Claims (16)
- 少なくとも2つの区別される材料ソースから最終容器へ材料を移送するための調合デバイスであって:
バルブ表面およびポンプ表面を定義するハウジングと;
前記バルブ表面に隣接する少なくとも1つの回転可能なマイクロ・バルブ作動デバイスと;
前記バルブ表面に隣接する少なくとも1つの回転可能なマクロ・バルブ作動デバイスと;
前記ハウジングの前記ポンプ表面に隣接して配置されたマイクロ・ポンプと;
前記ハウジングの前記ポンプ表面に隣接して配置されたマクロ・ポンプと;
を備え、
前記回転可能なマイクロ・バルブ作動デバイスが、時計回り方向、反時計回り方向、および時計回り方向と反時計回り方向の組み合わせのいずれかの方向に回転し、前記マイクロ・ポンプと連携して、前記材料ソースのうちの少なくとも1つから前記最終容器へ材料を運び、前記回転可能なマクロ・バルブ作動デバイスが、時計回り方向、反時計回り方向、および時計回り方向と反時計回り方向の組み合わせのいずれかの方向に回転し、前記マクロ・ポンプと連携して、前記材料ソースのうちの少なくとも他の1つから前記最終容器へ材料を運ぶ、調合デバイス。 - さらに、センサ・ブリッジであって、前記ハウジング上の前記バルブ表面と前記ポンプ表面の間に、前記センサ・ブリッジによって前記マイクロ・ポンプおよび前記マクロ・ポンプが前記回転可能なマイクロ・バルブ作動デバイスおよび前記回転可能なマクロ・バルブ作動デバイスから分けられるように配置され、マイクロ・インプット・ラインを収容するべく構成された第1の通過路と、マクロ・インプット・ラインを収容するべく構成された第2の通過路含むセンサ・ブリッジを備える、請求項1に記載の調合デバイス。
- 前記マイクロ・インプット・ラインは、前記マクロ・インプット・ラインの長手方向に対して直角に取られた前記マクロ・インプット・ラインの断面より小さい、前記マイクロ・インプット・ラインの長手方向に対して直角に取られた断面を有する、請求項2に記載の調合デバイス。
- 前記センサ・ブリッジは、前記第1の通過路および第2の通過路のうちの少なくとも1つの中の物質中にある気泡を検出するべく構成された少なくとも1つのバブル検出センサを含む、請求項2に記載の調合デバイス。
- 前記センサ・ブリッジは、前記第1の通過路および第2の通過路のうちの少なくとも1つに生じる閉塞を検出するべく構成された少なくとも1つの閉塞検出センサを含む、請求項2に記載の調合デバイス。
- 前記マイクロ・ポンプは、第1のプラテンに隣接して配置される第1のロータを含み、前記マクロ・ポンプは、第2のプラテンに隣接して配置される第2のロータを含む、請求項1に記載の調合デバイス。
- 前記第1のロータおよび前記第2のロータは、互いに相互交換可能である、請求項6に記載の調合デバイス。
- さらに、前記回転可能なマイクロ・バルブ作動デバイスおよび回転可能なマクロ・バルブ作動デバイスの作動を調和させるべく構成されたコントローラを備え、当該作動が同時に生じる、請求項1に記載の調合デバイス。
- 前記コントローラは、前記回転可能なマイクロ・バルブ作動デバイスおよび前記マイクロ・ポンプによって制御されるマイクロ・インプット・ラインと、前記回転可能なマクロ・バルブ作動デバイスおよび前記マクロ・ポンプによって制御されるマクロ・インプット・ラインの同時フラッシングをコントロールするべく構成される、請求項8に記載の調合デバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1つの回転可能なマイクロ・バルブ作動デバイスは、複数の回転可能なマイクロ・バルブ作動デバイスを含み、前記少なくとも1つの回転可能なマクロ・バルブ作動デバイスは、複数の回転可能なマクロ・バルブ作動デバイスを含み、前記回転可能な複数のマイクロ・バルブ作動デバイスは、前記マイクロ・ポンプの作動と調和して作動するべく構成され、前記回転可能な複数のマクロ・バルブ作動デバイスは、前記マクロ・ポンプの作動と調和して作動するべく構成される、請求項1に記載の調合デバイス。
- 前記回転可能なマクロ・バルブ作動デバイスおよび前記回転可能なマイクロ・バルブ作動デバイスは、いずれも、前記調合デバイスのマクロ・チャンネルおよびマイクロ・チャンネルの同時フラッシングの間に、対応するバルブを同時に開くべく構成される、請求項10に記載の調合デバイス。
- 前記マクロ・ポンプは、第1の体積流量を吐出流量とするべく構成され、前記マイクロ・ポンプは、第2の体積流量を吐出流量とするべく構成され、前記第1の体積流量は、前記第2の体積流量より大きいとする、請求項1に記載の調合デバイス。
- 各前記回転可能なマイクロ・バルブ作動デバイスは、第1のステッパ・モータを含み、各前記回転可能なマクロ・バルブ作動デバイスは、第2のステッパ・モータを含む、請求項1に記載の調合デバイス。
- 前記マイクロ・ポンプは、第1のロータに接続されるマイクロ・ポンプ・ステッパ・モータを含み、前記マクロ・ポンプは、第2のロータに接続されるマクロ・ポンプ・ステッパ・モータを含む、請求項1に記載の調合デバイス。
- さらに、前記ハウジングの前記バルブ表面への取り付けのために構成された多岐管、および対応する材料ソースを前記多岐管に接続する複数の移送ラインを含む移送セットを備える、請求項1に記載の調合デバイス。
- 前記回転可能なマイクロ・バルブ作動デバイスおよび前記マイクロ・ポンプは、引き渡し可能な最小体積および適応可能な構成成分の数が前記回転可能なマクロ・バルブ作動デバイスおよび前記マクロ・ポンプと異なる、請求項1に記載の調合デバイス。
