Abstract

Procedimiento para producir un generador con los siguientes pasos de procedimiento: i) varios segmentos de rotor (1) parcialmente anulares se equipan con imanes permanentes (2), en donde los mismos se introducen en unas cavidades para los imanes de los segmentos de rotor (1), ii) varios segmentos de estator (59 parcialmente anulares se equipan con bobinas, iii) respectivamente uno de los segmentos de rotor (1) parcialmente anulares se ensambla respectivamente con un segmento de estator (5) parcialmente anular para formar un elemento de motor parcialmente anular, en donde el segmento de estator y el segmento de rotor están unidos entre sí de tal manera a través de unos elementos de unión (6), que están distanciados a través del entrehierro que, en el estado de ensamblaje del motor eléctrico, separa entre sí estatores y rotores, iv) los elementos de motor fabricados según el paso iii) se ensamblan para formar un anillo cerrado, y se montan directamente sobre una brida de una turbina de una central eólica (7), v) después de esto se separan los elementos de unión (6) entre segmentos de estator (5) y segmentos de rotor (1).
