Claims (13)
- シート基材の一方面に、水性塗料が含浸した含浸層を有する機能性壁紙であって、
前記シート基材は、5~55重量%のポリエステル繊維と、45~95重量%のパルプとを含む不織布であり、
前記含浸層に含浸した水性塗料の乾燥時の重量が、20g/m2~150g/m2であり、
前記シート基材の表面におけるポリエステル繊維の結晶化度が、前記シート基材の内部におけるポリエステル繊維の結晶化度よりも低い、
ことを特徴とする機能性壁紙。 - 前記シート基材は、5~40重量%の前記ポリエステル繊維と、60~95重量%の前記パルプを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の機能性壁紙。
- 前記シート基材の一方面の表面の十点平均粗さが、8μm~14μmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の機能性壁紙。
- 前記シート基材の一方面の表面の十点平均粗さが、9μm~13μmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の機能性壁紙。
- 前記シート基材は、20~35重量%のポリエステルと、65~80重量%のパルプとを含む不織布であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の機能性壁紙。
- 前記シート基材は、10~30重量%のポリエステルと、60~85重量%のパルプと、1~5重量%のポリオレフィン繊維とを含む不織布であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の機能性壁紙。
- 前記含浸層に含浸した水性塗料の乾燥時の重量が、27g/m2~137g/m2であることを特徴とする請求項1~6の何れか1項に記載の機能性壁紙。
- 前記水性塗料に光触媒機能を有する材料が含まれている、または前記含浸層上に光触媒機能を有する材料が含まれるコーティング層が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の機能性壁紙。
- 前記水性塗料に、5~20重量%の水酸化カルシウムが含まれていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の機能性壁紙。
- 前記水性塗料に、前記水性塗料の固形分を100重量部としたときの0.05~50重量部の銀が含まれていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の機能性壁紙。
- 前記シート基材の他方面に接着剤が塗布された接着層を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の機能性壁紙。
- 前記含浸層上に、顔料を含むインク層が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の機能性壁紙。
- 前記シート基材の一方面にエンボス加工が施されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の機能性壁紙。
