりハロゲン原子及び炭素数が1〜4のアルキル基、又は炭素数が1〜4のア ルキルオキシ基から選ばれる1つ又はそれ以上原子又は基により置換されている ことができるフェニル基を示すか、−あるいは場合により炭素数が1〜4の1つ 又はそれ以上のアルキル基により置換されていることができる4〜6員の飽和又 は不飽和窒素−含有複素環状基を示す] のタキサン誘導体の製造のための、請求の範囲1に従って得られる生成物の利用 。
