Description

Claims (26)
- ディスプレイの垂直調節のために構成されたディスプレイ支持アーム組立体であって、前記ディスプレイ支持アームは、
少なくとも1つの近位シャフトを支持する近位ハウジングと、
前記近位ハウジングから離間し、少なくとも1つの遠位シャフトを支持する遠位ハウジングであって、その内部にキャビティを画定する複数の内壁を有する、遠位ハウジングと、
前記複数の内壁と当接するように前記キャビティに配置され、前記遠位シャフトの軸線と直交する方向へ延在する調節ロッドを内部に収容するシェルと、
前記近位シャフトから前記遠位シャフトまで延びる少なくとも1つのリンクであって、前記近位シャフトの軸線の周りで回動するように結合される、少なくとも1つのリンクと、
前記近位ハウジングと前記遠位ハウジングとの間で延び、前記ディスプレイ支持アームの垂直調節の範囲全体で力を与えるガスストラットであって、該ガスストラットの一端は、前記調節ロッドに沿って変位可能となるように該調節ロッドに連結され、該ガスストラットの他端は、前記リンクに結合され、前記ガスストラットの前記一端の前記調節ロッドにおける位置を調整することによって前記ガスストラットが与える前記力を調整するように構成されている、ガスストラットと、
前記近位シャフト及び前記遠位シャフトの少なくとも一方と結合され、前記ディスプレイ支持アームの垂直調節の範囲全体で力を与える少なくとも1つのトルク要素であって、該トルク要素の数に応じて該トルク要素が与える前記力を調節可能である、少なくとも1つのトルク要素と、を備える、ディスプレイ支持アーム組立体。 - 前記近位シャフトは、互いから離間した第1近位シャフト及び第2近位シャフトを有し、
前記遠位シャフトは、互いから離間した第1遠位シャフト及び第2遠位シャフトを有する、請求項1に記載のディスプレイ支持アーム組立体。 - 前記リンクは、
前記第1近位シャフトから前記第1遠位シャフトまで延びる第1リンクと、
前記第2近位シャフトから前記第2遠位シャフトまで延びる第2リンクとを有する、請求項2に記載のディスプレイ支持アーム組立体。 - 前記第2リンクは、前記第1リンクと平行である、請求項3に記載のディスプレイ支持アーム組立体。
- 前記ガスストラットは、
ハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに対して移動するように据え付けられたピストンと、を有し、
前記ハウジングに対する前記ピストンの移動に抵抗するために前記ピストンと前記ハウジングとの間に摩擦を発生するための摩擦要素を持たない、請求項1に記載のディスプレイ支持アーム組立体。 - 前記トルク要素は、第2方向の移動に抵抗するためより第1方向の移動に抵抗するためにより大きい摩擦を生成するように、非対称の摩擦力を生成する、請求項1に記載のディスプレイ支持アーム組立体。
- 第1の前記トルク要素は、下向き移動に抵抗する非対称に大きい摩擦力を生成し、
第2の前記トルク要素は、上向き移動に抵抗する非対称に大きい摩擦力を生成する、請求項6に記載のディスプレイ支持アーム組立体。 - 前記ガスストラットの前記他端は、前記リンクに取り付けられたノブを介して該リンクに結合され、前記ガスストラットの前記一端は、前記調節ロッドに沿って変位可能となるように該調節ロッドに設けられたアダプタに結合され、
前記アダプタが前記調節ロッドに沿って変位されることによって、前記ガスストラットの前記一端の前記調節ロッドにおける前記位置を調整するように構成されている、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載のディスプレイ支持アーム組立体。 - 前記シェルは、前記遠位ハウジングの材料と異なる材料で形成される、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載のディスプレイ支持アーム組立体。
- 前記シェルの材料は、前記遠位ハウジングの材料よりも高い可撓性を有する、請求項9に記載のディスプレイ支持アーム組立体。
- 前記シェルは、重合体材料で形成される、請求項10に記載のディスプレイ支持アーム組立体。
- 前記遠位ハウジングは、金属性材料で形成される、請求項11に記載のディスプレイ支持アーム組立体。
- 前記シェルは、少なくとも部分的に前記キャビティ内にプレス嵌めされて該キャビティ内に固定される、請求項1~12のいずれか1項に記載のディスプレイ支持アーム組立体。
- 前記調節ロッドは、前記遠位ハウジングに接触しない、請求項1~13のいずれか1項に記載のディスプレイ支持アーム組立体。
- 前記遠位ハウジングは、第1の開口を有し、
前記シェルは、前記遠位ハウジングの前記第1の開口と整列するように設けられた第2の開口であって、該第1の開口及び該第2の開口を通して前記調節ロッドへのアクセスを与える、第2の開口を有する、請求項1~14のいずれか1項に記載のディスプレイ支持アーム組立体。 - 前記ディスプレイ支持アームに結合されたディスプレイ据付けプレートをさらに備え、
前記ディスプレイ支持アームは、前記遠位ハウジングが連結されるとともに、物体に取り付けられる据付け部分をさらに有し、
前記据付け部分は、
前記物体に取り付けられる第1ワッシャと、
前記第1ワッシャの内側端部に沿って回動可能となるように該内側端部に設けられた第2ワッシャと、を有し、
前記第1ワッシャ及び前記第2ワッシャの少なくとも一方は、溝を形成し、
前記ディスプレイ支持アームは、前記第1ワッシャと前記第2ワッシャとの間において、少なくとも部分的に前記溝内に配置された、少なくとも1つのガスケットであって、前記第1ワッシャに対する前記第2ワッシャの回動を許容する、少なくとも1つのガスケットをさらに備え、
前記ガスケット、前記第1ワッシャ、及び前記第2ワッシャは、前記物体に対する前記ディスプレイ支持アームの回動に抵抗するように構成される、請求項1~15のいずれか1項に記載のディスプレイ支持アーム組立体。 - 前記ガスケットによって生成される摩擦は、該ガスケットの圧縮の増大に応じて増大する、請求項16に記載のディスプレイ支持アーム組立体。
- 前記少なくとも1つのガスケットは、Oリングである、請求項16に記載のディスプレイ支持アーム組立体。
- 前記第2ワッシャは、一対のワッシャを有し、
前記第1ワッシャと前記第2ワッシャとは、互いに異なる直径を有し、
前記第1ワッシャは、前記一対のワッシャの間に挟持される、請求項18に記載のディスプレイ支持アーム組立体。 - 前記一対のワッシャを結合することによって、前記Oリングの設定圧縮量を生成する、請求項19に記載のディスプレイ支持アーム組立体。
- 前記一対のワッシャは、ショルダ部分と非ショルダ部分とを各々有し、
前記一対のワッシャを互いに結合すると、該一対のワッシャの前記ショルダ部分は、互いに接触し、該一対のワッシャの前記非ショルダ部分は、前記第1ワッシャの前記内側端部に近接する、請求項19に記載のディスプレイ支持アーム組立体。 - 前記一対のワッシャの前記非ショルダ部分と、前記第1ワッシャの前記内側端部との間に、空隙が形成される、請求項21に記載のディスプレイ支持アーム組立体。
- 前記ディスプレイ支持アームは、
上側支持アームであって、
前記近位ハウジング及び前記遠位ハウジングと、
前記近位ハウジングから延びるケーブル管理延長部であって、ケーブルを保持するように位置決めされたループ部分とキーパーとを有する、ケーブル管理延長部と、を有する、上側支持アームと、
下側支持アームであって、
前記ケーブル管理延長部の前記キーパーに係合するように構成された固定機構と、
前記キーパーを前記固定機構から外すように構成されたアクチュエータと、を有する、下側支持アームと、を備える、請求項1~22のいずれか1項に記載のディスプレイ支持アーム組立体。 - 前記キーパーは、フック形状を有するように構成される、請求項23に記載のディスプレイ支持アーム組立体。
- 少なくとも1つの側面部分が、前記上側支持アームに結合するために前記ループ部分から延びる、請求項23に記載のディスプレイ支持アーム組立体。
- 2つの側面部分が、前記上側支持アームに結合するために前記ループ部分から延び、
前記ループ部分及び前記2つの側面部分によって、ケーブルを受け入れるためのスロットが形成される、請求項23に記載のディスプレイ支持アーム組立体。
