Abstract

本发明公开一种充电装置,该充电装置包括一旋转体、二设置于该旋转体的充电体及一穿设于该旋转体的转轴,每一充电体包括若干磁性元件、一承放该若干磁性元件的承载体、设有线圈的壳体;该承载体固设于旋转体上;该壳体用以装设待充电电池,且所述线圈用以与待充电电池相连接;该转轴穿过该旋转体、承载体,并与壳体相连;当该旋转体受到一外力作用旋转时,壳体相对旋转体及承载体转动连接,从而使设置于壳体上的线圈切割磁力线产生感应电流以对待充电电池充电。本发明的充电装置,整个充电过程无需外接电源,使用方便。

充电装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种充电装置,尤其涉及一种利用机械能发电的充电装置。
背景技术
随着信息科技的发展进步,手机、个人数字助理器(PDA)、游戏机等各类便携式电子装置竞相涌现,令消费者可随时随地充分享受高科技带来的种种便利。这些便携式电子装置通常配置有电池,并且所配置的电池具有一定的待机时间和通话时间,在使用一段时间后电池电量会耗尽,需充电后方能再次使用。现有的便携式电子装置主要通过连接至插座或者其他电子装置如电脑的USB接口的方式进行充电,这些方式均需外接现有的电源对电池进行充电,使用不便。
发明内容
针对上述问题,有必要提供一种无需外接电源便能实现对电池充电的充电装置。
一种充电装置,该充电装置包括一旋转体、二设置于该旋转体的充电体及一穿设于该旋转体的转轴,每一充电体包括若干磁性元件、一承放该若干磁性元件的承载体、设有线圈的壳体;该承载体固设于旋转体上;该壳体用以装设待充电电池,且所述线圈用以与待充电电池相连接;该转轴穿过该旋转体、承载体,并与壳体相连;当该旋转体受到一外力作用旋转时,壳体相对旋转体及承载体转动连接,从而使设置于壳体上的线圈切割磁力线产生感应电流以对待充电电池充电。
相较于现有技术,本发明的充电装置只需用户以人工或机械方式对旋转体施加一旋转外力,充电体便可产生感应电流对电池充电,整个充电过程无需外接电源,因此该充电装置可以随身携带及随时随地地使用,且用户还可以在消耗力量使用其对电池进行充电的同时获得健身运动的效果,一举两得。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1及图2,本发明充电装置100用以对手机、PDA、游戏机等各类便携式电子装置所配置的电池进行充电。该充电装置100包括一旋转体10、二对称设置于该旋转体10两侧的充电体20、一穿设于旋转体10及二充电体20的转轴30。
该旋转体10整体大致呈两头大中间小的沙漏形状,由同轴设置的二个轮形的端部11、二个大致呈圆台形的主体部12及一大致呈圆柱形的连接部13组成,其中,二端部11分别固定在二主体部12的较大底面,连接部13的两端分别连接于二主体部12的较小底面,当用户通过一绳子(图未示)沿该连接部13外圆周的切线方向施加一外力时,绳子与该连接部13之间产生摩擦力,从而使整个旋转体10发生转动。该旋转体10在其中心轴线上从其中一端部11到另一端部11贯通开设有一横截面为圆形的第一通孔14,并沿该第一通孔14在内侧上进一步开设有一第一卡槽15。该第一通孔14用以穿设该转轴30,并由第一卡槽15与转轴30配合。
该二充电体20结构相同,对称设置于旋转体10的二端部11,每一充电体20均包括若干磁性元件21、一承载体22、一定位件23、一壳体24及一轴承25。
该若干磁性元件21均为相同的条形磁铁。该承载体22为一圆形板状体,其具有一朝向旋转体10的圆形表面221及一环绕该表面221的外周壁222。该承载体22在表面221的圆心处贯通开设有一横截面为圆形的第二通孔223,该第二通孔223的半径与第一通孔14相同,该第二通孔223用以装设该转轴30。该承载体22沿该第二通孔223于内侧进一步开设有一第二卡槽224,该第二卡槽224用以与转轴30配合。该承载体22在表面221围绕该第二通孔223且向外周壁222的方向开设有若干条形容置槽225,每一容置槽225由邻近表面221的圆心处沿该圆形表面221的径向方向延伸,且所述若干容置槽225以该表面221的圆心为中心呈发散状均匀间隔地分布在该表面221上。该若干容置槽225的数目及排布形状与上述若干磁性元件21对应,用以容设上述若干磁性元件21。该承载体22可通过粘贴、焊接等方式固定在旋转体10的端部11上,以便旋转体10发生转动时,带动着该承载体22上承放的若干磁性元件21也随着旋转体10转动。
该定位件23大致呈一环状体,其具有一内环231及一外环232。该内环231与外环232均为圆形,且同心设置。该内环231的半径及厚度与承载体22相当,可将承载体22容置于其内。该定位件23上沿内环231及外环232的多个径向上均匀间隔地开设有若干呈放射状排布的条形切口233。
该壳体24包括一圆形的底壁241及一环绕该底壁241的环形侧壁242,该环形侧壁242围设形成一容置空间243。该底壁241的圆心位置处贯通开设有一安装孔2411,该安装孔2411用以装设该轴承25。该侧壁242沿指向底壁241的中心的方向均匀凸设有若干定位柱2421,该若干定位柱2421位于同一平面内,每一定位柱2421上均绕设有一线圈2422(见图3)。该线圈2422在相对磁性元件21转动时,切割磁力线产生感应电流。该底壁241的半径与定位件23的外环232的半径相当,该容置空间243可装设该定位件23,并使该定位柱2421嵌入到切口233中,从而将定位件23与壳体24结合为一体。该壳体24的底壁241上开设一用以容置待充电电池的电池容置槽(图未示)及容置于该电池容置槽内的一辅助电路(图未示),该辅助电路与线圈2422及待充电电池相连,以将线圈2422上产生的感应电流进行整流、稳压后对待充电电池进行充电。
该轴承25为一中空的圆柱体,其可转动地容置于安装孔2411内,同时固定地套设于转轴30上。当转轴30转动时,壳体24因惯性的作用可相对转轴30发生转动。当然,该轴承25也可以粘设、焊接等方式固定地容设于安装孔2411,同时转动地套设在转轴30的凸柱32上,转轴30在转动时,壳体24相对转轴30转动即可。
该转轴30大致为一柱状体,其侧壁上凸设有一长条状的凸棱31。该转轴30可穿过上述第一通孔14及第二通孔223,同时,凸棱31容置于第一卡槽15及第二卡槽224内,当该旋转体10发生旋转时,该转轴30可随着该旋转体10及承放有磁性元件21的承载体22一起发生转动。另外,该转轴30的两端中心位置分别延伸设有一凸柱32,该凸柱32可与轴承25配合,使壳体24相对转轴30转动,即使壳体24相对旋转体10及磁性元件21的承载体22转动,绕设在定位柱2421上的线圈2422切割磁力线产生感应电流。另外,为防止壳体24及定位件23在相对转轴30转动时从转轴30端部脱落,可在凸柱32或者壳体24上设置一现有的卡扣结构(图未示)对其进行轴向上的限位。
组装该充电装置100时,可先将磁性元件21装设于容置槽225内,并将承放有磁性元件21的承载体22固定于旋转体10的两端部11;然后,将线圈2422绕设于定位柱2421上,并定位件23容设于壳体24内,使绕设有线圈2422的定位柱2421嵌入到对应的切口233内,同时将轴承25设置于安装孔2411内;最后,将转轴30穿设于旋转体10、二承放有磁性元件21的承载体22,并使二凸柱32与轴承25配合。
请一并参阅图3,使用充电装置100对电池进行充电时,可先将待充电电池放置于壳体24,然后通过一绳子对旋转体10施加一外力使其旋转,固定在该旋转体10上的承载体22上承放的磁性元件21也随着旋转体10发生转动。此时,穿设在旋转体10及承载体22上的转轴30也随着旋转体10转动,而壳体24因惯性而与转轴30、旋转体10、承放有磁性元件21的承载体22之间产生相对转动,线圈2422切割磁力线产生感应电流,该感应电流经辅助电路对待充电电池进行充电。因此,用户通过对旋转体10施加使其旋转的外力,便可方便实现对电池的充电,另外,用户在不断对旋转体10施加外力,还可达到健身的效果。
本发明的充电装置100只需用户以人工或机械对旋转体10施加一旋转外力,使壳体24相对转轴30、旋转体10、承放有磁性元件21的承载体22转动,设置在壳体24上的线圈2422切割磁力线产生感应电流对电池充电,整个充电过程无需外接电源,因此该充电装置100可以随身携带及随时随地地使用,且用户还可以在消耗力量使用其对电子装置充电的同时获得健身运动的效果。

Claims (10)

1.一种充电装置,其特征在于:该充电装置包括一旋转体、二分别设置于该旋转体两侧的充电体及一穿设于该旋转体及该充电体的转轴,每一充电体包括若干磁性元件、一承放该若干磁性元件的承载体、设有线圈的壳体;该承载体固设于旋转体上;该壳体用以装设待充电电池,且所述线圈用以与待充电电池相连接;该转轴穿过该旋转体、承载体,并与壳体相连;当该旋转体受到一外力作用旋转时,壳体相对旋转体及承载体转动,从而使设置于壳体上的线圈切割磁力线产生感应电流以对待充电电池充电。
2.如权利要求1所述的充电装置,其特征在于:该旋转体包括二端部、二主体部及一连接部,该主体部呈圆台形,具有一较大底面及一该较大底面相对的较小底面,该二端部设置于主体部二较大底面上,该连接部两端与主体部二较小底面相连,该旋转体在该连接部受到外力作用而旋转。
3.如权利要求2所述的充电装置,其特征在于:该连接部为一圆柱体,该连接部在其外圆周的切线方向受到一外力作用而旋转。
4.如权利要求2所述的充电装置,其特征在于:该旋转体在其中心轴线上开设有一第一通孔及一第一卡槽,该转轴穿设于该第一通孔及第一卡槽内。
5.如权利要求1所述的充电装置,其特征在于:该承载体为一圆形板体,其圆心位置处开设一第二通孔,该承载体沿该第二通孔于内侧进一步开设一第二卡槽,该转轴穿设于该第二通孔及第二卡槽内;该承载体上开设有若干用以容设该磁性元件的容置槽。
6.如权利要求1所述的充电装置,其特征在于:该壳体包括一圆形的底壁及一环绕该底壁的环形侧壁,该侧壁上沿指向圆心的方向均匀间隔地凸设有若干用以绕设线圈的定位柱。
7.如权利要求6所述的充电装置,其特征在于:该每一充电体还包括一环形的定位件,该定位件包括一内环及一外环,该定位件上沿内环向外环方向均匀间隔地开设有若干条形的切口,该切口与定位柱对应,该内环形状及大小与承载体相当,该内环可套设于承载 体外,该外环形状及大小与外壳相当,外环可容置于壳体内,且将定位柱嵌在切口内。
8.如权利要求6所述的充电装置,其特征在于:该每一充电体还包括一轴承,该底壁的圆心位置处贯通开设有安装孔,该轴承可转动地设置于安装孔内,同时固定套设于转轴上。
9.如权利要求6所述的充电装置,其特征在于:该每一充电体还包括一轴承,该轴承固定地设置于安装孔内,同时可转动地套设于转轴上。
10.如权利要求1所述的充电装置,其特征在于:该壳体还容设一辅助电路,该辅助电路设置于线圈与待充电电池之间,用以将线圈产生的感应电流整流、稳压后输出至待充电电池。
