Description
(式中、R1はフェニル基、または炭素数1~10のアルキル基を示し、R2は炭素数1~3のアルキル基を示す。nは1~3の数を示す。)
アルコキシシラン化合物としては、例えば、メチルトリメトキシシラン、ジメチルジメトキシシラン、フェニルトリメトキシシラン、メチルトリエトキシシラン、ジメチルジエトキシシラン、フェニルトリエトキシシラン、n-プロピルトリメトキシシラン、n-プロピルトリエトキシシラン、ヘキシルトリメトキシシラン、ヘキシルトリエトキシシラン、オクチルトリエトキシシラン、デシルトリメトキシシランなどが挙げられる。
参考例1
2Lフラスコにロジン類(A)としてのトールロジン(無変性ロジン)830部を仕込
み、窒素5ml/minを流しながら、200℃まで加熱し、溶解させた。
表1に示す処方に変更した以外は、参考例1と同じ方法で、ロジン類(A)のカルボキシ基と、水酸基含有オキシアルキレン化合物(b1-1)の水酸基とを、エステル化反応させ、減衰ポリマー用添加剤を得た。また、得られた反応生成物1分子中の環式ジテルペン構造の数を算出した。
2Lフラスコにロジン類(A)としてのトールロジン(無変性ロジン)530部を仕込み、窒素5ml/minを流しながら、加熱溶解させた。その後、205℃に到達したときに、溶融したトールロジンを撹拌しながら、(メタ)アクリル基含有オキシアルキレン化合物(b1-2)としてのメトキシ-ポリオキシエチレングリコールアクリレート(商品名AM-90G、新中村化学社製)240部を滴下漏斗に仕込み、2時間かけて滴下し、ロジン類(A)の樹脂酸の共役二重結合と、(メタ)アクリル基含有オキシアルキレン化合物(b1-2)のアクリル基とを、ディールス・アルダー反応させた。
以下の方法で、まず、ロジン類(A)の樹脂酸の共役二重結合と、(メタ)アクリル基含有オキシアルキレン化合物(b1-2)のアクリル基とを、ディールス・アルダー反応させ、その後、ロジン類(A)中の樹脂酸のカルボキシ基と、水酸基含有オキシアルキレン化合物(b1-1)の水酸基とを、エステル化反応させた。
表1に示す処方に変更した以外は、実施例7と同じ方法で、ロジン類(A)の共役二重結合と、(メタ)アクリル基含有オキシアルキレン化合物(b1-2)のアクリル基とをディールス・アルダー反応させ、その後、反応生成物中のカルボキシ基と、水酸基含有オキシアルキレン化合物(b1-1)の水酸基とを、エステル化反応させ、減衰ポリマー用添加剤を得た。また、得られた反応生成物1分子中の環式ジテルペン構造の数を算出した。
2Lフラスコにロジン類(A)としてのトールロジン(無変性ロジン)660部を仕込み、窒素5ml/minを流しながら、200℃まで加熱し、溶解させた。
(1)減衰ポリマー組成物の調製
ベースポリマーとして、架橋性ゴムである天然ゴム(SMR-CV60(標準マレーシアゴム、グレードCV60))を用いて、減衰ポリマー組成物を得た。
シリカ(NipSil(ニップシール)VN3、東ソー・シリカ製)140質量部
シラン化合物(フェニルトリエトキシシランKBE-103、信越化学工業製)30質量部
液状ポリイソプレンゴム(クラプレンLIR-50、数平均分子量54000、クラレ製)30質量部
カーボンブラック(FEFシースト3、東海カーボン製)3質量部
酸化亜鉛2種(三井金属鉱業製)4質量部
ステアリン酸(つばき、日油製)2質量部
次いで、天然ゴム100質量部に対して下記の割合で架橋成分を加え、さらに混練した。
スルフェンアミド系促進剤(ノクセラー(登録商標)NS、N-tert-ブチル-2-ベンゾチアゾリルスルフェンアミド、大内新興化学工業製)1質量部
チウラム系促進剤(ノクセラー(登録商標)TBT-n、テトラブチルチウラムジスルフィド、大内新興化学工業製)1質量部
これにより、混練物として、減衰ポリマー組成物を得た。
減衰ポリマー組成物をシート状に押出成形し、得られたシートを打ち抜いて、図1に示すように、平面形状が矩形の平板1(厚み8mm×縦40mm×横40mm)を形成した。
上記試験体3を、図2(a)に示すように2個用意し、この2個の試験体3を、それぞれ、一方の鋼板2を介して1枚の中央固定治具4に固定するとともに、両試験体3の、他方の鋼板2に、それぞれ1枚ずつの左右固定治具5を固定した。

Claims (1)
- 架橋性ゴムおよび非架橋性の熱可塑性エラストマーからなる群から選択されるポリマーに添加されるポリマー用添加剤であって、
ロジン類(A)と、
前記ロジン類(A)に対して反応可能なオキシアルキレン化合物(B)と
の反応生成物を含み、
前記反応生成物1分子中のオキシアルキレン単位の数が3以上であり、
ロジン類(A)に由来する環式ジテルペン構造の数が、前記反応生成物1分子中に2以上6以下である
ことを特徴とする、振動エネルギーを減衰させる性能を向上させるためのポリマー用添加剤。
