Description
ーテルジスルホン酸塩およびその誘導体類などが挙げられる。これらは、単独使用または2種類以上併用することができる。
級脂肪酸エステル類、例えば、ポリオキシエチレン・ポリオキシプロピレン・ブロックコポリマーなどが挙げられる。これらは、単独使用または2種類以上併用することができる。
サンプルをテトラヒドロフランに溶解させ、試料濃度を5.0g/Lとして、示差屈折率検出器(RID)を装備したゲルパーミエーションクロマトグラフ(GPC)によって測定し、サンプルの分子量分布を得た。
データ処理装置:品番GPC−101(昭和電工社製)
示差屈折率検出器:品番GPC−101に内蔵されたRI検出器
カラム:品番KF−803、KF−802、KF−801×2本(昭和電工社製)
移動相:テトラヒドロフラン
カラム流量:1.0mL/min
試料濃度:5.0g/L
注入量:100μL
測定温度:40℃
分子量マーカー:標準ポリスチレン(SHODEX STANDARD.昭和電工社製標
準物質)
<酸価(mgKOH/g)測定>
JIS K 5902(2006年)に準拠し、サンプルを化学天秤で0.5〜0.7g、100mlマイヤーに量り取り、中性溶剤(トルエン/メタノール=2:1)に完全に溶解させるまでよく振った後、1%フェノールフタレインを約5滴加え、N/5KOHにて滴定することにより、酸価を求めた。
実施例1
1Lフラスコにロジン類(A)としての中国ガムロジン(無変性ロジン)760gを仕込み、窒素5ml/minを流しながら、加熱溶解させた。その後、205℃に到達したときに、溶融した中国ガムロジンを撹拌しながら、環構造含有化合物(B)としてのイソボルニルアクリレート40gを滴下漏斗に仕込み、2時間かけて滴下した。その後、150℃以下まで冷却し、反応生成物として、環構造付加ロジン(イソボルニルアクリレート付加ロジン)を得た。
1Lフラスコに中国ガムロジン(無変性ロジン)760gを仕込み、窒素5ml/minを流しながら、加熱溶解させた。その後、195℃に到達したときに、溶融した中国ガムロジンを撹拌しながら、無水マレイン酸23gを仕込み、さらに反応させ、濁りが無くなった時点で反応終了とした。これにより、酸変性ロジン783gを得た。これをロジン類(A)とした。
表1および表2に示す配合処方とした以外は、実施例1と同様にして粘着付与樹脂を得た。なお、実施例10〜13では、中国ガムロジンおよびイソボルニルアクリレートの配合比率を変更し、また、実施例14では、中国ガムロジンおよびイソボルニルアクリレートとともに、パーブチルZ(重合開始剤、t−ブチル−パーオキシベンゾエート、日本油脂社)9.1gを配合した。粘着付与樹脂の酸価、重量平均分子量を、表1および表2に併せて示す。
表1に示す配合処方とした以外は、実施例2と同様にして粘着付与樹脂を得た。粘着付与樹脂の酸価、重量平均分子量を、表1に併せて示す。
2L四つ口フラスコに中国ガムロジン1000gを仕込み、ミネラルスピリット760gを加えて、窒素5ml/minを流しながら、加熱溶解させた。その後、完全に溶解し、撹拌可能となったときから、130℃まで冷却し、塩化亜鉛触媒を10g加えて、同温にて4時間反応させた。その後、0.5%重曹水にて、3回以上中和水洗し、粗重合ロジンを得た。さらに、得られた粗重合ロジンを蒸留し、分解物および含有溶剤を除去することにより、重合ロジンを得た。
製造例1(ベースポリマーの製造)
撹拌機、コンデンサー、温度計、不活性ガス導入管および滴下ロートを備えたフラスコに、溶剤としてトルエン600部を入れ、不活性ガス(窒素ガス)を導入し、85℃に昇温した。その後、撹拌下、ロートより共重合性モノマーとして、n−ブチルアクリレート416部、2−エチルヘキシルアクリレート416部、アクリル酸15.3部、1.6−ヘキサンジオールジアクリレート0.2部、2−ヒドロキシエチルアクリレート2.5部、トルエン32.0部、重合開始剤としてt−ブチルパーオキシ−2−エチルヘキサネート(日油(株)製、商品名パーブチルO)1部からなる混合物を2時間かけて滴下した。
製造例1で得られたアクリル樹脂90質量部(固形分)に、実施例1で得られた粘着付与樹脂10質量部(固形分)を添加した。さらに、架橋剤としてのコロネートL−45E(イソシアネート系架橋剤、日本ポリウレタン工業製、トリレンジイソシアネートの45%酢酸エチル溶液)を、アクリル樹脂および粘着付与樹脂の総量100質量部に対して1.55質量部(固形分)添加し、混合および撹拌することにより、粘着剤組成物を調製した。
表3および表4に示す配合処方に変更した以外は、実施例15と同様にして、粘着剤組成物を調製した。
(1)粘着力・保持力
粘着剤組成物を、基材としての25μmポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム:PETフィルム(株式会社東レ製、商品名ルミラーT−60)に、乾燥後の膜厚が25μmとなるよう塗工した。その後、大気中100℃にて5分間乾燥した後、表面を剥離処理された75μmPETフィルム(パナック株式会社製、商品名SPPET7501BU)でカバーし、40℃で3日間養生して、評価用シートを得た。
粘着剤組成物を、基材としての50μmポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム(重剥離用PETフィルム(商品名SPPET5003BU、パナック社製))の表面および裏面の両方に、乾燥後の膜厚が25μmとなるよう塗工した。その後、大気中100℃にて5分間乾燥した後、表面を剥離処理された75μmPETフィルム(商品名SPPET7501BU、パナック社製)で塗工面(両面)をカバーし、40℃で3日間養生して、評価用シートを得た。
Claims (5)
- ロジン類(A)と、
前記ロジン類と反応可能な環構造含有化合物(B)と、
アルコール(C)と
の反応生成物であり、
前記ロジン類(A)が、無変性ロジンであり、
前記環構造含有化合物(B)が、環構造を有する(メタ)アクリル酸エステルである
ことを特徴とする、粘着付与樹脂。 - 前記環構造含有化合物(B)が、
2つ以上の脂環を含む脂環族基を有する化合物、および/または、1つ以上の芳香環を含む芳香族基を有する化合物
を含有する、請求項1に記載の粘着付与樹脂。 - 前記環構造含有化合物(B)が、
イソボルニル基を有する化合物を含有する、請求項1に記載の粘着付与樹脂。 - 前記環構造含有化合物(B)が、
ベンジル基を有する化合物を含有する、請求項1に記載の粘着付与樹脂。 - 請求項1に記載の粘着付与樹脂と、(メタ)アクリル樹脂とを含有することを特徴とする、粘着剤組成物。
