Description
本出願は、2016年9月9日に出願された欧州特許出願第1618106.5号及び2016年10月18日に出願された米国仮特許出願第62/409,636号に対する優先権を主張し、それぞれその全体が本明細書に参考として組み込まれる。
各場合においてxは互いに独立して0、1または2であり;
pは、0または1であり;
Rc及びRdは相互に互いに独立しており、各X1について個別に選択可能であり、水素またはC1-C6アルキル、好ましくは水素、メチルまたはエチルであり;
X1は炭素を表し;
mは、4~7、好ましくは4または5の整数を表す(Rc及びRdが同時に少なくとも1個のX1原子上のアルキルを表すのであれば)。
a)発泡剤としての水及び/または易揮発性無機または有機物質
b)触媒
c)乳化剤及び泡安定剤などの界面活性添加剤
d)反応遅延剤
e)添加剤。
(a)場合により有機溶媒または溶媒混合物の存在下で場合により親水化されるポリイソシアネート、
(b)イソシアネートに対して反応性がある基を有し、水及び場合により有機溶媒または溶媒混合物の存在下で場合により親水化される化合物、
(c)場合により、さらなる添加剤及び補助物質、を含有し、
(a)+(b)の量が20~100重量部であり、(c)の量が0~80重量部である(但し、各成分(a)~(c)の重量部の合計が100である)ことを特徴とする。

(態様1)
i)ポリカーボネートポリマーと、
衝撃改質剤を含むゴム変性モノビニリデン芳香族熱可塑性物質を含む強化成分と、
ウォラストナイトを含む充填剤と
を含むブレンドであるポリマー組成物を含む緻密基材層と、
ii)前記ポリマー組成物中のポリエステルの量が、約0または約5重量%未満である、
前記緻密基材層に直接結合したポリウレタンのカバー層と、
を含む多層物品。
(態様2)
i)ポリカーボネートポリマーと、
衝撃改質剤を含むゴム変性モノビニリデン芳香族熱可塑性物質を含む強化成分と、
ウォラストナイトを含む充填剤と、
を含むブレンドであるポリマー組成物を含む基材層と、
ii)前記ポリマー組成物中のポリエステルの量が、約0または約5重量%未満であり、
無水マレイン酸、マレイン酸、または前記基材層中のコポリマーにカルボキシル基を提供する他のモノマーを含む任意のスチレンコポリマーの量が、前記ポリマー組成物の総重量を基準として約0.9重量%以下である、
前記基材層に直接結合したポリウレタンのカバー層と、
を含む多層物品。
(態様3)
前記ポリカーボネートが、前記ポリマー組成物の総重量を基準として、約20重量%~約70重量%(好ましくは約20~約60重量%、より好ましくは約30~約59重量%、そして最も好ましくは約35~約55重量%)の量で存在する、態様1または2に記載の多層物品。
(態様4)
i)55重量%以下のポリカーボネートポリマーと、
衝撃改質剤を含むゴム変性モノビニリデン芳香族熱可塑性物質を含む強化成分と、
ウォラストナイトを含む充填剤と、
を含むブレンドであるポリマー組成物を含む基材層と、
ii)前記ポリマー組成物中のポリエステルの量が約0または約5重量%未満である、
前記基材層に直接結合したポリウレタンのカバー層と、
を含む多層物品。
(態様5)
前記ゴム変性モノビニリデン芳香族熱可塑性物質が、スチレン含有コポリマーを含む、態様1から4のいずれか一項に記載の多層物品。
(態様6)
前記スチレン含有コポリマーが、アクリロニトリル及びスチレン(好ましくはこれらから本質的になる、または完全にこれらからなる)を含むランダムコポリマーである、態様5に記載の多層物品。
(態様7)
前記衝撃改質剤が、ポリブタジエンゴムである、態様6に記載の多層物品。
(態様8)
前記強化成分が、ポリブタジエンゴム及びスチレン含有コポリマーを含む塊状ABSであり、前記塊状ABSが、前記ポリマー組成物の総重量を基準として、約12重量%~約70重量%の量で存在する、態様7に記載の多層物品。
(態様9)
前記ウォラストナイトが、前記ポリマー組成物の総重量を基準として、約3重量%~約35重量%(好ましくは約8~約23重量%、そして最も好ましくは約11重量%~約19重量%)の量で存在する、態様1~8のいずれか一項に記載の多層物品。
(態様10)
前記ポリカーボネートの濃度対前記強化成分の濃度の比が、約70:30以下(好ましくは約68:32以下、より好ましくは約65:35以下、さらにより好ましくは約60:40以下、さらにより好ましくは約55:45以下、そして最も好ましくは約50:50以下)及び/または約20:80以上(好ましくは約30:70以上、そしてより好ましくは約35:65以上)である(例えば、約20:80~70:30、約30:70~68:32、または約35:65~65:35の範囲)、態様9までのいずれか一項に記載の多層物品。
(態様11)
前記基材層が、約0.5mm~約10mmの厚さを有する、及び/または前記カバー層が、約0.01mm~約1.5mmの厚さを有する(1つの好ましい態様において、約0.01mm~約0.20mm;別の好ましい態様において、約0.5mm~約1.5mm)、態様1~10のいずれか一項に記載の多層物品。
(態様12)
前記ポリウレタンが、前記基材層の表面上に直接適用されたポリウレタン塗料を含む(例えば、前記ポリウレタン塗料が前記基材層と接触するように前記基材層の上に直接)、態様1~11のいずれか一項に記載の物品の多層物品。
(態様13)
前記多層物品が、自動車の内装トリム部品または自動車の外装トリム部品である、態様1~12のいずれか一項に記載の多層物品。
(態様14)
前記基材層と前記支持層との間の接着が、自動車の内部加速寿命劣化試験を通じて維持されるか、前記基材層と前記支持層との間の接着が、自動車の外部加速寿命劣化試験を通じて維持される(例:BMW GS 94007などの気候劣化試験)、態様13に記載の多層物品。
(態様15)
前記強化成分が、約1μm以下(例えば、約0.01μm~約1.00μm)の平均サイズを有するポリブタジエンゴム粒子を含む塊状ABSを含む、態様1~14のいずれか一項に記載の多層物品。
(態様16)
前記ポリカーボネートポリマーが、約20000原子質量単位以上(好ましくは約22,000原子質量単位以上)の重量平均分子量(すなわちMw)を特徴とする、態様1~15のいずれか一項に記載の多層物品。
(態様17)
前記ウォラストナイトが、有機サイジングを含む、態様1~16のいずれか一項に記載の多層物品。
(態様18)
前記基材層が、顔料または他の着色剤で着色されており、かつ前記カバー層が実質的にクリア及び/または実質的に透明であり、かつ前記基材層が、酸化防止剤、加工助剤、光安定剤、熱安定剤、モールド離型剤及び流動調整剤からなる群から選択される1つ以上の添加剤を含む、
態様1~16のいずれか一項に記載の多層物品。
(態様19)
前記ポリマー組成物が、約0.2~約7重量%の1種以上のエチレンコポリマーを含み、前記エチレンコポリマーが官能化モノマーを含む、態様1~18のいずれか一項に記載の多層物品。
(態様20)
前記緻密基材層中のウォラストナイト、強化成分(好ましくは、塊状ABS及び任意の
追加のスチレン-アクリロニトリルコポリマー)及びポリカーボネートの総量が、前記緻密基材層の総重量を基準として、約95重量%以上である、態様1~19のいずれか一項に記載の多層物品。
(態様21)
前記強化成分がアクリロニトリル-スチレンコポリマーを含み、前記組成物が約3~約15重量%の衝撃改質剤を含み、前記衝撃改質剤がコアシェル型ポリマーであって、前記コアシェル型ポリマー及び前記アクリロニトリル-スチレンコポリマーの総重量に基づいている、態様1~20のいずれか一項に記載の多層物品。
Claims (21)
- i)ポリマー組成物の総重量を基準として、
20重量%~60重量%のポリカーボネートポリマーと、
ポリブタジエン衝撃改質剤を含むゴム変性モノビニリデン芳香族熱可塑性物質を含む12重量%~70重量%の強化成分と、
3重量%~50重量%の針状のウォラストナイトと
を含むブレンドであるポリマー組成物を含みおよび10体積%以下の多孔性を有する基材層と、
ii)前記基材層に直接結合したポリウレタンのカバー層と、
を含み、
前記ポリブタジエン衝撃改質剤の量は、前記ポリマー組成物の総重量を基準として、3重量%~23重量%であり、
前記ポリマー組成物中のポリエステルの量は、約0重量%または5重量%未満であり、 無水マレイン酸、マレイン酸、またはコポリマーにカルボキシル基を提供する他のモノマーを含む任意のスチレンコポリマーの量は、前記ポリマー組成物中の前記スチレンコポリマーの総重量を基準として、1.2重量%以下であり、および
前記基材層は0.5mm~10mmの厚さを有し、前記カバー層は0.01mm~1.5mmの厚さを有する、多層物品。 - i)ポリマー組成物の総重量を基準として、
20重量%~60重量%のポリカーボネートポリマーと、
ポリブタジエン衝撃改質剤とスチレン含有コポリマーと任意選択的にスチレン-アクリロニトリルコポリマーとを含むゴム変性モノビニリデン芳香族熱可塑性物質を含む12重量%~70重量%の強化成分と、
3重量%~50重量%の針状のウォラストナイトと、
を含むブレンドであるポリマー組成物を含む基材層と、
ii)前記基材層に直接結合したポリウレタンのカバー層と、
を含み、
前記ポリブタジエン衝撃改質剤の量は、前記ポリマー組成物の総重量を基準として、3重量%~23重量%であり、
前記ポリマー組成物中のポリエステルの量は、約0または1.9重量%以下であり、
無水マレイン酸、マレイン酸、または前記基材層中のコポリマーにカルボキシル基を提供する他のモノマーを含む任意のスチレンコポリマーの量は、前記ポリマー組成物の総重量を基準として0.25重量%以下であり、
前記基材層は0.5mm~10mmの厚さを有し、前記カバー層は0.01mm~1.5mmの厚さを有する、多層物品。 - 前記ポリカーボネートポリマーが、前記ポリマー組成物の総重量を基準として、35~55重量%の量で存在する、請求項1または2に記載の多層物品。
- i)ポリマー組成物の総重量を基準として、
20重量%~55重量%のポリカーボネートポリマーと、
ポリブタジエン衝撃改質剤を含むゴム変性モノビニリデン芳香族熱可塑性物質を含む12重量%~70重量%の強化成分と、
11重量%~35重量%の針状のウォラストナイトと、
を含むブレンドであるポリマー組成物を含む基材層と、
ii)前記基材層の前記ポリマー組成物に直接結合したポリウレタンのカバー層と、
を含み、
前記ポリブタジエン衝撃改質剤の量は、前記ポリマー組成物の総重量を基準として、3重量%~23重量%であり、
前記ポリマー組成物中のポリエステルの量が約0または5重量%未満であり、
前記ポリカーボネートポリマーの濃度の前記強化成分の濃度に対する重量比が65/35以下であり、
前記基材層は0.5mm~10mmの厚さを有し、前記カバー層は0.01mm~1.5mmの厚さを有し、
前記強化成分は塊状ABSを含むかまたは塊状ABSからなる、多層物品。 - 前記ウォラストナイトと前記強化成分と前記ポリカーボネートポリマーとの総量は、前記ポリマー組成物の総重量を基準として、80重量%以上である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の多層物品。
- ゴム変性モノビニリデン芳香族熱可塑性物質は、アクリロニトリル及びスチレンを含むランダムコポリマーであるスチレン含有コポリマーを含む、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の多層物品。
- 前記ポリブタジエン衝撃改質剤が、ポリブタジエンゴムである、請求項6に記載の多層物品。
- 前記強化成分が、ポリブタジエンゴム及びスチレン含有コポリマーを含む塊状ABSである、請求項7に記載の多層物品。
- 前記ウォラストナイトが、前記ポリマー組成物の総重量を基準として、11重量%~35重量%の量で存在する、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の多層物品。
- 前記ポリカーボネートポリマーの濃度対前記強化成分の濃度の重量比が、20:80~55:45の範囲である、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の多層物品。
- 前記ポリカーボネートポリマーの濃度対前記強化成分の濃度の重量比が、30:70~55:45の範囲である、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の多層物品。
- 前記ポリウレタンが、前記基材層の表面上に直接適用されたポリウレタン塗料を含む、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の物品の多層物品。
- 前記多層物品が、自動車の内装トリム部品または自動車の外装トリム部品である、請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の多層物品。
- 前記基材層と支持層との間の接着が、自動車の内部加速寿命劣化試験を通じて維持されるか、前記基材層と前記支持層との間の接着が、自動車の外部加速寿命劣化試験を通じて維持される、請求項13に記載の多層物品。
- 前記強化成分が、1μm以下の平均サイズを有するポリブタジエンゴム粒子を含む塊状ABSを含む、請求項1~14のいずれか一項に記載の多層物品。
- 前記ポリカーボネートポリマーが、20000原子質量単位以上の重量平均分子量(Mw)を特徴とする、請求項1~15のいずれか一項に記載の多層物品。
- 前記ウォラストナイトが、有機サイジングを含む、請求項1~16のいずれか一項に記載の多層物品。
- 前記基材層が、顔料または他の着色剤で着色されており、かつ前記カバー層が実質的に透明であり、かつ前記基材層が、酸化防止剤、加工助剤、光安定剤、熱安定剤、モールド離型剤及び流動調整剤からなる群から選択される1つ以上の添加剤を含む、請求項1~16のいずれか一項に記載の多層物品。
- 前記ポリマー組成物が、0.2~7重量%の1種以上のエチレンコポリマーを含み、前記エチレンコポリマーが官能化モノマーを含む、請求項1~18のいずれか一項に記載の多層物品。
- 前記基材層中の前記ウォラストナイトと前記強化成分と前記ポリカーボネートポリマーとの総量が、前記基材層の総重量を基準として、95重量%以上である、請求項1~19のいずれか一項に記載の多層物品。
- 前記強化成分がエラストマー系ポリマーを含むコアおよび100℃超の溶融温度またはガラス転移温度を有するポリマーを含むシェルを有するコアシェルポリマーを含む、請求項1~20のいずれか一項に記載の多層物品。
