さらに、従来における通気性壁紙においては、向こう貼り(壁面への糊付け)には適さないため、壁紙の施工時における寸法安定性に欠けることから、異種の素材(特に和紙等)を積層した施工の容易かつ簡便な通気性壁紙を得ることができない。

Claims (1)
- 全重量当りポリエステルからなる合成繊維を5〜45重量%と、パルプ、レーヨンからなるセルロース系繊維を55〜95重量%とを、含有する通気性壁紙を使用し、
前記通気性壁紙の表面に、発泡剤入りの塩ビペーストを塗布し、これをゲル化、低温予備発泡させた後、多価カルボン酸または多価カルボン酸無水物を混入した発泡抑制インキを使用し、前記予備発泡させた塩ビペーストに対し凹部とすべき模様部分に印刷加工を施して、加熱発泡させることにより凹凸模様を形成し、立体感のある化粧層を形成することを特徴とする通気性壁紙の製造方法。
