Claims (10)
- 調合デバイスにおける使用のためのバルブであって、バルブハウジングと、開位置にある時にバルブ内に流体を流通させるように構成される前記バルブハウジング内に設置のバルブ構造であって、回転軸を中心として前記バルブハウジングに対して回転可能であるバルブ構造であり、重力壁を含むバルブ構造であって、バルブ構造が前記開位置にある時に前記バルブ構造内を移動する流体がバルブを通過して前記重力壁を横断した後で重力に反して上向きに移動する、バルブ構造と、前記バルブ構造の下方部分に接続されて、前記開位置と閉位置との間で前記回転軸を中心に前記バルブ構造を回転させるように構成されるアクチュエータであって、前記バルブ構造の開動作および閉動作のそれぞれの間に、前記開位置と前記閉位置の一方を越えて前記バルブ構造の前記下方部分を過回転させてから、前記開位置と前記閉位置のそれぞれに前記下方部分を戻すように構成されるアクチュエータとを備えるバルブ。
- 前記バルブ構造の前記下方部分が、前記下方部分に設置されるキー溝を含む、請求項1に記載のバルブ。
- 前記バルブ構造の前記下方部分の前記キー溝に嵌め込まれて、前記開位置と前記閉位置との間で前記回転軸を中心として前記バルブ構造を回転させるように前記アクチュエータが構成される、請求項2に記載のバルブ。
- 前記アクチュエータがステッパモータを含む、請求項3に記載のバルブ。
- 第2のバルブ構造が第2のバルブ構造開位置にある時にバルブ内に流体を流通させるように構成される前記バルブハウジング内に設置の第2のバルブ構造をさらに備え、前記第2のバルブ構造が第2の回転軸を中心として前記バルブハウジングに対して回転可能である、請求項1に記載のバルブ。
- 前記第2のバルブ構造が前記バルブ構造とサイズが異なる、請求項5に記載のバルブ。
- 前記バルブハウジングが、当該の前記バルブ構造および第2のバルブ構造を各々が収容するように構成される複数の開口を含む、請求項5に記載のバルブ。
- 前記バルブ構造の可撓性特徴ゆえに、前記アクチュエータの作動中に前記アクチュエータに隣接して設置される前記バルブ構造の下面が第1の回転速度で回転して、前記アクチュエータの作動中に、前記下面より前記アクチュエータから離れて設置される前記バルブ構造の上方部分が前記第1の回転速度と異なる第2の回転速度で同時に回転するように、前記バルブ構造を回転させるように前記アクチュエータが構成される、請求項1に記載のバルブ。
- 前記バルブ構造へ流入する流体が下向き流体路に沿って、また前記バルブ構造の前記回転軸に沿って流通するように構成される前記バルブ構造の上部に設置のインプット孔と、前記バルブ構造から流出する流体が前記バルブ構造の前記回転軸に略垂直である出口経路に沿って流通するように構成される前記バルブ構造の周側壁に画定の出口孔とを前記バルブ構造が含み、前記重力壁が前記バルブ構造内に設置されて、前記バルブを通過する流体が前記重力壁の上流側では前記下向き流体路を通過して前記重力壁の下流側では上向き流体路を通過するように構成され、前記重力壁の前記上流側と下流側とが互いに反対にあり、前記下向き流体路の方向が前記上向き流体路の方向と概ね反対であり、前記バルブ構造が前記開位置にある時に、前記バルブ構造内を移動する流体が、前記バルブを通過して前記重力壁を横断する時に重力に反して上向きに移動する、請求項1に記載のバルブ。
- 調合デバイスでバルブを操作するための方法であって、バルブハウジングを用意することと、バルブ構造が開位置にある時に前記バルブ内で流体を流通させるように構成される前記バルブハウジング内に設置のバルブ構造を用意することであって、前記バルブ構造が回転軸を中心として前記バルブハウジングに対して回転可能であり、前記バルブ構造が重力壁を含み、前記バルブ構造が前記開位置にある時に、前記バルブ構造内を移動する流体が前記バルブを通過して前記重力壁を横断した後に重力に反して上向きに移動することと、さらに前記バルブ構造の下方部分に接続されて、前記開位置と閉位置との間で前記回転軸を中心に前記バルブ構造を回転させるように構成されるアクチュエータを用意することを含み、前記アクチュエータが、前記バルブ構造の開動作および閉動作のそれぞれの間に、前記開位置と前記閉位置の一方を越えて前記バルブ構造の前記下方部分を過回転させてから、前記開位置と前記閉位置のそれぞれに前記下方部分を戻すこととを包含する方法。
