Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明による電気機械11は、リング状の回転子を備えており、前記回転子が、その周方向において複数の部分リング状の回転子セグメント1に分割されており、かつ中空軸を有しており、前記回転子の閉じたリング状が、前記複数の回転子セグメント1を互いに分離することによって解体可能となっており、当該電気機械11が、固定子を備えており、前記固定子が、その周方向において複数の部分リング状の固定子セグメント5に分割されており、かつ前記固定子セグメント5の個数が、回転子セグメント1の個数に等しい。

a) 複数の部分リング状の回転子セグメントに永久磁石を装着するステップ、
b) 複数の部分リング状の固定子セグメントにコイルを装着するステップ、
c) 各1個の部分リング状の回転子セグメントと各1個の部分リング状の固定子セグメントとを繋ぎ合わせて1個の部分リング状の機械要素にまとめるステップ、
d) ステップc)に従って組み立てた機械要素を繋ぎ合わせて1個の閉じたリングにまとめるステップ。

- 当該電気機械が、リング状の回転子を備えており、
前記回転子が、その周方向において複数の部分リング状の回転子セグメント(1)に分割されており、かつ中空軸を有しており、
前記回転子の閉じたリング状が、前記複数の回転子セグメント(1)を互いに分離することによって解体可能となっており、
当該電気機械が、固定子を備えており、
前記固定子が、その周方向において複数の部分リング状の固定子セグメント(5)に分割されており、かつ前記固定子セグメント(5)の個数が、回転子セグメント(1)の個数に等しい
電気機械。 - 各前記回転子セグメント(1)が、少なくとも1つの永久磁石(2)を有する
請求項1記載の電気機械。 - 前記回転子セグメント(1)が、前記永久磁石ごとに1つの磁石ポケットを有し、前記磁石ポケット内に前記永久磁石(2)が配置されている
請求項2記載の電気機械。 - 前記回転子が、その表裏両端面にそれぞれ1つのリング状フランジ(3)を含み、前記リング状フランジに前記回転子セグメント(1)が結合されている
請求項1から3の1つに記載の電気機械。 - 前記回転子セグメント(1)が、前記回転子の軸方向に積層された部分リング状の電磁鋼板(4)を含む
請求項1から4の1つに記載の電気機械。 - 前記回転子が、内側回転子として構成されている
請求項1から5の1つに記載の電気機械。 - 前記回転子が、外側回転子として構成されている
請求項1から5の1つに記載の電気機械。 - 当該電気機械が、各前記回転子セグメント(1)に対して1つの固定子セグメント(5)を含み、前記固定子セグメント(5)の円弧状の範囲が実質的に等しい中心角を有する
請求項7記載の電気機械。 - 当該電気機械が、風力発電設備(7)用のうちでも特にギヤレス風力発電設備用の発電機として構成されている
請求項7又は8記載の電気機械。 - 請求項7から9の1つに記載の電気機械を備えた
風力発電設備。 - 次の方法ステップを有する電気機械の製造方法;
a) 複数の部分リング状の回転子セグメントに永久磁石を装着するステップ、
b) 複数の部分リング状の固定子セグメントにコイルを装着するステップ、
c) 各1個の前記部分リング状の回転子セグメントと各1個の前記部分リング状の固定子セグメントとを繋ぎ合わせて、1個の部分リング状の機械要素にまとめるステップ、
d) 前記ステップc)に基づいて組み立てた前記機械要素を繋ぎ合わせて、1個の閉じたリングにまとめるステップ。 - 前記ステップc)に従って組み立てた前記機械要素を、風力発電設備(7)のタービンのフランジに直接取り付けることによって、前記ステップd)を前記フランジへの前記機械要素の取り付けによって行なう
請求項11記載の方法。 - 前記回転子セグメント(1)の製造のために部分リング状の電磁鋼板(4)を打ち抜き、それらの打ち抜いてなる前記電磁鋼板(4)を、前記回転子の軸方向に積層する
請求項11又は12記載の方法。
