Abstract
Description
フォーム実施例1ならびに基準フォームA及びBは、表1に記載の配合物を使用して作製される。
フォーム実施例4及び5ならびに基準フォームBは、及び、表3に記載の配合物を使用して、上述の一般的様式で作製される。結果は、表4に記載される。
フォーム実施例6〜9は、表5に記載の配合物を使用して、上述の一般的様式で作製される。結果は、表6に記載される。
フォーム実施例10及び11は、表7に記載の配合物を使用して、上述の一般的様式で作製される。結果は、表8に記載される。
Claims (15)
- 空洞充填独立気泡硬質ポリウレタンフォームを調製するための方法であって、(a)少なくとも1つの有機ポリイソシアネートと、1分子当たり少なくとも3.0の平均ヒドロキシル基官能価及び75〜250の平均ヒドロキシル当量を有するポリオール混合物と、水、少なくとも1つのHFOまたはHCFO及び、任意選択で少なくとも1つの炭化水素を含有する発泡剤混合物であって、5〜60モルパーセントの水及び少なくとも2モルパーセントの前記HFOまたはHCFOを含有する、発泡剤混合物と、を成分として含む反応性フォーム形成系を調製することと、(b)減気圧下で、前記反応性フォーム形成系を空洞内に射出し、前記フォーム形成系を膨張させることと、(c)少なくともゲルが生じるまで前記減気圧を維持し、前記反応性フォーム形成系をさらに硬化させて、約40kg/m3未満の密度、及びISO12939/DIN52612に従う10℃の平均プレート温度で19mW/m・K未満の熱伝導率を有する独立気泡硬質ポリウレタンフォームを生成することと、を含む、前記方法。
- 空洞充填独立気泡硬質ポリウレタンフォームを調製するための方法であって、(a)少なくとも1つの有機ポリイソシアネートと、1分子当たり少なくとも3.0の平均ヒドロキシル基官能価及び75〜250の平均ヒドロキシル当量を有するポリオール混合物と、水、炭化水素発泡剤、及び少なくとも1つのHFOまたはHCFOを含有する発泡剤混合物であって、5〜60モルパーセントの水を含有し、前記炭化水素と前記HFOまたはHCFOのモル比が5:95〜95:5である、発泡剤混合物と、を成分として含む反応性フォーム形成系を調製することと、(b)前記反応性フォーム形成系を減気圧下で空洞内に射出し、前記フォーム形成系を減気圧下で膨張させることと、(c)少なくともゲルが生じるまで前記減気圧を維持し、前記反応性フォーム形成系をさらに硬化させて、約40kg/m3未満の密度、及びISO12939/DIN52612に従う10℃の平均プレート温度で19mW/m・K未満の熱伝導率を有する独立気泡硬質ポリウレタンフォームを生成することと、を含む、前記方法。
- 前記発泡剤混合物が、20〜60モルパーセントの水を含有する、請求項2に記載の前記方法。
- 前記発泡剤混合物が、20〜33モルパーセントの水を含有する、請求項3に記載の前記方法。
- 前記発泡剤混合物が、22〜30モルパーセントの水を含有する、請求項4に記載の前記方法。
- 炭化水素発泡剤とHFO及びHFCOのモル比が、15:85〜50:50である、請求項2〜5のいずれかに記載の前記方法。
- 炭化水素発泡剤とHFO及び/またはHFCOのモル比が、30:70〜50:50である、請求項2〜5のいずれかに記載の前記方法。
- 炭化水素発泡剤とHFO及びHFCOのモル比が、15:85〜30:70である、請求項2〜5のいずれかに記載の前記方法。
- 前記炭化水素が、シクロペンタンを含む、請求項2〜8のいずれかに記載の前記方法。
- 前記HFOまたはHCFOが、HFO 1234ze(1,3,3,3−テトラフルオロプロペン)、HCFO 1233zd(1−クロロ−3,3,3−トリフルオロプロペン)、HFO 1336 mzz(1,1,1,4,4,4−ヘキサフルオロブタ−2−エン)のうちの1つ以上である、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の前記方法。
- 前記HFOまたはHCFOが、HFO 1336 mzz(1,1,1,4,4,4−ヘキサフルオロブタ−2−エン)である、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の前記方法。
- 前記発泡剤が、2モルパーセント以下の別の発泡剤を含有する、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の前記方法。
- 前記減気圧が、35〜95kPaの絶対圧である、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の前記方法。
- 前記減気圧が、40〜90kPaの絶対圧である、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の前記方法。
- 前記フォームが、17.5mW/m・K以下のラムダ値及び<1.175の流動指数を有する、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の前記方法。
