Description
本実験例では、上述のように、母材であるAl2O3と添加剤の割合を調節して、強度測定用K2バルク(bulk)を製作した。
Claims (8)
- 120~500nmの粒子サイズを有するAl2O3 からなり、
前記120~500nmの粒子サイズを有するAl2O3に対して、CaCO3を0.92~2.01wt%、MgCO3を0.92~2.67wt%、及びSiO2を2.00~4.01wt%さらに含む、
未焼成の絶縁体組成物。 - 前記CaCO3、MgCO3、及びSiO2のwt%合計に対して、SiO2のwt%が占める比が0.44~0.52である、請求項1に記載の未焼成の絶縁体組成物。
- 前記120~500nmの粒子サイズを有するAl2O3に対して、TiO2を0.76~2.21wt%さらに含む、請求項1に記載の未焼成の絶縁体組成物。
- 前記CaCO3、MgCO3、SiO2、及びTiO2のwt%合計に対して、SiO2のwt%が占める比が0.34~0.44である、請求項3に記載の未焼成の絶縁体組成物。
- 120~500nmの粒子サイズを有するAl2O3 からなる絶縁体組成物を焼成することにより粒子サイズが1μm以下となるセラミックが形成され、前記セラミックの内部にNiを主成分として形成された電極を含んで成る電子部品を製造するための方法であって、
1,250~1,400℃で前記絶縁体組成物と前記電極を同時に焼結し、H2濃度が3%以下となるように還元雰囲気を制御することにより、前記Niの酸化が抑制されるようにして前記電子部品を形成し、
前記絶縁体組成物が、前記120~500nmの粒子サイズを有するAl2O3に対して、CaCO3を0.92~2.01wt%、MgCO3を0.92~2.67wt%、及びSiO2を2.00~4.01wt%さらに含む、
電子部品の製造方法。 - 前記絶縁体組成物は、前記CaCO3、MgCO3、及びSiO2のwt%合計に対して、SiO2のwt%が占める比が0.44~0.52である、請求項5に記載の電子部品の製造方法。
- 前記絶縁体組成物が、前記120~500nmの粒子サイズを有するAl2O3に対して、TiO2を0.76~2.21wt%さらに含む、請求項5に記載の電子部品の製造方法。
- 前記絶縁体組成物は、CaCO3、MgCO3、SiO2、及びTiO2のwt%合計に対して、SiO2のwt%が占める比が0.34~0.44である、請求項7に記載の、電子部品の製造方法。
