Description
前記食品の種類に特に制限はない。本発明の抽出物を添加できる食品の例としては飲料、ガム、ビタミン複合剤、ドリンク剤などが挙げられ、通常の意味での食品組成物、特に健康機能食品を全て含む。

前記成分を混合した後、この中で2mlをアンプルに充填し滅菌して注射剤を製造した。
小麦粉100重量部にBifidobacterium longum IM55培養物0.5重量部を小麦粉に添加し、該混合物を用いてパン、ケーキ、クッキー、クラッカーおよび麺類を製造した。
牛乳100重量部にBifidobacterium longum IM55培養物0.5重量部を牛乳に添加し、該牛乳を用いてバターおよびアイスクリームのような様々な乳製品を製造した。
玄米、麦、もち米、鳩麦を公知の方法によりアルファ化して乾燥させたものを焙煎した後、粉砕機で粒度60メッシュの粉末に製造した。
黒豆、黒ゴマ、エゴマも公知の方法により蒸して乾燥させたものを焙煎した後、粉砕機で粒度60メッシュの粉末に製造した。
前記で製造した穀物類、種実類およびBifidobacterium longum IM55培養物を次の比率で配合して製造した。
穀物類(玄米30重量部、鳩麦17重量部、麦20重量部)、
種実類(エゴマ7重量部、黒豆8重量部、黒ゴマ7重量部)、
Bifidobacterium longum IM55培養物(1重量部)、
霊芝(0.5重量部)、
地黄(0.5重量部)
異性化糖(0.5g)、オリゴ糖(4g)、砂糖(2g)、食塩(0.5g)、水(77g)のような副材料とBifidobacterium longum IM55培養物1gを均質に配合して瞬間殺菌をした後、それをガラス瓶、ペットボトルなどの小さい包装容器に包装して製造した。
Bifidobacterium longum IM55培養物2gをトマトまたはニンジンのジュース1,000mlに加えて野菜ジュースを製造した。
Bifidobacterium longum IM55培養物1gをリンゴまたはブドウのジュース1,000mlに加えて果汁を製造した。

- アレルギー疾患の予防または治療のための薬剤を生産するためのラクトバチルス・プランタルムIM76(Lactobacillus plantarum IM76)KCCM11962Pの使用。
