Description
Claims (7)
- 磁束機械を提供する工程aであって、前記磁束機械は:
ステータ;
複数のロータであって、回転方向が前記複数のロータの中心軸を中心にして独立して回転するように構成された第1のロータおよび第2のロータを備える、複数のロータ;
前記ステータと接続した複数のコイルアセンブリであって、前記複数のコイルアセンブリの各々が、それぞれのコイル、および第1の部分と第2の部分とを有するそれぞれのコア積層体を備え、前記複数のコイルアセンブリの前記それぞれのコイルは、前記それぞれのコア積層体の前記第1の部分の周囲に少なくとも部分的に巻かれており、前記複数のコイルアセンブリの各々が、前記複数のコイルアセンブリ内の電流が前記回転方向に対して垂直な平面に流れるように配向される、複数のコイルアセンブリ;および
前記複数のロータと接続した複数の磁石のセットであって、前記複数の磁石のセットは前記第1のロータと接続した第1の磁石のセットおよび前記第2のロータと接続した第2の磁石のセットを備え、
前記第1のロータは第1の軸および前記第1の軸に接続した第1の構造フレームを備え、前記第1の軸は前記中心軸を中心に回転するように構成され、前記第1の構造フレームは前記第1の軸から前記複数のコイルアセンブリに向かって延在し、前記第1の磁石のセットにおける各磁石が前記第1の構造フレームに接続することによって、前記第1の磁石のセットにおける各磁石が、前記複数のコイルアセンブリの第1の側面に向かって周方向に面して隣接して配置され、
前記第2のロータは第2の軸および前記第2の軸に接続した第2の構造フレームを備え、前記第2の軸は前記中心軸を中心に回転するように構成され、前記第2の構造フレームは前記第2の軸から前記複数のコイルアセンブリに向かって延在し、前記第2の軸は、前記第1の軸に対し相互に自由回転し、かつ前記第1の軸と同軸となるように位置合わせされ、前記第2の磁石のセットにおける各磁石が前記第2の構造フレームに接続することによって、前記第2の磁石のセットにおける各磁石が、前記複数のコイルアセンブリの第2の側面に向かって周方向に面して隣接して配置され、前記第1の磁石のセットの磁石および前記第2の磁石のセットの磁石は回転方向に対し磁束が直交するように配向され、前記複数のコイルアセンブリの各々の前記それぞれのコア積層体の前記第2の部分は、前記それぞれのコイルの前記第1の側面と、前記第1の磁石のセットに由来する磁石との間に位置することによって、各コイルアセンブリの前記コイルが、前記コイルアセンブリの前記コア積層体の前記第1の部分と、前記コイルアセンブリの前記コア積層体の前記第2の部分との間に位置する、工程a;
第1の周波数で前記第1のロータを駆動する工程b;
前記第1のロータと電気の位相同期を維持しつつ、第2の周波数で前記第2のロータを駆動する工程cであって、前記複数のコイルアセンブリのうち少なくとも1つに流れる電流を生じさせる、工程c
を備える方法。 - 前記第1の周波数は、前記第2の周波数とは異なる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記工程bの前記第1の周波数で前記第1のロータを駆動する工程によって、前記複数のコイルアセンブリのうち少なくとも1つのコイルアセンブリに流れる第1の電流を生じさせる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記工程cの前記第2の周波数で前記第2のロータを駆動する工程によって、前記複数のコイルアセンブリのうち少なくとも2番目のコイルアセンブリに流れる第2の電流を生じさせる、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の電流と前記第2の電流の間の電気の位相同期は、前記第1のロータが前記第1の周波数で駆動され、前記第2のロータが前記第2の周波数で駆動されるように維持される、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記複数のコイルアセンブリの各々がそれぞれのコアを中心に巻かれたコイルを備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ステータ;複数のロータ;複数のコイルアセンブリ;および複数の磁石のセット、を備える磁束機械であって、
前記複数のロータは前記複数のロータの中心軸を中心に回転方向に回転するように構成され、前記複数のロータは前記回転方向に前記中心軸を中心に互いに独立して回転するように構成された第1のロータおよび第2のロータを備え、
前記複数のコイルアセンブリは前記ステータに接続し、前記複数のコイルアセンブリの各々が、それぞれのコイル、および第1の部分と第2の部分とを有するそれぞれのコア積層体を備え、前記複数のコイルアセンブリの各々の前記それぞれのコイルは、前記それぞれのコア積層体の前記第1の部分の周囲に少なくとも部分的に巻かれており、前記複数のコイルアセンブリの各々が、前記複数のコイルアセンブリ内の電流が前記回転方向に対して垂直な平面に流れるように配向される、複数のコイルアセンブリ;および
前記複数の磁石のセットは前記複数のロータに接続し、前記複数の磁石のセットが前記第1のロータに接続した第1の磁石のセットおよび前記第2のロータに接続した第2の磁石のセットを備え、前記第1の磁石のセットの各々の磁石は前記複数のコイルアセンブリの第1の側面に向かって周方向に磁束を方向付けするように構成され、前記第2の磁石のセットの各々の磁石は前記複数のコイルアセンブリの第2の側面に向かって軸方向に磁束を配向するように構成され、前記複数のコイルアセンブリの各々の前記それぞれのコア積層体の前記第2の部分は、前記それぞれのコイルの前記第1の側面と、前記第1の磁石のセットに由来する磁石との間に位置することによって、各コイルアセンブリの前記コイルが、前記コイルアセンブリの前記コア積層体の前記第1の部分と、前記コイルアセンブリの前記コア積層体の前記第2の部分との間に位置する、磁束機械。
