Claims (9)
- 781℃の炎に対して20分以上耐える耐熱性を有し、第1金属板と第2金属板との内部に中空部が形成されると共に、前記第1金属板と前記第2金属板との一方である一方の金属板の前記中空部側に接続された第3金属板を有する中空体を用意する第1工程と、
前記第1工程において用意された前記中空体の前記中空部に前記耐熱性を有する無機の発泡剤を導入して発泡させ連続気泡を有する発泡体を形成のうえ、又は、前記耐熱性を有すると共に連続気泡を有した無機の発泡体を導入のうえ、前記第3金属板と前記一方の金属板との間に第2中空部を形成して押圧することで当該発泡体を固化させる第2工程と、
前記第2工程において発泡体が固化された後に、又は、前記第2工程における発泡体の固化中に、前記中空部を真空引きする第3工程と、
を有することを特徴とする真空断熱体の製造方法。 - 前記第1工程では、板厚0.1mm以上2.0mm以下となる積層された複数枚の金属板を加工して前記中空部を有した前記中空体を製造して用意する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の真空断熱体の製造方法。 - 前記第1工程では、前記複数枚の金属板を前記発泡剤の少なくとも一部の発泡温度より200℃低い温度以上となる高温環境下で加工して前記中空部を有した前記中空体を製造して用意し、
前記第2工程では、前記高温環境下のままの状態で、前記中空部に発泡剤を導入させる
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の真空断熱体の製造方法。 - 前記第2工程では、発泡時に連続気泡を形成する発泡剤又は連続気泡を有した発泡体と、781℃の耐熱温度以上の温度で流動化する融着材とが導入され、
前記第1工程では、前記複数枚の金属板を前記融着材の流動化温度より200℃低い温度以上となる高温環境下で加工して前記中空部を有した前記中空体を製造して用意する
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の真空断熱体の製造方法。 - 前記第2工程では、発泡時に連続気泡を形成する発泡剤と、発泡時に独立気泡を形成する発泡剤との混合物が導入される
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の真空断熱体の製造方法。 - 前記第2工程では、発泡剤と共に、発泡剤の発泡温度で発泡しない耐熱性を有する接着剤が導入される
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の真空断熱体の製造方法。 - 781℃の耐熱温度以上の溶融温度で溶融する表面処理材料を、前記第2工程において発泡体が固化された後に前記溶融温度以上を維持している前記中空体の外表面の少なくとも一部に施す第4工程をさらに有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の真空断熱体の製造方法。 - 前記第2工程では、発泡剤又は発泡体の導入にあたり前記中空部が真空引きされている
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の真空断熱体の製造方法。 - 781℃の炎に対して20分以上耐える耐熱性を有し、第1金属板と第2金属板との内部に中空部が形成され、且つ、前記第1金属板と前記第2金属板との一方である一方の金属板の前記中空部側に接続された第3金属板を有し、前記一方の金属板と前記第3金属板との間に第2中空部が形成された中空体と、
前記中空体のうち前記第2中空部外且つ前記中空部内に行き渡り、連続気泡を形成して発泡固化された前記耐熱性を有する無機の発泡体と、を備え、
前記中空部が真空引きされている
ことを特徴とする真空断熱体。
