Abstract

본 발명은 디스플레이 장치인 프라즈마 디스플레이 패널 티브이(Plasma display panel TV), 액정 표시 장치 티브이(Liquid crystal display TV)등을 시청자의 시청각도에 따라 좌우 및 상하 각도를 조절할 수 있도록 구성하여 시청자들의 위치에 상관없이 시청할 수 있도록 제공하기 위한 것이다.
이를 위해, 본 발명은 피디피 또는 엘시디와 같은 디스플레이 장치의 후면에 장착되는 고정브라켓; 그리고, 상기 고정브라켓과 결합되는 세트부착브라켓을 가지며, 상기 세트부착브라켓의 후방측에 구비되어 상기 세트부착브라켓이 좌우 각도 조절할 수 있도록 구성된 제1작동수단 및 상기 세트부착브라켓의 상단 혹은, 하단이 전후 회동될 수 있도록 구성된 제2작동수단을 가지는 세트부착부:가 포함되어 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 장치용 벽걸이 거치 장치가 제공된다.

본 발명은 프라즈마 디스플레이 패널 티브이, 액정 표시 장치 티브이 등의 디스플레이 장치를 거치 하는 구조에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세히는 디스플레이 장치를 좌우, 상하 각도 조절이 가능하도록 한 거치 장치의 구조에 관한 것이다.
최근, 대형 디스플레이 장치의 하나로써, 프라즈마 디스플레이 패널 티브이(Plasma display panel TV), 액정 표시 장치 티브이(Liquid crystal display TV)등의 수요가 급증하고 있다.
이와 같은, 디스플레이 장치는 기존의 브라운관에 비해 두께가 얇고 무게가 가벼운 장점이 있다.
그 중에서도, 특히 디스플레이 장치를 벽에 걸어서 시청할 수 있는 벽걸이 형태의 수요가 급증하고 있다.
도시한 도1 및 도 2는 종래의 디스플레이 장치를 벽에 걸기 위한 벽걸이 장치를 나타내고 있다.
즉, 종래의 벽걸이 장치는 디스플레이 장치(4)가 장착되는 벽에 상기 디스플레이 장치(4)를 장착하기 위한 벽측브라켓(1)이 고정 설치되고, 디스플레이 장치(4) 배면의 좌우 양측에는 고정브라켓(2)이 체결볼트(3)로 각각 체결된다.
여기서, 상기 고정브라켓(2)은 상기 벽측브라켓(1)에 결합된다.
즉, 상기 고정브라켓(2)에 형성된 결합공(2a)을 상기 벽측브라켓(1)에 형성된 결합공(1a)에 일치시켜 체결볼트(3)로 체결함으로써, 디스플레이 장치(4)가 벽에 거치 된 상태를 이룰 수 있는 것이다.
하지만, 상기한 구조의 종래 벽걸이 장치는 단지 고정된 상태이기 때문에 상기 디스플레이 장치(4)의 방향을 시청자가 원하는 방향으로 자유롭게 조절함이 불가능하다.
그러므로 인하여, 상기 PDP TV나 LCD TV와 같이 두께가 얇고, 중량이 적게 나가는 디스플레이 장치(4)의 장점을 최대로 살릴 수 없는 문제점이 있다.
또한, 상기 디스플레이 장치(4)를 붙박이 형태로 벽에 완전히 고정시키는 경우가 많은데, 이는 고정후 시야 각이나 고정 높이의 변화를 주고 싶을 때는 고정부를 완전히 해체해야만 하는 불편함이 있고, 상기 고정부를 해체후 다시 고정할 경우 벽을 손상시킬 수도 있다는 문제점 역시 야기된다.
본 발명은 상기한 종래의 문제를 해결하기 위해 안출한 것으로서, PDP TV와, LCD TV 같은 박형 디스플레이 장치를 벽면에 거치 시킬 수 있음과 동시에, 상기 디스플레이 장치의 시청 방향을 시청자가 원하는 위치로 간단하고도 원활히 조절 될 수 있도록 구성된 벽걸이 구조를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
상기의 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 본 발명은 피디피 또는 엘시디와 같은 디스 플레이 장치의 후면에 장착되는 고정브라켓과, 그리고, 상기 고정브라켓과 결합되는 세트부착브라켓을 가지고, 상기 세트부착브라켓의 후방측에 구비되어 상기 세트부착브라켓이 좌우 각도 조절할 수 있도록 구성된 제1작동수단 및 상기 세트부착브라켓의 상단 혹은, 하단이 전후 회동될 수 있도록 구성된 제2작동수단을 가지는 세트부착부가 포함되어 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 장치의 벽걸이 거치 장치가 제공된다.
이하, 본 발명의 일실시예에 대하여 첨부도면을 참조하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
참고로 본 고안의 구성을 설명하기에 앞서, 설명의 중복을 피하기 위하여 종래의 기술과 일치하는 부분에 대해서는 종래 도면 부호를 그대로 인용하기로 한다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 디스플레이 장치용 벽걸이 거치 장치를 나타낸 사시도이다.
즉, 본 발명의 벽걸이 거치 장치는 크게 피디피 또는 엘시디와 같은 디스플레이 장치(4) 배면의 좌우 양측에 체결볼트로 체결되는 고정브라켓(2)과, 상기 고정브라켓(2)을 벽면에 거치 시키기 위한 세트부착부를 가진다.
여기서, 상기 세트부착부는 상기 고정브라켓과 결합되는 세트부착브라켓(5)과, 상기 세트부착브라켓(5)의 후방측에 구비되어 상기 세트부착브라켓(5)이 좌우 각도 조절할 수 있도록 구성된 제1작동수단 및 상기 세트부착브라켓(5)의 상단 혹은, 하단이 전후 회동될 수 있도록 구성된 제2작동수단을 포함하여 구성된다.
상기 세트부착브라켓(5)은 디스플레이 장치(4)의 고정브라켓(2)이 장착되어 고정될 수 있도록 구성된다.
여기서, 상기 세트부착브라켓(5)은 상기 그 배면 상단부에 형성되어 제1작동수단과 힌지(11) 결합되는 제1연결부(8)와, 그 배면 하단부에 형성되어 제2작동수단과 힌지(11) 결합되는 제2연결부(82)를 포함하여 구성된다.
또한, 상기 제1작동수단은 상기 세트부착브라켓(5)의 배면 상단에 연결되어 좌우 각도 조절을 할 수 있도록 구성되며, 상기 제2작동수단은 상기 세트부착브라켓(5)의 배면 하단에 연결되어 상기 세트부착브라켓(5)의 상단 혹은, 하단이 전후 회동됨으로 상하 각도 조절이 가능함과 동시에, 상기 제1작동수단과 같이 좌우 각도 조절이 가능하도록 구성된다.
또한, 상기 제1작동수단은 벽면의 수평방향으로 고정 장착된 가이드레일(7)과, 상기 가이드레일(7)을 따라 슬라이딩하도록 형성된 적어도 하나 이상의 슬라이딩부와, 상기 각 슬라이딩부와 상기 제1연결부(8) 사이를 연결시키는 제1링크(91)를 포함하여 구성된다.
여기서, 상기 가이드레일(7)은 상기 슬라이딩부와 결합될 수 있는 홈(12)이 형성되며, 상기 슬라이딩부가 상기 가이드레일(7)의 홈(12)을 따라 좌우 이송할 수 있는 특징을 가진다.
상기 슬라이딩부에는 가이드레일(7)에 수용되어 구름운동을 하는 롤러(미도시)와, 상기 롤러와 일체로 형성되어 가이드레일(7)을 따라 좌우 이송을 할 수 있는 슬라이딩브라켓(10)이 구비된다.
여기서, 상기 슬라이딩브라켓(10)은 'ㄷ'자 형태로 절곡 형성되며, 그의 상 하면을 관통하여 힌지(11)가 결합된다.
이 때, 상기 제1링크(91)의 일단은 상기 슬라이딩브라켓(10)과 힌지(11) 결합되어, 상기 힌지(11)를 중심으로 상기 제1링크(10)가 좌우 각도 조절이 가능하다.
또한, 상기 제2작동수단은 벽걸이 장치를 벽면에 고정시킬 수 있도록 형성된 벽측부착브라켓(6)과, 상기 벽측부착브라켓(6)과 결합되어 좌우 회동이 가능한 회동링크(93) 그리고, 상기 제2연결부와 상기 회동링크(93) 사이에 연결되어 상하 각도 조절 될 수 있도록 형성된 제2링크(92)를 포함하여 구성된다.
본 발명의 일실시예에서는 상기 회동링크는(93)은 대략 'ㄴ'자 형태로 제작된것이 제시된다.
이하, 진술한 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 벽걸이 거치 장치에 의한 조작 과정을 설명하면 다음과 같다.
먼저, 상기 세트부착브라켓(5)에 디스플레이 장치(4)를 고정한 상태에서, 좌우 시청 각도를 조절하고자 할 경우, 상기 세트부착브라켓(5)을 좌우로 회동시킨다.
이의 경우, 상기 제1링크(91)는 그 일단이 상기 슬라이딩브라켓(10)의 힌지(11)를 중심으로 좌우 회동됨과 동시에, 그 타단은 상기 제1연결부(8)의 힌지(11)를 중심으로 세트부착브라켓(5)이 좌우로 회동된다.
이와 동시에, 상기 회동링크(93)도 상기 벽측부착브라켓(6)과 결합된 힌지(11)를 중심으로 좌우 회동됨으로써 시청 화면의 좌우 각도가 조정된다.
또한, 상기 세트부착브라켓(5)에 고정된 디스플레이 장치(4)를 상하로 시청 각도를 조절하고자 할 경우, 상기 세트부착브라켓(5)의 하단부에 힘을 가하여 당기거나 민다.
이의 경우, 상기 제2링크(92)는 회동링크(93)의 힌지(11)를 중심으로 상하 회동된다. 그러므로 인하여, 시청 화면의 상하 각도가 조정된다.
이와 같은, 상기 디스플레이 장치(4)를 벽면에 설치한 후, 시청자가 원하는 좌우 및 상하 각도로 조절 가능한 벽걸이 구조가 제공되어 벽걸이형 디스플레이 장치의 장점을 최대한 활용할 수 있게 된다.
뿐만 아니라, 상기 디스플레이 장치(4) 고정후 어느 정도 시야 각이나 고정 높이의 변화를 줄 수 있어 고정부를 완전히 해체해야만 하는 불편함이 적을 것이다.
이상에서와 같이, 본 발명은 시청자의 시청각도에 따라 좌우 및 상하 각도를 조절할 수 있도록 구성하여 시청자들의 위치에 상관없이 시청할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
특히, 본 발명은 디스플레이 장치를 완전히 해제하지 않아도 시야 각이나 고정 높이의 변화를 줄 수 있는 편리한 효과가 있다.

Claims (7)

  1. 디스플레이 장치의 후면에 장착되는 고정브라켓;
    상기 고정 브라켓과 결합되며, 배면 상단부에 구비되는 제 1연결부와 그 하단부에 구비되는 제 2연결부를 갖는 세트 부착 브라켓;
    벽면의 수평방향을 따라 고정 장착된 가이드 레일과 상기 가이드 레일을 따라 슬라이딩되는 복수의 슬라이딩부 및 각 슬라이딩부가 제 1연결부를 중심으로 수평방향을 따라 회전되도록 각 슬라이딩부와 상기 제 1연결부를 연결시키는 복수의 제 1링크를 포함하는 제 1작동수단; 및
    벽면에 고정시키기 위한 벽측부착 브라켓과 수평방향을 따라 회전되도록 상기 벽측부착 브라켓에 힌지 결합된 회동링크 및 상기 제 2연결부를 중심으로 상하 회동 가능하도록 제 2연결부에 힌지 결합된 제 2링크를 포함하는 제 2작동수단을 포함하는 디스플레이 장치용 벽걸이 거치 장치.
