Claims (15)

1. Штамм KCCM11962P Lactobacillus plantarum IM76, характеризующийся индуцирующей экспрессию IL-10 активностью.
2. Штамм KCCM11962P Lactobacillus plantarum IM76 по п. 1, где указанный штамм KCCM11962P Lactobacillus plantarum IM76 содержит последовательность 16S rDNA под SEQ ID NO: 2.
3. Штамм KCCM11962P Lactobacillus plantarum IM76 по п. 1, характеризующийся тем, что указанный штамм KCCM11962P Lactobacillus plantarum IM76 в качестве источника углерода использует L-арабинозу, D-рибозу, D-галактозу, D-глюкозу, D-фруктозу, D-маннозу, маннит, сорбит, N-ацетилглюкозамин, амигдалин, арбутин, эскулин, салицин, целлобиозу, мальтозу, лактозу, мелибиозу, сахарозу, трегалозу, рафинозу, гентиобиозу, D-туранозу и глюконат.

Фармацевтическая композиция для предупреждения или лечения аллергических заболеваний, вызванных реакцией гиперчувствительности 1-го типа, содержащая фармацевтически эффективное количество живых клеток штамма KCCM11962P Lactobacillus plantarum IM76, неживых клеток штамма KCCM11962P Lactobacillus plantarum IM76, продукта культивирования штамма KCCM11962P Lactobacillus plantarum IM76, где продукт культивирования предусматривает штамм KCCM11962P Lactobacillus plantarum IM76.

Фармацевтическая композиция по п. 4, где указанные аллергические заболевания, вызванные реакцией гиперчувствительности 1-го типа, представляют собой по меньшей мере одно заболевание, выбранное из группы, включающей ринит, атопию, астму, атопический дерматит, аллергический конъюнктивит, аллергический отит среднего уха, крапивницу и анафилактический шок.
6. Фармацевтическая композиция по п. 4, где указанная фармацевтическая композиция дополнительно содержит по меньшей мере одно вещество, выбранное из группы, включающей хитозан, инулин и цитрусовый пектин.
7. Пищевая композиция для предупреждения или облегчения тяжести аллергических заболеваний, вызванных реакцией гиперчувствительности 1-го типа, содержащая живые клетки штамма KCCM11962P Lactobacillus plantarum IM76, неживые клетки штамма KCCM11962P Lactobacillus plantarum IM76, продукт культивирования штамма KCCM11962P Lactobacillus plantarum IM76, где продукт культивирования предусматривает штамм KCCM11962P Lactobacillus plantarum IM76, и где количество штамма KCCM11962P Lactobacillus plantarum IM76 составляет от 0,01 до 99 вес.% в пересчете на общий вес композиции.

Пищевая композиция по п. 7, где указанные аллергические заболевания, вызванные реакцией гиперчувствительности 1-го типа, представляют собой по меньшей мере одно заболевание, выбранное из группы, включающей ринит, атопию, астму, атопический дерматит, аллергический конъюнктивит, аллергический отит среднего уха, крапивницу и анафилактический шок.

Фармацевтическая композиция для предупреждения или лечения воспалительных заболеваний, содержащая фармацевтически эффективное количество живых клеток штамма KCCM11962P Lactobacillus plantarum IM76, неживых клеток штамма KCCM11962P Lactobacillus plantarum IM76, продукта культивирования штамма KCCM11962P Lactobacillus plantarum IM76, где продукт культивирования предусматривает штамм KCCM11962P Lactobacillus plantarum IM76.
12. Фармацевтическая композиция для предупреждения или лечения воспалительных заболеваний по п. 11, где указанные воспалительные заболевания представляют собой колит.
13. Способ предупреждения или лечения аллергических заболеваний, вызванных реакцией гиперчувствительности 1-го типа, включающий стадию введения штамма KCCM11962P Lactobacillus plantarum IM76.
14. Применение штамма KCCM11962P Lactobacillus plantarum IM76 при предупреждении или лечении аллергических заболеваний, вызванных реакцией гиперчувствительности 1-го типа.
