Claims (20)
- 調合デバイスに用いられるバルブであって、
バルブハウジングと、
前記バルブハウジング内に位置し、開位置において流体が前記バルブを通って流れるのを許可するよう構成されたバルブ構造と、を備え、前記バルブ構造は、重力擁壁を有し、
前記バルブ構造が前記開位置にあるとき、前記バルブ構造を通っている流体は、前記バルブの通過中で前記重力擁壁を横切っているときに重力に反して上方に移送する、バルブ。 - 前記重力擁壁は、前記バルブハウジングの内周壁から、最初に斜めに延び、さらに下方かつ前記バルブの回転軸と略平行に延びる、請求項1に記載のバルブ。
- 前記重力擁壁は、前記バルブの底床面から離隔して重力擁壁吐出口を規定し、また、前記重力擁壁は、当該重力擁壁の周りで向きを変えるJ型の流体路を規定し、
前記J型の流体路の端部は、前記バルブハウジングにより規定されるチャンネルと選択的に流体連通する、請求項2に記載のバルブ。 - 前記重力擁壁および前記バルブハウジングは、合わせてJ型の流体路を規定し、
前記J型の流体路は、当該J型の流体路の最も低い谷部で接触する長腕部および短腕部を有する、請求項1に記載のバルブ。 - 前記J型の流体路の前記長腕部における流体の流れ方向に対し直角に取られた当該長腕部に位置する流体通過路の断面積は、前記J型の流体路の前記短腕部における流体の流れ方向に対し直角に取られた当該短腕部に位置する流体通過路の断面積よりも大きい、請求項4に記載のバルブ。
- 前記J型の流体路の前記長腕部により規定される体積は、前記J型の流体路の前記短腕部により規定される体積よりも大きい、請求項4に記載のバルブ。
- 前記バルブハウジングは、複数の前記バルブ構造を据え付けるように構成された複数の開口を有する、請求項1に記載のバルブ。
- 少なくとも1つの前記バルブ構造は、別の前記バルブ構造と大きさが異なる、請求項7に記載のバルブ。
- 前記バルブ構造は、第1の弾性値を有する第1の材料からできており、前記バルブハウジングは、第2の弾性値を有する第2の材料からできており、前記第1の弾性値は、前記第2の弾性値よりも大きく、前記バルブ構造は、前記バルブハウジングよりも大きい男性を有する、請求項1に記載のバルブ。
- 前記バルブ構造は、当該バルブ構造の上部に位置する取り入れ口を有し、
前記取り入れ口は、前記バルブ構造内の第1の流体路を規定する中心軸を有し、
前記重力擁壁は、前記取り入れ口の内周壁から前記取り入れ口の前記中心軸の方向に延びる、請求項1に記載のバルブ。 - 前記重力擁壁は、前記取り入れ口から下方に延びる、請求項10に記載のバルブ。
- 前記バルブ構造は、当該バルブ構造の上部に位置する取り入れ口を有し、
前記取り入れ口は、前記バルブ構造内の第1の流体路を規定する中心軸を有し、
前記バルブ構造は、当該バルブ構造の底部に位置するキー溝構造を有し、
前記キー溝構造は、当該キー溝構造に嵌め込まれるアクチュエータによって作動されたときに前記バルブ構造がキー溝軸に対し回転できるよう構成されている、請求項1に記載のバルブ。 - 調合デバイスに用いられるバルブであって、
回転軸を有するバルブ構造と、
前記バルブ構造の上部に位置し、前記バルブ構造に入った流体が下向きの流体路に沿って前記バルブ構造の前記回転軸と略平行に流れるよう構成されたインプット開口と、
前記バルブ構造の周側壁によって規定され、前記バルブ構造から出る流体が前記バルブ構造の前記回転軸に対し略直角な出口路に沿って流れるよう構成された出口開口と、
前記バルブ構造内に位置する重力擁壁であって、前記バルブを通過する流体が当該重力擁壁の上流側において前記下向きの流体路に沿って流れ、当該重力擁壁の下流側において上向きの流体路に沿って流れるよう構成された重力擁壁と、を備え、
前記重力擁壁の前記上流側と前記下流側とは互いに反対側にあり、
前記下向きの流体路の方向は、前記上向きの流体路の方向と反対であり、
前記バルブ構造が開位置にあるとき、前記バルブ構造を通っている流体は、前記バルブの通過中で前記重力擁壁を横切っているときに重力に反して上方に移送する、バルブ。 - 前記重力擁壁は、前記バルブ構造の内周壁から、最初に斜めに延び、さらに下方かつ前記バルブ構造の前記回転軸と略平行に延びる、請求項13に記載のバルブ。
- 前記重力擁壁は、前記重力擁壁は、前記バルブ構造の底床面から離隔して重力擁壁吐出口を規定し、また、前記重力擁壁は、流体が前記重力擁壁吐出口を通過するときに、当該重力擁壁の周りで略180°向きを変えるよう構成される、請求項14に記載のバルブ。
- さらに、バルブハウジングを備え、
前記バルブハウジングは、複数のバルブ構造を据え付けるように構成された複数の開口を有する、請求項13に記載のバルブ。 - 少なくとも1つの前記バルブ構造は、別の前記バルブ構造と大きさが異なる、請求項16に記載のバルブ。
- さらに、バルブハウジングを備え、
前記重力擁壁および前記バルブハウジングは、合わせてJ型の流体路を前記バルブ内に規定し、
前記J型の流体路は、最も低い谷部で接触する長腕部および短腕部を有する、請求項13に記載のバルブ。 - 前記J型の流体路の前記長腕部における流体の流れ方向に対し直角に取られた当該J型の流体路の断面積は、前記J型の流体路の前記短腕部における流体の流れ方向に対し直角に取られた当該J型の流体路の断面積よりも大きい、請求項18に記載のバルブ。
- 前記J型の流体路の前記長腕部により規定される体積は、前記J型の流体路の前記短腕部により規定される体積よりも大きい、請求項18に記載のバルブ。
