Description
Claims (3)
- 油圧ポンプから供給される油圧によって駆動される産業車両の油圧駆動装置であって、
対象物の荷役を行う荷役装置と、
前記荷役装置に対する前記油圧を制御する油圧制御装置と、
前記荷役装置を操作する荷役操作部と、
前記荷役装置のインターロックとインターロック解除とを切り替える切替部と、を備え、
前記油圧制御装置は、
前記荷役操作部の操作に基づいて流路の切替を行うメインコントロールバルブと、
前記メインコントロールバルブと前記荷役装置との間の作動油の流路に設けられ、前記切替部によって開閉が切り替えられるロック弁と、
前記メインコントロールバルブと前記荷役装置との間の作動油の流路に設けられ、前記作動油の流量を絞る絞り部と、
前記ロック弁及び前記絞り部をバイパスするように設けられた開閉弁と、を備え、
前記荷役操作部に対して第1の操作が入力された場合に前記作動油が流れる方向を第1の方向とし、前記荷役操作部に対して第2の操作が入力された場合に前記作動油が流れる方向を第2の方向とした場合、
前記切替部をインターロック解除側である第1の状態としたとき、
前記ロック弁が開となり、
前記第1の方向への前記作動油の流れに対して前記開閉弁が開いて前記絞り部への前記作動油の流れをバイパスさせ、
前記第2の方向への前記作動油の流れに対して前記開閉弁が閉じて前記作動油を前記絞り部へ流し、
前記切替部をインターロック側である第2の状態としたとき、前記ロック弁が閉となり、前記第2の方向への前記作動油の流れに対して前記開閉弁が開いて前記絞り部への前記作動油の流れをバイパスさせる、産業車両の油圧駆動装置。 - 前記切替部を第2の状態としたとき、ロック弁は前記流路を遮断する、請求項1に記載の産業車両の油圧駆動装置。
- 前記開閉弁は、前記絞り部を有するロジック弁によって構成される、請求項1又は2に記載の産業車両の油圧駆動装置。
